Very disappointed and disgusted with this repair shop. About 9 months ago my 2010 Jeep Patriot's clutch went out. Well the clutch pedal went all the way to the floor and would not go into gear at all. So called around to a repair shops and the only one that had any availability within the next month was 24/7 Truck and Auto Services. Several people told me some negative things about the guy who owns it. I was hoping just because he is not such a great person, that he did not run his business that way. Anyway they said that wether it was the slave cylinder or the clutch, they would replace both. I got the call saying my car was ready to be picked up and the total cost was close to $1,500 which I paid before pick up. My son and girlfriend drove me out there to pick up my car. I went inside to get my keys, went out started my car at that time my ride left. I went to shift it into gear and it would not go into gear just like when I dropped it off. I called my son to have him to please come back and explained why. After he got there he also tried to get into gear and nothing. So I went back inside to tell them that my car would not go into gear. One of the guys who works there comes out and bleeds it one time. Then it did go into gear, the guy told me that when I go to leave in my car, to pump the clutch a couple times and it will bleed itself. He also told me that if anything went wrong with parts/install of the parts they installed that they are liable for 12 months. I have been around a couple mechanics in my time and I have never heard anyone say that. If that was the case why would anyone spend the time and hassle on bleeding clutch/brakes. Anyway I drove my car home and everything was fine until 3 weeks ago. I called 24/7 I was told to bring it in and I told them I have very little income and that I would have to figure out how to get it towed out there. Well my son found someone to tow it out there on a Sunday and their website said they close at noon on Sundays but thier gates were closed and locked before noon. So the person that towed it out there for me towed it back to his place. Then he towed it back out there the Tuesday before Christmas. Wednesday our family were leaving to go on our first family Christmas vacation. Well on our drive I get a phone call from 24/7 telling me that they were gonna remove the parts they installed about 9 months prior and then they would have to send the parts to Duralast which they purchased through O'Reilly's. Then Duralast would inspect/test parts to see if the parts were failing due to something my doing, malfunctioning, or whatnot and that time they would say weather they would cover the parts and labor or just parts, or nothing. Depending on what Duralast said i would have to pay for whatever they will not cover. I was very upset because I had just paid a lot of money to fix my only means of transportation 9 months prior and I do no have the money to do that. I just decided to wait until I was back from our family trip to deal with the issue. So when I got back I called 24/7 and told them to go ahead remove the parts and send them in and i would have the same person come and pick it up and i wanted to get the parts that are under warranty and I will have my son's mechanic put them in for a price I can afford. He responded it does not work like that, the parts are only warranted through them. So I told him I'm over it, that I am having my son's mechanic come pick up my car and he will get new parts and do the labor for half the price. I cannot afford it and I do not believe I should have to but my family have no means of transportation. I know next time I will definitely do more research on a shop before I take my vehicle there. JUST CAN'T TRUST ANYONE THESE DAYS, IT'S REALLY SAD!

These guys were absolutely amazing and super professional. They took care of my brake system and got me back on the road very quickly. integrity and customer service are definitely strong points with this company. I highly recommend them.

They are my heroes for the day. I was stranded from out of state and called everyone in town. These guys were the only place in the area that was open later on a weekday & squeezed me in. They didn't try to rip me off and will treat you like you're friends. Thank you Alex & Jacob for staying late past closing time to make sure I got a new working alternator!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

To anyone out there that needs an honest days work with a honest days rate. This shop by far was the best shop I have EVER been to. These Mechanics, didn t just work on my Truck and fix it! They saved my life! Now don t expect free. People got to eat. But expect Honest rates and the truth of what it is happening with your vehicle. You need it done, this shop works around the clock to get it done! Honest people that are helpful to the bone. Our F350 carrying a truck bed camper broke down just south of tillamook. After calling every diesel shop we could find and being told 2 week wait to even diagnose, 24/7 said they could take a look that afternoon. We had Burdens tow us there (highly recommend) and within 10 minutes of unloading they had us pulled into the garage. They were able to diagnose the issues fairly quickly (turbo and high pressure oil pump) and continued to work on it until it was running again, less than 48hrs! We were so grateful! Fully expected to be stranded for a week or two, as good diesel mechanics everywhere are booked out.24/7 also has uhaul services on site so we were able to rent a simple pickup to go into town and get a hotel room till we were back on the road.The mechanics were very honest and factual about our situation and charged reasonable prices even though we were tourists at their mercy. Highly recommend.Also recommend the Air museum that is right down the street. Cool artifacts, history and good lunch.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Fast, reliable, professional, friendly service. Needed a Dash Camera installation done on my 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro. It took less than 1 hour and was done at a very reasonable price. No complaints from me. Highly recommend for your vehicle repair.Rick from Netarts.

Awesome, gifted mechanic! I have taken my car into this shop several times and it has always been a good experience. Alex goes above and beyond to help every customer who walks through his door. He is fair, honest and always tries to give a great deal. If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic to get the job done right and do it for a good price, this is the place to go. Never schedule uhaul here. Go to west coast exhaust instead. Ended up getting told to leave when I had been dropped off. I scheduled for 1230 . They said I needed to come before noon. Was unable to come at noon. Company name is wrong . Uhaul then said I could still go and get the Dropbox key for after hour pickup. Also uhaul didn t know what they were talking about. Always call local place first. Told me to go to 24/7 when my reservation said west coast exhaust. Had friend drop me off at 1215. Asked person working on car if my Usbank was ready. She said they were closed. I called uhaul and walked to see if the pickup box was working. Got ahold of the lady at 24/7. Said she could help me after she helped another person get a uhaul. Walked back to 24/7 auto . Went back to see if she was there. Asked if she was there. Man told me I was disrexptful and was told to leave. Didn t want to get in a fight so I left property and called uhaul. While calling I saw the lady help someone get a uhaul truck lol. Called uhaul and they said to wait. Got a 50 refund!! The same guy came towards me and thought he was going to try to hurt me. Instead he was mad trying to put the key in the pickup box but couldn t so he walked away. He ended up coming back and shutting the gate leaving me stranded. Luckily my frien came to get me. Honest mechanic, Don't pay attention to the negative reviews. Alex helped us out big time while his business was busy. I Dropped off my F250 Super Duty Diesel and told him what was wrong with it, he called me back within 2 hours and told me the cost and that he could get the parts that day and have it finished same day to keep us on the move.I generally do my own mechanical repairs and double checked his work. A great investment of money when on a tight time frame after driving all day.

I rented a car hauler from them. The lady in the office was extremely friendly and helpful. The mechanic who's tools I used to get my drop hitch squared away was nice. All in all for uhaul needs I would definitely go back to them again.

If there was a way to leave 0 stars I would! My family and I were traveling down the coast from Utah when our Chevy Silverado stopped running. We were able to get a tow from a local company Scovel who were very nice....but they were unable to diagnose and fix our issue. The owner at 24/7 told him that he would take care of us, worst case scenario maybe 5 days if they needed parts. After 4 days of waiting, being stranded with my 3 small children I could no longer even get the guy to answer our calls. He kept telling us he would call, but never did! We stopped by the shop to get some answers and found out that he had just left to go the lake for the weekend???? Poorer communication and care about others couldn't be possible. We finally called a towing service to come take our vehicle to another location and he made us pay $80 to get our keys for diagnostics he never ran or told us about! THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE, DON'T LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!But as per other negative reviews I am sure he will have "no recollection of this event"!Update 7/22: The owner returned from his vacation and called me due to my negative online review. He claimed to have communicated extensively with us, claimed that he tried everything in his power to help us and that I am "dramatizing" these events. Whatever his recollection, I am happy to have my vehicle out of his shop, and no longer relying on his services!

I took my Nissan Pathfinder to these mechanics and I couldn t be happier my car is running so smooth ,.they had it done really fast. Great job guys. I would recommend this shop to everyone I know they did a excellent job. So I don t know why any one would give this place a bad review. Shame on you they are hard working men and did a great job. Thank you all so much will send business your way and for sure bring my car back to you. Thank you all again

I won't take my vehicle to anyone else in the county but Alex he is always fair and frequently goes out of his way to help people...in fact I was there when these people claiming he hates make a wish foundation came to the shop and I can tell you they are outright liars! Alex does excellent work at a fair rate...so if you do not know how a mechanics shop works here is a quick rundown...most if not all shops charge a fee for diagnosis of a problem some will waive this fee if the work is done in their shop some do not but I've yet to see a shop that does not do this...second they are well within their rights to charge storage fees for vehicles towed to their shop that they are not working on this is another thing most if not all shops do and would be exactly how I would personally run a shop if I had one...I trust no one else besides myself and Alex to work on my vehicles and I count myself lucky to know him so swing by his shop say hi and see what he can do for you

Have your car towed here at your own risk. Alex can tell you (as he did last weekend), "It is not worth fixing. No charge" The transmission had failed. He's probably right.So then, when on Monday you decide to donate the car to Make A Wish and they call him to arrange pickup he tells them, "There are fees accrued. I won't release the car."Call him the next day and he says, "It's $500 and more each day." Alex clearly wants the car.Oregon law - ORS 746.292(2) states, "Before commencing repair work and upon the request of any customer, a motor vehicle body and frame repair shop shall make an estimate in writing of the parts and labor necessary for the repair work, and shall not charge for the work done or parts supplied in excess of the estimate without the consent of such customer."Alex is a bully and a creep. Guys like him give honest mechanics a bad name. Or maybe he just Hates Make A Wish.

Horrible place, run by a rude owner absolutely the worst. I highly do not recommend. Left my car on a Wednesday so they could Run a diagnosis and find out what was wrong with it, told us he would give us a call that day and tell us what was wrong. Saturday came and still nothing, we decided to go pick up the car and take it to someone else. He CHARGED me $240 for 3 hours work but still couldn t find what was wrong with the car. I asked why I was being charged if he hadn t figured what was wrong and I quote I don t work for free which is understandable if he had found something!!. The whole time he was talking back with an attitude and being rude about the whole situation. I asked for receipt of everything he did and at the bottom and I quote Charged for 3 hours diagnostics because customer were very inpatient and did not understand the diagnostics do not happen in a few minutes. Absolutely the worst mechanic I have dealt with highly unprofessional and a horribleattitude12/23His response just proves my point even more. He has been the only one I have taken my car too and regret it so much. He was the one being completely rude and talking back with attitude and the only person I spoke too. Horrible place to go and owner even worse.

Fuel pump went out on my Yukon while on a family trip to the OR coast. Called the 24/7 number at 9:30 at night thinking I d get an answering service, and got Alex leaving the shop! Explained that we were in a pinch, heading home with trailer in tow in a day! Alex said to bring it in and they ll see what they can do. Got the rig there around 11:30 the next morning, he had it assessed by 1:30 and fixed by 4!!!! AMAZING! I couldn t be happier with the quality service!

READ ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!Took my truck to the shop and the first time he said it would be about 3 weeks and he was right.Then a week and a half after I got it back it died on me driving home, it took awhile but I finally got time to tow it to the shop ( about two weeks is how long it took me) when I dropped it off he said he was backed up by about a week so I waited a week to call and he said he was gonna be looking at it on Monday, so I waited till Wednesday ( two extra days) he said they had tried looking at it that day but the batteries were dead, I believe that cause they were dead when I dropped it off but last I checked Wednesday was not Monday. And that means the trucks been there two weeks before he even started to get around to it. He said he will call but I m yet to hear back since. I will call on Monday, cause I don t mind being a pest when it involves my truck and people working on it, if you say a certain day I expect that day8/27. I called today and he said a bad injector and sounding very angered said he would not work on the truck. When he had it the first time he said he tested the injectors and that they were fine. Injectors do not go from fine to not letting the truck run in a week and a half, so ether he didn t test them, didn t test them right, or he messed one of them up. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE, they will screw you over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was in a bind when I was entering tillamook. My alternator was failing on me. I called around and Alex had the parts on hand and was willing to squeeze me into a very busy schedule. I m very grateful and will absolutely come back if I find myself with car troubles at the coast. Thank you for a safe return home! Horrible place. Charged me for services I never asked for. Completely rude. Then when I disputed the charges he called me multiple times harrising me never again will I use the uhaul service he operates. I will use uhaul again but not with him. Then he calls his costumers liers and thiefs im a mechanic for a living i deal with costumer service every day and he is the worst I've ever seen. He says after hours but claims he's a 24/7 business. False advertising.

I had Alex move my 5th wheel from the Canadian Border to Tillamook.He drove all day to get it and arrived in the dark. He checked everything hooked up and had it here Safe and Sound the next day !He leveled it and helped me get it set up!Wonderful job! My pickup carrying a truck camper died in Manzanita on a Friday night. Had to tow it to the only person who would look at it, Alex. He was able to diagnose the issue but had trouble locating the parts due to covid. He went on a blog and found the missing parts. One in Alabama, one in Seattle and a few others from around the country. He got it fixed and running like new. He kept my truck for 3 months to repair the heater core, repeatedly lied about getting it rebuilt, wrong one sent, lost by Fedex, and then when I complained, Alex said to pick it up. My truck had not been reassembled, heater core was on the floor, and he refused tell me why it was never fixed. This has been the most egregious example of ineptitude and rude service that I have ever experienced.JosephService: Engine repair

Alex Cole is amazing! He's friendly & helpful & generous with knowledge. He REALLY knows diesel engines. He made several suggestions to make our truck run better NOT using his services, just general information. Great guy!

My truck broke down coming back home from Portland yesterday, got it towed to his shop by AAA on a Sunday! Extremely happy that they were able to take my truck in on such a short notice and help me get back on the road as soon as possible! Very professional!

Very friendly fast the van I rented was great on gas I moved 80+ miles away 170 round trip only paid $36 in gas the ladies that helped me was so nice and fast at getting me the vehicle I needed and very knowledgeable it was no doubt the best moving experience ever ty

24/7 is run by a scamming mechanic who will tell you your car is totaled and pretend to be a nice guy when he really just wants to confiscate your vehicle. By law, a reputable mechanic must give you a written bill stating what work will be done for what price. It isn't legal to claim days later that you did work that you are charging for.

The poorest place I've ever dealt with. I was going to start with a simple oil change getting the oil products through his business. I have been using "Ansoil", and filters for years on this truck. He stocks Motorcraft filters and was going to use one of those, but I asked for him to order a Amsoil premium filter, and he agreed to do so. I also explained that I had alot of more work, more than just an oil change, in which his shop specialized in. He told me that Amsoil would take about a week to ten days to deliver the filter and that he would call me when it came in. HE NEVER HAS! I've stopped several times over the next weeks, to months since. He lies to tell me it hasn't shipped yet, putting it on Amsoil, when I checked with Amsoil, they replied that they have no problem with shipping. My conundrum is wondering why I would want to do business with someone who is not interested in my business, and then lies about it passing it onto his suppliers. If it was possible to give minus stars, I would do that. I would have appreciated it more if he at least would have told me "he didn't need my business". I cant stand liars, and those who pose to make you think they are trying to accommodate you. What a waste...my time and also of his. HIS LOSS. I STRONGLY WOULD WARN ANYONE OFF OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP!!
