I am beyond satisfied with the expertise, professionalism, and help that I received from this store. I recently had a phone screen malfunctioned on me and within 2 hours they had it fixed.Instead of charging me for replacing the screen effectively, making more money they honored the warranty that I had from my previous screen replacement despite it being a few months out of the warranty's coverage.If you need anything phone-wise done I'd highly recommend this store. Both Jeremy and Diego were stellar and truly so helpful to me, especially since I was in a rush and leaving for a trip soon. Because of them, I will continue to go to this store for all my battery and phone needs.

Overall great visit, but would suggest a restructure of the check in process. Spent 15 minutes in the store for an online scheduled order. 15 minutes is still reasonable, but I could see a few changes to shorten that time. Not complaining in the slightest and would like to highlight the staff members' ability at Nyberg Battery+bulbs to run the store efficiently at a busy time.Thanks for fixing my phone

I bought a FOB from Batteries Plus for my Lexus. They tried to program it but something went wrong with the programming. So they sent me to the Lexus of Portland dealer in Beaverton to have them try to find out what the trouble was. After 2 days of diagnosing and replacement of the Certification ECU it was finally fixed.Jeremy the Batteries Plus store manager stood behind his word and paid for et donethe labor and new ECU module-$2400.00 total.Jeremy worked with the Lexus service writer Alexa to make sure my car was totally fixed and had a new key fob.I am very appreciative of Jeremy and Batteries Plus standing behind their word even though it costed so much to get doneTHANK YOU JEREMY AND BATTERIES PLUS.Frank

Fantastic. They were the only place (out of several others I tried) that would cut a blank programmable car key (that I supplied) without charging a programming fee in addition to the key cutting charge (a reasonable $20).I gave them my new key and the existing one and took about 10 minutes to cut. I tested it in the ignition and it turned to all positions. Got the Key not recognized message when I tried to start the engine, which was totally expected. Then I programmed it to the car and it started the engine right away. Perfect.The entire staff was friendly and helpful as well. I ll definitely return here in the future.

Needed AAAA batteries for my Surface Pro stylus. I ordered online the night before and scheduled a pickup in the store. The employees were quick to greet and let me know it would be a minute, they were friendly, attentive and I got my order quickly! Good experience!

The item I was looking for I was not available online or in the store. I called the store and the sales person was very helpful and recommended a similar product that was in the store. He asked how much discount we were getting and I told him. He recommended we just order online and pick up in the store I did, and got my discount. The item was ready within minutes and so we drove down and picked it up and it was very easy to pick up.

Came in today to get a car battery replaced and it was a great experience. Walked into a friendly greeting and had quick service. Found right battery, changed first, and then paid. Offered information on other services (which I will definitely be interested in) and not pushy. Thanked me for coming and and after thanking them back I was on my way. Less than 30 minutes. Great customer service.

I ve had a dead battery in my key fob for weeks. I ve been avoiding coming in as I m really busy, but today I went in and it probably took 2 minutes for them to replace my battery in my key fob They also offer a lifetime replacement for only a few dollars more than a regular replacement. I was really impressed and would definitely recommend this place!

Batteries Plus Bulbs in Tualatin has repeatedly been a joy to work with. I have had several cell phone batteries replaced and purchased a car battery also. It is much less expensive to have BB+ replace your cell phone battery than the Apple Store! They are always polite and seem eager to find solutions for my challenges. They are efficient and priced very reasonably. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a battery or any of the multitude of services/products they offer!

Needed a spare transponder car key fob for our Subaru Forester. The Batteries+Bulbs salesperson was courteous and helpful, but they didn't have the right remote in stock. They had to backorder it, which took a week, but once it arrived they set us up and it works great. Saved us $200 compared to what the Subaru dealership quoted. If you're able to wait, this is a good alternative.

I had the best customer services experience! I am a Mercedes owner; the dealerships really know how togive impeccable service. I would say the staff that was working June 11th had impeccable service as well, I would compare them to level of service one would expect at a high end store. The three men working were kind, patient, clear, thorough, and welcoming. They went above and beyond in fixing my phone and getting me the appropriate products I need. I will recommend this store over and over again! Those guys deserve a raise, you ve got some great employees there.

I needed a new car battery and was pleasantly surprised to find that they carried not only the standard replacement, but also an optional upgrade for a minimal price increase. The Customer Service Representative was able to change it within 15 minutes and I was on the road again. Everyone is very friendly and service oriented.

I went in knowing what I was looking for and was surprised with a warm welcome in, we ll be right with you . I brushed it off thinking most places say that. About a minute went by and I was greeting by an associate who heard my situation, checked my motorcycle battery, and offered different options based on pricing. I forget the gentleman s name, but I ll update this review when I find out as I need to go back for a key fob battery soon. Great service, warranties, and pricing. I d happily recommend this establishment as well as its educated personnel.

Nice, welcoming, took the time to speak with me about repair of pixel phone. Gave time estimate and estimate of cost. I knew what to expect. Each interaction with staff was friendly and helpful.I scheduled on line and the part needed was ordered ahead of time. They fixed the phone on the spot. Total time 3.5 hours for repair.

Fast and friendly service! I ve made appointments at the Apple store before and had my appointment cancelled or waited over an hour just to talk to someone. You ll never get out of an Apple store without spending half your day there. Between dropping off my phone and picking it back up, I think I might have spent a total of 15 minutes in the store. If you want quality service that won t break your budget or waste your time, Batteries + is the clear choice. They don t upsell to make more money off of you, but offer services you might not have thought to add. Like a battery replacement while they have your phone open to replace a cracked screen. Truly stellar service and people!

I had the embarrasing experience of breaking my phone screen, not once, but twice within the same day...and I'm happy to say I got it replaced here. The customer service I recieved at this location was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Both guys that helped me out were very kind and knowledgeable. Gary's customer service skills are top notch. He even went above and beyond what was asked of him and cleaned out the speakers in my phone to make the audio a little louder. It's little things like that , that go a long way. The service was quick, and i had my phone back within a few hours. I would recommend the Nyberg Batteries Plus Bulbs to anyone. Hopefully I don't have any more mishaps with my phone, but in case I do, I know just the place to go. Thank you!

I walked in and was greeted as though I was someone they were happy to see! I needed my fob battery changed - they did it in less than two minutes. They asked how my day was going and seemed genuinely interested. It was just a very friendly experience, particularly needed during this pandemic.

I went in for a simple phone battery replacement which should have been pretty straightforward. My old battery wasn't returned so I had to ask for it. I also had to come back to the store because my S pen was missing. That was inconvenient. I also wonder if I actually did get a new battery because my phone isn't holding the charge I'd expect. Not 100% on this one, though. I wanted to give them a 3 star rating but because it was the start of the quarantine, and they were open, I gave them a 4.

Not a good customer experience. I was issued a used/refurbished motorcycle battery for a faulty still under warranty battery that I bought at this store. This is not in compliance with their corporate policy.Picked up my second replacement battery today, (08/20), from the store trusted advisor. It doesn't look like new, it doesn't smell like new and it has already expired. Hmmmm....

I went to get a new battery for my car key. When I got there they had shut down the registers and were just about to lock the doors (closing early due to snow storm)The employee said "let me see the key" he then came back out with two batteries. "it's one of these two" he let me take both for no charge!Of course I'll be returning the unused battery, and paying for the correct one, when they open back up. Outstanding customer service!

Very flexible staff with great follow through on my iphone repair during the stay-at-home. Store took distancing and sanitizing seriously. Phone could not be repaired so they obtained a refurbished phone from Apple within only a few days.

Great job. I wish I remembered the names of everybody who helped me. Customer service was good. I got a great deal on a screen replacement and a battery for my iphone 5s, same day service. Really helped me out! Willingness to help. I got to work on time, with my phone! Took alot of stress out of my day!

The crew is courteous and energetic in their treatment of the customer. The fix on my cellphone ~glass back on my Samsung and battery replacement went smoothly and on time. I'm always happy with this store's treatment of me as a customer.
