I was hit and my car received $5200 worth of damage to the front in. I called the Subaru Dealership in The Dalles to see if they could fix it they recommend Jack s Body Shop. Let me tell you top notch ALL the way through the processes. From sending me a copy of their original quote (the other parties insurance covered my damage) then sending me their revised quote after tear down. To getting my rental car back to enterprise. I had an issue after picking my car up. Called them up I was told to bring it right back I did here s the catcher..... MY ISSUE WAS NOT FROM THE ACCIDENT and guess what THEY GOT ME ALL TAKEN CARE Of ... I was like WOW!!! They totally didn t have to do that but they did. No other company I know would have done that!, EVERY employee I cam in contact was amazing GREAT customer service I will totally recommend them and if I ever have a need for body work they will be my first call <3 thank you ALL so much you are an AMAZING group of peopleService: Body & Trim

I couldn't have been happier with the service from start to finish. The workmanship was excellent. Debbie was wonderful from helping me secure a rental car to keeping me up to date on the progress. I would give 10 stars. I had a small mechanical door problem which turned into more than the eye could see. The problem was solved with skill and expertise which made me realize the best customer service is truly alive at Jack's Auto Body.

I had heard great tjungs about this body shop so after a snow storm and sliding into ditch I took my truck there without hesitation. Definitely not the quality I was expecting. Bare metal from no paint under my door after I picked it up. They sent out for alignment supposedly but it was pulling hard right and they said they test drove it and was straight down road with no pull.Turn the heater on in defrost and now I have a constant whistle noise because they left something off. Still not sure what that is. Just been living with it. Nice enough people but not the quality I was expecting. And after multiple visits back to get things fixed . I guess it's hit or miss like one person said.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Father took his 2017 fusion here after not at fault accident. When I looked over the car after they were finished I could not believe they had let it leave the shop. Fender hits the passenger door when opening front bumper has 1/2 gap on one side. Hood does not close smoothly.Would not recommend anyone using this shopServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Had damage to my trailer due to a pipe falling and punching a hole in the side. Everyone, including the dealer said the whole side of the camper needed to be replaced. Jack's said they'd be able to repair, paint, and have it like new, without replacing the whole side. They did just that. Came in exactly at the quoted price. The work is so good, I couldn't find where the original damage was. They matched the paint and clear coat perfectly. Worth every cent. Really amazing work.This is the best body shop in the Gorge. No one's even close. If you want work done right, for the quoted price, do yourself a solid and take it here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Jack s Auto is the best! They are terrific at communicating the vehicle s status and completing work in a reasonable timeframe. Vince goes the extra mile for his customers and is always looking to save you money without sacrificing quality and safety. I go to Jack s first whenever my vehicle is having an issue. They have good relationships with other businesses in town, and will always point you in the right direction on the off chance they don t provide the services necessary to get you on your way. Very friendly and accommodating staff. It was easy to quickly get a repair estimate. They dealt with the insurance company and made sure the repairs were approved. Got my car in and repaired in a very reasonable time period that worked with my schedule. Their work is of such quality that If I hadn't seen the damage caused by another driver hitting my car, I'd never know just by looking, what repairs had been done to my car. They also went above and beyond the repair of the exterior damage by taking the time to also vacuum and clean the interior of my car as well. This is a business that truly knows how to treat their customers. They were great!!! Kas

Based on the reviews, at first I thought I was in good hands, but turn out not to be. The reviews can be a hit or miss. Very unsatisfied with the repairs on my truck. The amount of money my insurance company paid them, you would think the shop will repair everything in timely matter, in great quality and great workmanship. That wasn't the case, the communication was great towards the beginning, but started to fade out. Based on my experience I don't think this shop does well with major damage to vehicles. Small or simple damage might be their best key points. Had to take my truck to another shop and they walked me through all the stuff that was wrong, from a loose front fender, horrible workmanship, and missed body damage. Unfortunately this shop did not own up to its 5 star reviews.

After my car was rear ended while I was stopped at a red light I contacted Jack's Body Shop. The entire process from estimate to finished repair was seamless. They worked with my insurance, and even assisted when I needed a rental. Can't recommend them enough. My car looks great!

Jacks body shop went above and beyond on the repair and painting on our Toyota tundra, the owner is a great guy, I think Brian was the manager , he was real professional ,the quality of the work was excellent, I would recommend Jack's bodyshop. I ve been having an issue with water leaking through my driver door when it would rain. They were quick and professional. They were friendly and tried to problem solve if there needed to be more work done. Trying to find alternatives to save me money. They explained what they did when finished. Go check them out. If I could give zero stars I would. Had an appointment for 8 a.m to drop off my truck to get the bedliner done. No one was in the office at 8. Asked some of the mechanics when the office would be open they said they didn't know. I said I had an appointment at 8 and they responded with well I don t know when the office staff will be there. No one seemed to care that I had an appointment at 8. After waiting for 45 minutes I just left as I couldn t wait any longer and the office still was not open. I drove 1.5 hours to get there, took time off of work and don t appreciate when people have no regard for others time. I will go somewhere else to get the work done if this is how customers are treated.First off I never received a voicemail from them. If I had I WOULD NOT have drove an hour and a half to town!!! The staff that were there could have simply said its going to be a while due to the snow storm. But no one said that they just dismissed me. Like I said I will go else where for this work.

I just picked up my car from Jack's and it looks amazing! They did a great job on my Toyota. Everyone including the owner was easy to work with. Great service and very friendly.

They went about of their way to get this done before a planned trip, then got it completed in record time. Did a fabulous job, even fixed something extra.(Side note: No one wears a mask in the office/reception area, which didn't bother me, but alert others with health issues.)

Wonderful service with friendly people! My car was returned in better shape than when I had dropped it off.. (not just the repair). I'm pretty sure they cleaned out the inside too!

Fast, friendly, and professional; Jack s Body Shop is the place to go for collision repairs in the Columbia Gorge! They also did a Rhino Lining for my truck - 16 years later there are still no scratches or dents in the bed lining!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

They had to repaint the whole passenger side of my F-150 and it looks like they matched it up nice.No thanks to the uninsured that hit me. Now I will have to try to get my deductible back.Thanks to all at Jacks

Locked my keys in my truck and I was referred to Jacks from a friend. I called them and not even 5 minutes later the guy showed up and helped me unlock my truck for free. He was super nice and such a tremendous help. I will refer everyone I know to them!
