Needed a new tire from a rock in the road. That new kid Isaac REALLY JUMPED TO IT AND HELPED US OUT!!! Greeted me with a smile and excited to help. The desk staff was amazing as always!

Driving back from Montana I got caught in the storm on I-84 and got redirected to The Dalles. The chains Les Schwab gave me were the wrong size the week prior and they wouldn t help me out. I got ahold of the people at Point S and they had the chains I needed. I showed up and got my chains ASAP, they helped me get my chains tighter since my size tire is a little weird and were more than accommodating. Stuck in 2ft of snow was no fun. Thanks guys!

What can I say it's point s great service they usually always have what you need and it's a lot cheaper than Les Schwab but better warranty I need a new lug nuts for my new rims and of course they had the full set of 32 in black for my super duty pickup now it looks awesome 37" tires on a leveled Super duty 20" platinums +40 offset is factory. I had to run 2 in spacers to make them look right with the flares as usual with spacers too much vibration so I had to spring for some new wheels and tires. Barely rubs. If you have a lifted truck I highly recommend them they were beautiful factory wheels not a scratch on them. Now it's running Kanati road armor hog 295/70r18 on 18x10 Moto Metal rims. 35 in with a -24 offset fit bushwacker fender flares perfect!

I had called and scheduled an alignment appointment. The person taking my called scheduled me and sent me a reminder. When I arrived at my appointment, I was told the tech had the day off. I spent time out of work to take my car only to know that the call center made a mistake and scheduled me on the tech s day off. Jon, at the Tire Center was apologetic and told me to come in the next day and he would get my car aligned. He got my car fixed and I was happy. Word to the wise, call your shop directly. Don t use website.

Best tire place in the Dalles! I have a little old creeky rusty Chevy metro that always needs something. John and his staff ALL go the extra mile to take care of their customers, and do really quality work every time. Les Schwab wouldn't even carry my size tire. Thank you folks for being a piller of the community here.

Thanks so much to the folks at Point S Tires in the Dalles. I pulled off I-84 in the Dalles because of a low tire pressure warning on the left rear tire. I parked at a Ford dealership and called the 24/7 service covered by my insurance policy. I submitted a report and waited for an hour. I finally went into the Ford Service office and asked where I can get my tire fixed. They recommended Point S Tire Service nearby. First thing I noticed at Point S was the employees took time to smile. They removed the nail in my tire and patched the hole and had me on my way in 15 minutes. There was no charge for the service. I was very impressed with Point S.

Hooked me up with a new tire in a kinda weird size on a Friday morning before the Gambler. Friendly and gave good advice. Tire wasn't cheap, but I'm glad they had one.

Gills Point S is always responsive and reliable. In this case, I was feeling some brake scraping. While setting the appointment, I mentioned that I needed an oil change too but the shop had been busy. Gills took care of the oil change along with the break job with expertise and efficiency. I go to Gills Point S because I trust them to do the right thing and do it well. This visit was no exception and I am a very happy customer. If anyone asks, I recommend Gills Point S

Got in line early to get my studded tires off. Got right in and out in no time. Also enjoyed a cup of fresh coffee also. There complete change over cost less than ALL competitors.

We were passing through with our truck and trailer when we got a flat tire on our trailer. Jon fit us in and got us back on the road in less than an hour! Great service, nice waiting area and cool in the intense 111�heat!I highly recommend Point S Tire in the Dalles.

These guys are awesome. Super friendly, quick, and helpful. I had a flat tire and was staying an hour away, they got me in and out in ten minutes and was able to service my car with an IID when other shops wouldn t touch it. Will definitely be going back if I have anything else happen. Thank you guys!!

Picked up a 1 inch bolt in our Class A RV's drivers side front tire. Gills promptly helped us out and got us back on the road. Great service, highly recommend!

We realized we needed air in the tires when we went shopping for food earlier- but we didn't know where to go, as we didn't carry change. We ended up googling a place,, and Point S popped up! We usually go to the one in Battle Ground, but we were away from home. Bays were full when we pulled up, guys were working like crazy! The wait wasn't long at all- Austen got us all taken care of in under 20 minutes! Thank you guys so much!

They're always so nice and helpful! I've been coming here for years for all my tire needs, even the small stuff. They're the best. Today is my first time having them do a mechanical repair. I was getting a nail removed from my tire and asked if they could fix a different issue. Not only could they do it but they're taking care of it right now while I wait and it's over $100 cheaper then the repair was quoted as from the dealership! I'm so glad I thought to ask! Thank you thank you!

Awesome service. I was on a road trip to Oregon and my car tire pressure indicator was on but I couldn't get the valve seal off to fill it myself. I stopped here and they were quick to try different things to take the valve cap off and when that didn't work they removed the tires, replaced the valve and filled it up all in 5 minutes. And refused to take any fee as well. Thank you guys for the help. You saved our road trip. Would recommend this place to anyone!

It is Sunday and we are driving to Portland. We got one flat on our dual axle boat as we came into Biggs. We were taking it easy try to get there. As we started to come into the Dalles we popped another tire on the other side. We pulled over. I gave them a call hoping they had an emergency line, which they did. They answered right away. He was out here with 2 new tires within an 1hr. He was very nice and changed the them quickly. We had great service. Highly recommend them Thank you very much.

These guys are absolutely the BEST! We arrived 2 minutes before closing and they still took care of us! They've always been good to us, quick and fairly priced. They are so much better than the one on Goldendale.Thank you Jon and crew! You've definitely earned life-long customers!
