We needed several issues addressed on our 1990 Toyota, brought it in on a Tuesday with expectation of picking it up late Friday afternoon. We got two brief daily progress texts, followed by complete detail on the emailed invoice, listing our stated problems, and the shop's findings and actions for each. Great communication!The Toyota was ready Friday afternoon when promised, it's handling great now, and the cost was less than we expected.What I found particularly refreshing: if you want to keep an older vehicle running, this shop is willing to undertake whatever is needed to accomplish that. (Unlike the place that had been servicing it, who declared it was too old, parts might not be available).

JC Motors rock! I just had a mechanical emergency, they got me in quickly, diagnosed the problem, and got my car up and going again. Communication was clear, expectations were met, and prices were reasonable. I ve been coming to JC for years now, and the new ownership is keeping the tradition of quality workmanship and great customer service going strong. Thank you to Adrian and the team. I will be back!!

I had an amazing experience with Jc Motors. Everyone was very nice and professional.I was without my rig for nearly 6 months and it was at a previous shop for 5 months. They fixed my rig within a week when the other couldn t do in 5 months. I would 100% recommend and if it s not something I can fix myself I m going back there.

JC Motors has recently changed ownership so I was hoping they were still as reliable as they have proved to be the last 2 decades. Happy to report their service was friendly, prompt, efficient and the communication with the technician and staff was excellent. Thanks JC

Adrian and the team at JC Motors are awesome! Not only did they finish all repairs on a Friday, as promised they literally went the extra mile too! In route to pickup up the car, the other car my family was in, suffered a flat tire. I called Adrian and he drove the 7 minute distance to pick my daughter up and bring her to the shop. My daughter then had her car back on a Friday night and could go attend to the other flat tire issue. Great experience!

Adrian and Sammy took wonderful care of me and my car. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting the mechanics, but I'm grateful that they were able to get my car up and running and took the time to check and make sure that the repairs they made would keep me on the road. Thanks guys!

My experience was mixed. Nice people and tech friendly easy scheduling. However, prices seem quite high. Quality of the work was not thorough. Failed to reconnect my wiper wash-fluid hose. And during inspection they didn t check and notice that my oil was 2qt. low. Perhaps they took the oil change sticker at its word. I m not convinced they are doing their best.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Had some work done here. They not only did S#!++y work but the clutch they installed failed within 5 thousand miles. Oh and after I asked them to replace all fuses in my vehicle because I had just purchased it they said no and gave some idiotic reason. After the"work" was done the vehicles dash light was out. I immediately went back inside and they pulled the vehicle in the garage put a fuse in , then they had the B ll$ to charge me another 70.00$ on top of the over 3500$ I had just paid. They are awful and will never get my business again. It's unfortunate the current owners are such garbage. DO NOT GO HERE. You have a better chance of winning the lottery than having your vehicle fixed properly. Truly Hate scum bags like this.

The front desk personnel are nice. I thought the price to replace the alternator was high but when they quoted me $294. Just o install 6 spark plugs and wires I knew this place was a rip-off. They will never see me again. I feel sorry for the poor people that get riped- off by this shop.

Matt excellent customer service skillsHad a Jeep grand Cherokee get a rear main seal repair done. Matt the owner has a great heart and passion to fix issues and make things right. His desire and passion to build relationships with customers is paramount and it s seen with his actions. Thank you Matt for taking care of my wife s Jeep and making things right. She is extremely grateful and thankful and her Jeep drives as smooth as butter with no oil leaks. I will refer my family and friends to JC motors .

The guys up front were great, patient and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me. I never felt talked down to or made to feel stupid as has happened elsewhere. The work was done in a timely manner. Was a great experience. Thanks.

Awesomeness Award, definitely! Thought it would take most of the day, but it was completed in about 2 hours and at the quoted price! They were also the least expensive from a few companies, also! Been with them quite a while now and staying! Well worth it!!!!

I've used JC Motors twice in 2023. The first time, the fixed items missed by another auto shop and did a super job identifying issues and notifying me of the actions needed to fix. The second time, they took responsibility for a malfunctioning part they replaced. On both occassions, they were communicative, professional and super helpful. I hope my car does not have issues again, but if it does, I know I'll be engaging JC Motors again due to the fantastic experience they provided me.

105K checkup/tire rotation/oil changeMatt and team were outstanding! I was a customer and worked with Matt when he was at Mountain Tech in Oregon City, and was always extremely pleased with their honesty and quality of work. Things haven't changed. I'm happy that he and his team have been able to continue JC Motors legacy, even if they change the name.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Tire rotations, Oil change

Adrian & Sammy were super helpful in the office, and Joel fixed a problem that I had been dealing with for months (that 3 other shops didn t fix completely or correctly)! Adrian contacted my warranty company and got most of the repairs approved, so that was amazing!

Great work on my car . The guys take time to explain to me what was wrong with my car . They gave me options on what to repair/ replace, They told me about maintenance I needed to keep my car running well and what could wait till spring to do . I am very please with the work done and the return of my car in better shape than when I dropped it off .

So J C Motors is a great place to trust your important means of transportation!!! We used to take our Suburu to Wilsonville. Done! This business is friendly, smart, professional and easy on the wallet. I have droped in with no appt and they have helped me with a simple problem. Lastly I don't have to get on the freeway . We live in Tualatin.

The team at JC Motors has worked on multiple vehicles of ours over the years. John, one of the owners, is great guy! We always receive excellent service, the job is always done well and in a timely manner, and their pricing is very reasonable. What stands out the most about the company though is that they are honest about what does or does not need to be done with your vehicle, they will not try to sell you something you don't need! I would highly recommend them for all your automotive needs!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I was referred to JC Motors by a family member after my car suddenly broke down. I took my car in Tuesday afternoon and it was ready for pick up by Thursday afternoon! So fast and my car runs great!
