I have a 2021 Honda Odyssey and needed studs for the late winter we had this year. Devin s was a life saver and had some used-like new studs at a very reasonable price. They are my go to place for tire swapping etc. very affordable.

Jake at Devins was absolutely phenomenal! We ended up stranded with 2 flat tires trying to make ot home to portland and had very limited resources. He went above and beyond to come to us grab the tires one by one take them to the shop and come back and swap them out for us and did it all quickly and still within our budget. They are friendly and you can tell they really want to help and arent all about the money. Really is the place to beat!

My car was making a horrible noise. I just moved to The Dalles and don t know anyone. Another shop recommended Devin s. I called and left a message and he called me the next morning and made me an appointment as soon as he could. When I arrived at the shop, he immediately took it for a short drive and was able to diagnose the problem. He said it was bad and wouldn t let me continue driving my car. He insisted on fixing it immediately and another employee gave me a ride to work. I picked it up later that day, fixed, and running great!

Tires and alignment. Been going here for a few years. Great customer service. Super quick and affordable. One thing I appreciate is they test drive your vehicle afterwards. This is important to me so they can check their work. Thanks crew for doing a great job. All of you are amazing!

Got recommended to Devins from my mechanic had to get my ball joints replaced. They were kind and honest got my car done in a reasonable time. Won t go anyone else.

Showed up 30 minutes early, they got my car in 15 minutes before scheduled appointment time, they estimated my wait time as 2 hours and it took exactly 2 hours... Devin isn't just a business man, he's a man that takes care of his customers and he has a great and friendly staff! I will always use his shop when I need it... I recommend you do the same!

My friends and I were in town only because our tire had popped the night before. Toyota did not have our tire, we were needing to travel another 6 hours and could not afford the one Les Schwab had in stock. So we went to Devin's.As a former farm girl also must say, this place just warmed my heart cause it brought me back to my dad's work shop and I loved feeling that again!But Devin was so kind and let us have the tire and labor on the house! It was such a gift for us. And we are still blown away and blessed!Thanks Devin! I hope you make up for all the snow tires and More!!!!

I am very disappointed with my experience here. I was very relieved and ecstatic when I found out they had tires for such a low price, I live over an hour away from this business but It wasn't first choice, but that excitement didn't last long.. first off, I went there with my two front tires needing replaced, one about to blow and the other was a donut that had been on a week+ longer than it should have been. I only had the cash to buy one tire at the time and when I called the next day to check the availability of getting another one I was told they had it but when I went in they said they actually did not have it so I called on with my me tire from them, and the donut until I could get one from somewhere else. Not even a week later I was driving on the FREEWAY when the tire I just bought blew out and nearly caused a semi truck to crash into me. Luckily I was not injured but I was stranded, after hours of any place to purchase a new tire. please explain to me how a spare tire had lasted 4 times longer (and still useable) and this place call sell a tire not for temporary use that couldn't even last a week....I wish I could have gotten my money back but Since I live so far away but the time I found a way home and replaced both tires elsewhere, It had been weeks since the incident and I realized I had not asked to keep the old blown out tire to return to the store and I had not kept a receipt, I had not been able to return to the business to ask for a refund so I just hope that this was just a fluke thing or a "one has apple" thing because I love supporting small businesses and really wanted this place to be as I thought it was.Service: Tires

I wonder why the guys/gals rating before mine was so harsh on Devin's? ...I brought my car in needing front brake pads and for a rear brake inspection. Devin's confirmed the front pads were real low but that the calipers were still good so there would be no extra labor charges. They inspected the rear brakes (for free) and reported that they were 80% and in good shape! I brought the car in at 1:30 and it was done by 4:30! The price was very fair and the guys at the shop including Devin were friendly and honest. What more do you want these days but this kind of service and no B.S.. So to the person who said Devin's sucks, why don't you grow a pair and put your money where your mouth is!

Poor customer service from the top down. The owner of this business was rude and very unprofessional. Doesn't know how to treat customers even if they aren't doing business.Long story short you can go there and find out for yourself (hopefully he reads this comment and changes his ways for you). Or find out the way I did. Don't ignore this warning like I ignored the warnings I was given. from several people I checked with

Quick service, very kind ladies up front! They are also a very hometown feeling kind of place you know they are there to take care of their customers unlike the big box tire places that only care about upping the cost of everything.

Just had axel shafts replaced on a 2006 Acura TL. Lifetime Warranty and quality work. They were less expensive than others in the area. Next time you need tires, alignment or other suspension work take it to Devons!!
