Love the service team at Tonkin Gresham Honda! They are super knowledgable and helpful with any car problems I have I m in a 2006 Element. Nick Stice is the man, and a legend in the Element world. That guy knows all the ins and outs of the Element and will give you honest input on what you should fix and what you should replace. He also provides guidance if you end up doing stuff on your own and need some help. Plus he s always getting all the Element owners together for meets. Really great human over there. I also have had great experience with Graham at the counter.They are also super flexible with timing. Sometimes it s an emergency and I ll drop the car off in the morning and let them fit it in when they can. Every time I get the car back same day. Impressive stuff.Prices are high, but if it s a job that you want done right, they are the folks you want to be doing it.

Visited the service center here on Tuesday 8/18/2020. I arrived at 6:40am with no one else in line. Face coverings are required. Handicap parking and accessibility available. Everything is clean and organized. Snacks and beverages are available for purchase by the bathrooms downstairs. There is also free water by the seating area. Not very busy, maybe 5 people at a time max waiting for their vehicles. Everyone that I came in contact with was friendly and had good customer service. Comfortable seating or stool high chairs around a table for waiting options. No shuttle was offered.Had a loud rattle going on in idle. Steve (good customer service) checked me in and answered all my questions. I had thought it might be the serpentine belt bolts ($129.00 diagnostic test).My A.C. had also been broken since father's day weekend 2020. It is a $329.00 diagnostic test just to see what is wrong with the A.C. I opted out of this option and went with the serpentine diagnostic. Turns out it was the A. C. Compressor bearing (a $952.00 fix for a 2007 Honda CR-V with after market parts, I went with this option as the dealership parts were a couple hundred dollars more expensive.).I also got an oil change, they use 85% synthetic oil. The price ($39.95) is comparable if not less than an oil change at jiffy lube. With the hopes that since it is a dealership you are getting a more high quality service.The estimate was within $10.00 of the actual cost.They also finished an hour earlier than the estimated time to fix my vehicle (half a day was the estimate).Labor cost was over $500.00 (they checked me in at 7am and didn't take in the my car until around 8:30am. They finished my vehicle at 12:30pm).Parts were a little over $400.00 (after market parts not located at the dealership).I gave 4 stars because the price was pretty hefty, but that is expected when having a vehicle serviced at a dealership.

Can find more affordable service costs at a 3rd party mechanic - and have with our old CR-V, but we trust the crew here to do what's right and getting in and out is super easy. Bought our Pilot here, figured we'll continue to come hear until they become to outrageous on their pricing. Great area to sit and wait, free Wi-Fi and coffee

, I had an oil change and a headlight installation, today... I been charged $177 labor charges.... which the equipments cost only $100 in which category you guys charge customers? An oil change will take 30-60 minutes... and a head light installation will tak 10-15 minutes... why people are paying that amount... I'm sure it's over charge.. I request the manager to take care of this issue

The. Best.Only dealership that I've felt confident isn't hanging me out dry. Jaime and Nick are both a pleasure to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and flexible to boot.Worth every penny for the peace of mind they provide.

Had my First Service on the Accord and it was Fantastic. Ease of making an Online Appointment. My Service Advisor Jaime greeted me outside in the Service Drive before I even got out of my car! She was very genuine and kept me updated throughout the time my vehicle was in for service and a Minor Warranty Issue (That was all resolved) well before my expectations. When I got back to the Service Department to pick up my vehicle Jamie was busy but as soon as I walked in one of her Co-workers Graham immediately began helping me out and started to get me all checked out! Phenomenal Team! (I am a Service Advisor from a Competitor Dealership, so I know great service when I see it and I am really Impressed with this Team!)

Let's start by saying that I had no problem with the service! I've been servicing our '14 here since purchase. Friendly, prompt, comfortable waiting area, always clean restrooms. Only 3 stars because of the cluster meds that is scheduling. In short, they should simply stay in the '90s with scheduling until they get it right. I tried once again online (advertised as new and improved). When I submitted my real time scheduling request I ended up getting a message telling me to call. I had already gone to their scheduling calendar and set my appointment. Then I got a call offering an appointment - they were pretty booked out. I told the caller I was already in fact scheduled for the day he was offering. Be could not see that I was on for 10am. He was offering 1:30. When I arrived at my 10am some days later I was not on their schedule at all. The person, a tech? A rep? Not sure. Was thoroughly pleasant and took my added me.As an aside I would like to buy a CRV electric. If you don't want the sales swoop don't even ask! I was afraid I'd have to again fight off a sales rep who would not leave it alone when I explained I wanted nothing else but the electric CRV last time I was in.

Service rep started a quote with 5 texts in one aftn then never called to make appt. Second service rep I contacted would not take over. No appt, no service: unhappy customer.

Wow did I have a great experience at the Gresham Honda Dealer. Started out working with John the Internet Sales Manager who worked hard on getting me financed and answering all my texts. He was also able to get me an amazing deal on my trade-in as well. The Odyssey I bought was delivered to my front door. It was in great condition. The tires were all brand new. If your looking for a company that truly believes in Customer Service than you need to come here. I even had a chance to talk to the Service Manager about the vehicle. He was someone who was fair and honest about describing the condition of the vehicle. You can tell this place has great leaders such as Chris the General Manager. Don t hesitate about going here. They truly understand how to treat there customers.

I rarely write reviews, but when a company does a job as good as these guys, it needs to be recognized. Excellent communication, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and did exactly as they said they would. Worked with Jamie (I know what you are thinking and no Jamie didn t write this).Perhaps the best auto repair experience I ve ever had. (And I m as old as Keith Richard s pubescent dreams).

I went in for an oil change and trans service a lot of garages would have done it without question but Tonkin told me it wasn't needed only the LOF, I appreciate the integrity and honesty, one of the reasons why I have all my auto work done there.

Exceptional service.. my honda had some issue with emission light and just slightly past the warranty period.. Graham took initiative to contact honda directly and get this fixed with just a deductible... just exceptional!!!

I went there to possibly buy a Honda Civic, they were very rude I left and went to weston where I bought a very beautiful gt-line Forte. I won't be going there again.(EVER!)
