Great truck stop. Staff are professional and helpful. A complete set of services for truckers and all travelers.A special thank you goes out to this establishment and all of their staff. During a dangerous and deadly ice storm. TA provided a safe place to many caught in the Gorge that long weekend. Clearly overwhelmed and working on very little sleep. The staff here did a great service to the travelers and truckers that week. Saved many lives.

The place was dirty. The staff were rude. They don't even have gas so I don't know why you go there. The restaurant was closed. I couldn't take a shower. You know, there's just a lot of weird Stuff I wouldn't recommend it

I have had a alternator go out 2 times both times there, had me in and out in under 1 hour ,great shop and people, I will use them when possible.

Professional and courteous group of people. I could tell it was a good energy work environment. Got my tire fixed and was on my way without too long of a wait. I typically stay away from TA service centers due to negative past experiences, but I would return here.

They saved my butt when I had a flat tire on my box truck. They fixed the truck within 30 minutes of me arriving. I m happy they are open late and don t take reservations so as long as you show up, you have a good shot at getting helped quickly.

This not a bad TA but the carpet by the laundry should have been changed a decade ago. They used to rent rooms to drivers until they ruined it. This is a very big place

Employees are really nice, so this review is mostly about the location and cleanliness. Bathrooms are always awful. Mold growing in the urinals and around the bathroom. Subway and Popeyes is always out of something. The area isn't great either. Lots of garbage outside and in parking areas. I know it's easy edge of metro area but it's gross.

Awesome group and the showers are incredible. $16 is so fair for the high pressure H2O, towels and clean room, no timer and second persons welcome. 5 stars coffee and all needs bar, subway, pops chicken, fuels and parking overnights no worries. Diner open 7am-3pm.

TA is a great place to stop as it covers many of your needs at once. TA has a large convenience store, gas of many grades (diesel too), restrooms, showers an arcade and a barber. Also they share parking with a few fast food joints, a restaurant, hotel, chapel and semi parking/services. This place is safe although it gets dark outside on the property at night

Always clean and always available open showers just wish they would start a stamp card like buy 5 or 7 showers get 1 free..

Very busy truck stop. They were testing the pumps while we were there, so the trucks were lined up on the road, waiting to get into the lot. There are a lot of services available here, including showers, restaurants, and lots of coffee. This is the last major commercial area before driving into the Gorge heading east, so it will always be busy.

Paid 16.00 for a shower ... Extremely high, showers were clean , the shower cleaner guys didn't seem too friendly, which made me uncomfortable... But great water pressure, felt great after.

So as far as tuck stops go the T.A. in Fairview/troutdale are great. They have a good crew. But don't say I didn't warn u. The place is a speed trap. So slow ur roll as u motor thru great place,just a lot of cops.Board cops. Get it ? Board cops have a lot of fee time. Free time to write ttrtickettrts

This place is just nasty. Was there overNight and the trash was never emptied cans where over full and trash piled all around the cans, no change the next day other than more trash around the trash cans. Rest room was very bad, an employee came in to the restroom and said he was checking to see if it was clean. I told him it was very bad and then showed him. 15 or more minutes later I saw the same employee walking down the Hallway so I rechecked and the area was not corrected. I went back an hour later, looked again. Still no change. Notified a Mgr. He said he had no say over the cleaning people but would let someone know that is over cleaning. P.S. went back the next morning at 7:30 AM over (16 hours) no toilet paper and still not cleaned

They have good coffee, you get to grind your own beans so you know it is fresh. Place is clean. Employees were very helpfjl

Not too bad for a truck stop, but parking is a disaster. At 1130am on Sunday all free spots were taken by other trucks. Only a few paid ones were available. At 4 pm even the paid parking was long gone. At 9 pm, trucks were parked everywhere. It was so packed, Swift rookies were having hard time to take a wide turn to exit this place.

I mean, it's a truck stop. To me these are always fun because there are so many cool and usually hard to find gift items for sale. Video gaming is available as well

I went in because I needed a jump start. I was in the parking lot. It cost me about $65. All in all it was a good day.

Nice store with helpful associates. Good gas prices. Easy to get to. Lots of helpful items for quick fixes to cars and trucks, including semis.

Terrible truck care service! My truck coolant was leaking, I opened my hood and I told them from where it is leaking. Service technician said we can t fix it, it wasn t take more than a minute. The reception charged me for half hour labor $73.67.WHAT IS DIFFERENT THEM AND THIEF.

We didn't know it but they were closing in 15 minutes. The waitress didn't cop an attitude with us. She was very friendly. The pork chops were fabulous.

The fuel island Are very filthy You get out spills everywhere. Seems like everybody's is in a grouchy mood here.

Came in on Wednesday Jan 26 for simple oil change. Our truck was first in the lane (as we ve been told). It was 9 am. After 3,5 hours waiting I called to make sure everything is alright. I ve been told that everybody is waiting and now I have 2 trucks ahead of me somehow. I waited 2 more hours and just went inside. That lady who was helping me already left and marked my truck as done . So I waited 5,5 hours for nothing. Such waste of time! Horrible customer service. DO NOT COME HERE.

If I could give -0 i would I ve got here 3 days ago in the morning all I wanted to do was to buy few new trailer tires. I wish they were honest and told me that they were busy or couldn t do it but they kept saying soon for three days.

Told 9-12 hour wait on a 15 minute job. 22 hours later still not to shop and still 7 people ahead of me. 26 hours later finally got called in. Only 2 mechanics working.When I left their "24 hour shop" was completely closed. Know there appears to be a worker shortage but outside repair shops were coming onto the lot to make repairs so no excuse. Says more about the business themselves.

I really enjoy stopping by this particular truck stop. I've met really friendly people. As compared to jubitz who were extremely rude and kicked me off the property because I wasn't able to drive home cuz I work all over oregon, so I pulled over to get some rest. Boy, will I never do that again. They told me to leave and don't come back, if I need some rest, go to Walmart parking lot. Omg, I'm sorry jubitz(if that's actually the name of the st. John's truck stop?),I thought truck stops were for getting rest when needed to ALL travelers? My mistake for assuming. Anyways, point being, I love, Loves aka, TA in Troutdale..

Stopped by in the early morning for and oil change and chasis lube. Told me in a few hours I could get in. By the end of the day they canceled my appointment for no reason other than they would not be able to get to it today. Shouldn't they have know this at the time they filled out my work order instead of making ne wait so long. Just lost my business and anyone else I can take with me. Sorry about the bad review but others should know.

This place has a nack for gas and the right price. Especially on Fridays when it may take you 45 minutes to a hour to fill up. The experience was opening and I will be back for food and other necessities in the future.
