We came in with air conditioning problems. We had an appointment scheduled ahead of time. I was a little frustrated how long it took for the diagnosis but they were able to get parts the next day and repair it quickly.

I had some extensive suspension work done by Columbia Gorge Toyota after a recent accident. Although there were several trips back and forth, Bo and the rest of the service team were very attentive to making sure that every last bolt got its turn. Things didn t always go to plan, but they took the time to make sure that the work was done right and answered all of my (many) questions along the way.I m certain next time will be a 5 Star review for sure.Thank you!

Easy in and out for our oil service and multipoint inspection. Employees were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We will bring our other Toyotas here for service as well.

I had Recently Driven down to Oregon from Washington so I could be at My Grandson's 5th Birthday and while making my first few hours of a return drive home I noticed it was harder seeing things occur while driving. So after making a stop to buy something at a store I Tested my Cars Low and High Beems by Watching them being Reflected from them the Store's Windows & I Noticed by left side High Beam light Bulb was Burned out.And just after leaving the area on the Freeway I saw This Toyota Dealership was Right By where I had just been without knowing it... So I got off the Freeway on the Next Exit and Drove back to the Toyota Parts Department and asked if they had a High Beam Lightbulb for My 2015 Toyota Prius I they Parts Man Looked it Up on his Computer and Saw that they Had one!I bought it and an assistant from their store noticed I was back in to the Toyota Parts section asking the Parts Man if Someone Could Put it in for Me because I couldn't get the burned bulb out Myself and this Assistant said: "He could put it in For Me...& after a tricky few minutes he got it in and he checked it out to see if the Bulb would light back up & It Did!"So A Very Good Toyota Dealership, and It Made Driving Back Home Much Easier & Safer As My Prius usually Operates. So They are a 5+ Star Company, and I Gave The Man Who Helped Me a Tip even though He Said I Didn't Need To But I Did so Bexause they Saved Me and My Car driving home in the dark,Craig Finley.

Managed to score a same day appointment online for my check engine light. Really easy online process.Team was ready, friendly and knowledgeable when I got there.Problem was diagnosed and they had the parts on hand to fix it while I waited.

Fast, friendly service and quality work. You will pay top dollar, but it's worth it knowing it's done right. Repairs come with warranty for both parts and labor, not to mention they throw in a free car wash.

I was on vacation in Oregon and desperately needed an oil change on my Volkswagen Golf. I was able to get in immediately and they performed a multipoint inspection and oil change. The Volkswagen went 16 hours and 1300 miles the next day back to Colorado with no issues. The Toyota service team did a proper job on my foreign car. A+ thank you.

Service Dept took our car in immediately when it was the tires were vibrating on the highway. Promptly and professionally identified and fix the problem. With 5 degree temperatures it was a blessing. Thank you so much!

It s hard for me to believe that almost every time I have brought my 2021 4Runner in for service there has been a big error. I hadn t been in a very long time, had a coupon for an oil change. The day after my oil change, there was oil leaking out of my vehicle and all over the underside. I was told my rear wiper washer wasn t working; runs just fine. Last time was a incorrectly installed cabin air filter. The list goes on. Every time I go, it ends up being a bigger waste of my time. Previous interaction with service manager has been poor; clearly he hasn t resolved issues in his service department.
