My experience at this branch is always top notch! Whether it s a friendly smile or helping a customer, these folks are always pleasant and accommodating! Michelle helped me learn about the amazing CD offered and Montana was supper helpful and quick with setting my boyfriend and I up with our household account. Not to leave out Miranda, Aracely, Teneessa, Marcela, Ashley and Jackie who always greet you upon entering and always ready to help! Hands down the best branch!!

I recently opened an account at TLC. I was a little skeptical about changing banks. However, Montana Billow, made me feel like family. We have loved Fibre Federal since we first opened accounts there. Had a rough go today with some issues related to a new card but Deena in Tillamook saved the day and we had each other cracking up by the end of the call. Plus she found a very easy solution to an issue that took quite some time to figure out. These local branches and local employees are awesome!

I like having a bank that s personal. I don t like doing banking online. Montana Billow makes me feel safe banking with TLC. Her cheerful attitude makes me feel at home. It s nice walking into TLC knowing I ll be taken care of.

After a couple months of struggling, I was helped by Trina, who I am positive is a saint in disguise. Trina was determined to help me resolve my issue and I am thankful for it. Truth be told, I was pretty frustrated by the time I got transferred to her. But I was relieved of this stress by her perseverance in helping me. My problem is resolved, and I am grateful for her. If you're looking for a rep to help you, ask for Trina.

I am writing about your employee Rose in Tillamook. I can t remember receiving better customer service from anyone, anywhere! She was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I ve been a customer for more than 30 years and she is the absolute BEST.

After going around for over a week and my local branch and main branch were absolutely no help. They kept giving me the run around as not able to help with disputes.Then I get a hold of Deanna Butters. Wow, she was truly amazing, she was able to get my Unauthorized ACH charges disputed. She was very friendly, I felt like I was talking to a friend. Highly recommend your branch. Wish it was closer.

Incredible customer support and no issues getting a live person like some other places. I had an issue with online banking via their app and Deanna was excellent. Problem was addressed and quickly resolved. I wish every company had such great customer service!

We ve belonged to Fibre Credit Union for around 30 yrs now, used them for loans many times, they are SO much better than the big banks~ working with you, removing occasional fees.However, I d stopped using online banking because of numerous frauds on cards~High Thanks to Dana B., Tillamook, who spent as much time as I needed to discuss security practices and get me back online, EVEN to where I feel safe posting this! She was EXCELLENT !

Cold customer service. Teller did not remember me asking which account had an available check.Bank called to find out what happened. Good that I got a refund; very good to see a business actually follow up. I will be more assertive with the tellers and not assume they are listening to me.

Fibre Federal has been a wonderful bank for personal use. Business use is VERY clunky. Every person that answers the phone says different things about help with the app. We had fraud and had to open new accounts. It took forever (a week?) for the funds to be available, and even longer to get checks and set up online banking. I did most of the reaching out and checking on status instead of them calling me. Halfway through the teller s extension was changed and we got no notification so all our calls were being ignored. Wires go out in bulk so no matter how early you call, they can only guarantee they will be there by the end of the business day. Would not recommend for business banking

Dina B. Was a great help with all my needs. I had multiple questions that were fully answered and needed a few things on my account fixed. Everything was taken care of by her in a timely manner. I got my car loan through fibre credit union and recently I was having problems making a payment using their online system and the app. I called customer service and spoke with Deana B. I don't typically take the time to write reviews, However, this time I felt the need to write a review on Dina B. I had the pleasure of speaking with her today, after having to factory reset my phone and lost all my info, I called to get assistance with my login. From the moment she answered my call, it was as if I was talking to someone I had known for years, we laughed, and had such a great conversation that I have to admit, I forgot I was actually talking to the bank lol. that's just 1 of the reasons we keep our account at Fibre even though we live in Az. Thanks for all your help Dina, you truly are a one of a kind.

This credit union is top notch. I've recently moved out of Tillamook and I do wish the main branch in Longview, WA would pay attention to fantastic employees at the Tillamook branch. They have always answered any questions I have and they are always super friendly from the moment you walk in the door. Because of the staff in Tillamook. I will continue with TLC in Warrenton.
