After an unfortunate incident between my car and a wall, and not wanting to have to deal with insurance, I came to Caliber Collision to see what could be done about the scratches and scrapes. Ryan and his team here went above and beyond on the entire repair. They were communicative, friendly, and did everything in a timely manner. The car looks great and I would highly recommend their work to anyone needing body repairs!Service: Body & Trim

Shout out to manager Ryan for his excellent customer service. He was able to fix my Honda Civic with no problems, communicated with me the whole process, and super friendly. They even were able to return my rental car for me. I cannot recommend Caliber Collision in Tualatin enough. Thank you so much Ryan for making getting my car fixed so smooth. I couldn't be happier with the repairs, my car looks amazing.

Absolutely amazing service at the Tualatin location! My car was estimated to be done by 10/13 but got the car back on 9/29! I love how updated I was kept during the process to keep my expectations in check. The guy who communicated with me was very informative and this location just seems incredibly efficient! **also picked this location because of insurance company State Farm has this as verified shop**Service: Body & Trim

I received the estimate of repairs very quickly! Caliber then restored back to beautiful condition, the body damage on the back bumper of my car, after a rear-end hit. They also detailed the entire car, inside and out, to perfection. I am so very pleased with the new-car looking results! I was also impressed that I was kept up-to-date on the progress with frequent texts. I would recommend Caliber for all your auto body work!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great service. Deborah went above and beyond to help me contact rental car agency when I could not get though.4/10/23 Edit. Things just kept getting better! Alex kept me updated with daily text regarding the status of my repairs. Love it! He went above and beyond to let me know the status of parts that were difficult to find.Can recommend them enough!

This is the best experience I've ever had with a body shop in the entire time I've been driving, and I'm 54 years old. The body work itself was amazing, top notch. But it's the customer service that was so far above and beyond that I am so super happy to write this review. I was hit and run unexpectedly by an Amazon truck, having difficulty coming up with the deductible. From the minute I arrived to the shop, the customer service was so on point. There was a rental car waiting for me, payment arrangement was made for the deductible. I was quite literally treated like royalty from beginning to end of this experience. 5 stars! I took my 2015 BMW 3 series here for a rear bumper repair and am very happy with the results. Paint match came out perfect, as well as the reinstall itself. Customer service was extremely helpful with updating me on quotes and repair dates. Caliber Collision did a nice repair job on my Jeep Cherokee to fix a small fender bender I was in. They worked well with me to coordinate everything with GEICO and made the process quite easy. My review is purely based on the service and the quality of work. Can't really comment on the cost since work was paid for by the other parties insurance. Service was amazing, right from the estimate appointment to final delivery after fix. They kept me updated throughout. Made sure i had a rental car ready. Staff at front desk is especially helpful.
