If you are broke down anywhere near the coast, call Burden's, super fast service. And reasonable fees too!! 5 stars

We unfortunately had some mechanical issues with our truck. Burdens arrived promptly and got us back to the shop so repairs could be made in no time. Doesn t matter what vehicle you drive, if you re in a spot, call Burdens every time! Oh and far less expensive than expected!! I didnt call them but a driver stopped to help me with a flat tire on my truck in the middle of the night, far from anywhere. I had plugged the tire and my little 12v inflator was very slow. He used his truck air hose and filled my tire super quickly. I was near the highway traffic and he used his emergency lights to warn traffic of us for safety which I greatly appreciate. This kind of courtesy is rare these days. I would definitely hire them because I know I'd be treated very well!

We broke down and had to get our sprinter towed to Portland for repairs. Don was able to use a double cab tow truck to get all 5 of us to Portland. Amazing experience! If you need a tow use Burdens they will treat you right!!!

Phone said leave a review and I think its necessary. Burdens has towed a few of my vehicles over the years. Always a great experience considering the circumstances. Great people, family owned and operated. They do so much for the community too! I'll always recommend Burdens!

Couldn't have asked for a better place to have my car towed and fixed after my service place back home in Boise Idaho didn't tighten the oil pan plug at my last service. The amazing people at Burdens took pictures and even called the place back home so that they knew what was going on and that they messed up. Burdens went above and beyond and got my mom and I back on the road. Thank you.

The gal running the desk was a hoot, she's a genuine kind hearted individual, reasonable; easy to talk to, kept my vehicle and belongings inside of it safe .... regardless of the circumstances that got my vehicle impounded here... I'm glad it went here. Office and shop area were well kept; honest folks. The gentleman opening the gate was also very accommodating.Thank-you.

Burdens has been a stable and present member of the Tillamook community for decades. While they don't accept AAA or other towing plans, they do provide great services to residents and travelers. Most recently they rescued/salvaged my boat from the river after it was stolen and sank by thieves/vandals. Lifted it up and over the riparian brush/trees/vegetation with the big crane, drained it and placed it gently on my trailer. While a bit expensive (I anticipated this), the care and quality of the work was fantastic. Special thanks to Donny and Rick for a job well done, as well as Sylvia and her mom in the business office for courteous and professional service.

Had a breakdown over 4th of July weekend 2022. Called for a tow to another shop I had used in the past. However, after talking to the friendly and knowledgeable tow truck driver we decided to just let Burdens do the work. They had it ready a fee days faster then they estimated and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Burdens for both towing and repairs.

We have a couple of older vans that we are working on. We have needed a tow three different times. Burdens has been helpful and professional every time. We were passing through town and needed a starter installed on a pickup. Most places we called were rude or just couldn t find the time. Burden s not only got us right in (even though they were busy) they charged us a more than fair price! Would highly recommend them to anyone in the Tillamook area. Wonderful customer service and they went above and beyond!

While driving to Tillamook on a campin trip, my exhaust pipe broke free of my muffler. I secured it as best I could and continued our trip. I called Burden's, as it appeared to the only show in town, and gave them a heads up I would be swinging by.I was greated by employees immediately and within minutes my truck was in the garage and the owner, Don, was working on it. A quick cut and a weld and my truck was out. During the work, I spent time talking to employees who were all family members. This business has been around since 1970 and I got the whole story.A very, very, very reasonable price for such a hasty and needed job. Thank you so much for the help and visit! Highly recommended!!!

These guys saved my life! They came in very little time at all, saved my Prius from an awful predicament, and charged me a very reasonable fee. It was even fun. Never been more happy to pay for a tow.

Car broke down in the area. Not from here so I was in a hotel. I was told 3 days. Ordered the wrong part apparently. A week and a half later they have the part and tell me there is more wrong and it won t start after telling me it was only one thing. I get irritated and complain about the horrible service and giving me the run around and then I get a call 30 minutes later that it is fine and working. Very suspicious but it was working. They were just trying to charge me more and say more was wrong when it wasn t. Would never recommend and everyone I talked to in the area said they are know for this kind of bad customer service.

I can share the last 4 times I called Burdens Muffler and Towing. Let me tell you it is "not" the same as it was when Donny and his wife solely ran this business.Now that the daughter runs the business...they need a real 24 hour man. I've been hung up on, they are too tired, nobody would answer, and they would come the next day answer. I gave 4 stars because Don and his wife are wonderful people.

My family and I got stuck on the side of the road Friday. Don came and towed my truck to the mechanic. Then he drove us to the car rental shop. We were very grateful for the kindness shown.

Burdens came out very quickly after I broke down. When my bumper was damaged during towing they saw to it that it got repaired. Appreciate their prompt service.

They came into our RV park to move a 5th wheel and it took a long time and still didnt get it into the site. When he first pulled it, sadly he used poor vocabulary. I would not ask them to come back out here with the poor customer service they provided.

For being a 24hr emergency tow service, these people look for any excuse not to help you. Apparently 6pm on a Sunday is to inconvenient to even listen to why you need tow help, let alone actually help.It doesn t matter, Menefee Towing is more than happy to help.
