Nice clean facility. Friendly onsite manager. This place has lots of room to turn or drive around if you have a trailer. Easy access.

Jeremy is great !!! I really like him he goes out of his way , he's professional, courteous and helpful. My problem lies in the accessibility to storage units upstairs.....I believe most people have weekends off and therefore those would probably be the logical days on which they would do their moving but unfortunately the office is only open until 12pm Saturday and closed Sunday making it very inconvenient to have access to the unlocking of the upstairs door.....I wish that they had some sort of availability to upstairs other than by appt because emergencies happen and because of no access my daughter had to trust in people who claimed to be friends and they proceeded to rip her off and cause a big scene at storage causing manager to step in and mick the "friends" off property. If only they had had access in the beginning of that emergency none of the problems after would have had happened. All and all this is a great place with super friendly owners and an excellent employee my only complaint is the access upstairs.

Though I lost our belongings in the end, the attendaant did his job was more than fair. About had a stroke after the heart attack any lingering,panic attacks we've staggered. We tried our best but not good enough sorry. Life sucks right now and hopefully it will get better soon?

YOUR BELONGINGS ARE NOT SAFE HERE!!!! My belongings were destroyed at this unit due to a leak in the ceiling and black mold. These units are the worst I have ever seen but I rented out of lack of options. That was a huge mistake. Sara provides TERRIBLE customer service and there is obviously no communication between employees. Their hours are terrible, they are only open until noon on Saturdays and closed on Sundays. All in all, my belongings were destroyed and the customer service was appalling. I have never written a review like this before but my experience was so terrible I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did. I was devastated when I went to pick up my belonings and saw all the mold. They should be shut down!

Love the staff, always happy and Helpful.Only downside is that their weekend hours are horrible for when your Husband works weekdays and we need to get into storage on weekends other than that I definitely recommend this storage place.

They called us as soon as the renovated the new units. Nice and quiet with a clean well maintained site.

The storage sheds are old and well worn, but a great bargain and monitored via cameras. Very fair and decent people.

It's a storage place. There is inside unheated spaces, and those with garage doors, again, unheated. The rates are reasonable and the staff friendly and competent.
