Over the years I have always enjoyed their services from childhood on. I moved back and would go to use their services and would gain a burden instead of happiness from a clean car. From certain employees and their attitudes to the disregard towards your vehicle. Today was my last straw. I came in with bird poop on my car from the day prior. I paid $12 and it did not come off. I did not want to double do the car wash for a small spot and they offered to clean off well their idea of cleaning off is spraying a bunch of soap on and scraping off with their finger nails. Not to mention no rinsing of soap. Just left it all on to ruin my paint. I came back a third time because I couldn t let soap dry on my paint and he decided to scrape it off with a paper towel Thank god my late father was an auto detailer and taught me to look for tools like this. I ended up taking my car across to the New Age Car Wash and got the soap residue off with 7$ more dollars spent. Don t waste your services here. Any touchless will do better in the area.

Best car wash around, the folks always do a GREAT job!But we miss seeing the office pups, they were a cheery part of our weekly stop and there is no reason they shouldn t be allowed to make a happy work/life balance for the daily employees :)

Best car wash in Tillamook. They wash your car before it goes through the automated wash so nothing is ever missed. Just wish they would fill the big chuck holes at the exit.

The prewash pressure washers have red nozzles that messed up my trim a couple times I asked them to take it easy with the pressure hose and when my truck was just entering the wash the guy with the brush put a dent in my tailgate . I hope he didn t do it on purpose because I complained . Won t be going back there.

Wonderful car wash on the coast! After running my car through the wash I took out sandy mats and asked if they would hose them off. Not only did they do four large rubber car mats they were pleased to perform that extra service for no fee just minutes before closing. Exceptional customer service with a hometown touch! I will definitely use them again on my travels along the coast!Services: Scratch removal, Polishing, Vacuuming, Car waxing

Great car wash. Pre treatment on the way in and car looked great after the wash. Prompt, efficient service. Our car had been sitting parked under a tree at the coast so could barely see out of the windows and $12 later sparkling clean.

Reasonable prices, and still good old fashion hands-on job. I'm glad they fixed the timer on the speed of the washing as the vehicle is pulled through the wash and rinse cycle.(I always felt the car moved too quickly through the wash tunnel) I would give 5 but, each business needs to have some goals to work on!!

They start off by doing a pressure wash spot clean where they blast out your tree debris from your windshield and side mirrors ect. They also do the long brush on your license plate and trouble spots before you roll into the car was area. They do a good job here. They're always kind and helpful no matter how backed up they get. I get the $11 (middle of the range) wash and it comes with the rainbow foam that everyone wants in a car wash

After driving through a hail storm of bugs in Idaho, our Jeep definitely needed a car wash. For under $10 we got the wash, and prior to going through he put on a lot of bug b gone and scrubbed the front clean of bugs, after emerging from the car wash everything looked fantastic. Friendly, customized service and a great value in my mind, highly recommended.

Brushless does not clean the bugs off the windshield. Dang! Not enough soaking time or need a different product. I don't know. Hmm.

One car ahead....took the guy 15 mins to prewash his car. Took the guy 2 min to prewash mine. I've never had issues at this car wash but with no line to make me wait 15 minutes is way too long. Too much talking between worker and customer towards end. Pretty rude for those in line.

Employee at the start scratched and dented my vehicle. They also approached my vehicle without a mask and coughing, which is against state protocol. The rest of the was was fine, but the scratches and dents from the employees make it so any other car wash would be better.

Carwash has brushes and long thingys (sorry, don't know what to call them) that scrub going over. Attendants do a good job of scrubbing the vehicle before you go thru the wash. $12 for most expensive wash then $10 for middle (we did that) and then $8 for least expensive. Our truck was very dirty (we travel on a lot of dirt roads). Did a good job getting off the grime!

These guys were so nice! I was worried about returning my rental car covered in mud from my hike. They took extra time to spray out the wheel wells for me. I appreciated the extra service!

Been threw this car wash many times. Will no longer be using. First 1/4 of my car covered in soap because the rinse sprayer didn't come on until that much of my car passed them. Door jams full of soap . I spoke with the owner and numerous employees about it. Was never offered a free wash or a refund . And the issues where never fixed.

This is the best place around because the staff do a good job, the machine doesn't leave residue or scratches, and its affordable. I drive through each time I'm in town.

They scrub my wheels and the muddy road crust before sending my car through. I get the works, which leaves my car shiny and seems to repel dirt for a while. Good value.

I always know what to expect at this car wash: a good brush scrubbing before going through the machine, eco-friendly soap, a shiny car and suckers for my kids. The only place I go in town!

After one car wash failed to get off a remarkably resilient batch of bird poop, they gave it a scrub by hand and sent us through the giant flailing monster machine again.

The wash was ok but shook the Holy hell out of my car. I had to finish wiping ddown my car. They misses my mirrors and wheels.
