Izzy, Jamie and the team were amazing as usual. They were generous with their time and made sure we had many options to choose from. In the end we drove away with a beautiful truck that met our needs at a price we could afford! Thanks for all you do!

Cheyanna and Michelle were great to work with. Very professional, friendly, and took great care of me. Would recommend them to all my friends and family.I Was amazed at the value they gave me for my trade in. I didn t have to play games and negotiate the price.

The sales team has really blown it out of the park for me the last few deals I had. Bradley Newman rocked the deals on my last 3 vehicles. He explained everything well, and got me the deals I needed and wanted. I wasnt pressured, and had a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Columbia Gorge Toyota for the purchase of a new or used vehicle.

We went in to turn in our leased Highlander. We needed a smaller vehicle because the Highlander was a little large. We worked with Cole who spent so much time trying to help us find something that we would enjoy driving in but still be able to make the payments. Everyone we dealt with were so helpful and we love our car. Everyone bent over backwards to help us! This is one of the best car dealerships we have dealt with in our 71 years of life. Love these guys!

We had the best experience with Columbia Gorge Toyota! The entire team was friendly and attentive and the whole process was smooth and transparent. We absolutely love our new Grand Highlander - it has every feature we were looking for. We highly recommend this dealership, and we will definitely be back when it's time for our next car!

Came over from Eugene to purchase a Tacoma - it was worth the 390-mile roundtrip drive. I worked with Izzy Romero, with Jeff handling the finance/paperwork portion. The team was fantastic.This is my 8th time going through the vehicle purchase process so I've had experiences with different dealerships in Ashland, Grants Pass, Eugene, Corvallis, and Portland Metro. Columbia Gorge Toyota soared above the rest to make sure I felt comfortable and that I understood all aspects of the vehicle, financing, warranties, and my options.Besides how genuinely kind the team is, they make you feel like a human being. And that is unfortunately rare when it comes to car dealers, especially once you are ready to make a purchase and have to work with the Sales Managers / Finance. I did not feel pressured and they did not give me the run around. Process was smooth, transparent, flexible, and fun.I'm very happy with the Tacoma TRD Pro we are lucky enough to have purchased. Though I will have it serviced at Toyota near home, when it comes time for the next purchase, I will be making the trek back to Columbia Gorge.

We recently purchased a Toyota Tundra Capstone. It was the best vehicle buying experience we've ever had. All the staff we interacted with were very warm and friendly. We received a very fair value on trade in. Our salesman Ryan Munoz was extremely personable and knowledgeable about their products and super-helpful with explaining in great detail how everything worked. The same was true with Melissa. No pressure experience including the coverage and maintenance options. I will have no reservations recommending Gorge Toyota.

By far the best Toyota service experience! Larry Slemp is the most efficient, professional, and kindest advisor I ve worked with. Also the service techs that had the oil change wrapped up in roughly 35 min. Very pleased!

I had an amazing experience with this dealership. I ended up having a little hiccup and was unable to purchase a vehicle from them. However, Ed went above and beyond and made the situation right. If anyone is in the market for any vehicle, I would strongly recommend giving their dealership a try.

This is the second car I ve bought from Columbia Gorge Toyota. The sales team is very helpful in finding a car that meets my needs. The service dept is friendly, professional with repairs and service done in a timely manner. The finance dept explained all options thoroughly and took the necessary time so that we were comfortable with our decision.I like this dealership because it supports local sports, education and cultural events in surrounding local communities.I highly recommend them.

Columbia gorge Toyota was great! We worked with Ryan M who was super easy to work with. He wasn't trying to push us into something we didn't want. He showed us exactly what we were there to see and was patient and extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. When it came to buying/ leasing our 2024 Tundra, him and the finance team worked to find us the best possible option for our long term goal and budget. We ended up doing our first lease and the finance team made it very clear what that entailed. Everyone we had the pleasure of working with was super friendly and courteous. Can't wait for the next new Toyota! I know where we'll be going.

Wonderful experience purchasing a 4Runner at Columbia Gorge Toyota last week. I worked with Cheyanna and she was fantastic. Communication was easy, straightforward, responsive. Jeff in financial services was also very helpful and friendly; no pressure when explaining warranty add ons. Overall awesome experience. I look forward to having my vehicle serviced with them and buying there again in the future. Thanks for all the help!

As a first time buyer, I had such a great experience! Bradley N. was my salesman and he was very communicative with updates when it came down to hunting down the RAV4 that I wanted. He had a great sense of humor and was very pleasant, kind and made me feel safe to work with! He made the whole process not as scary as I thought it would be. I highly recommend him 10/10!Melissa helped with finances, she is absolutely gorgeous and has such a bubbly personalty! I was very impressed with her presentation and explaining the little details to myself along with my parents to understand.Greatly appreciate Melissa and Bradley for making this happen for me! :) I m absolutely in love with my 2024 RAV4!

He helped show me how the new car functioned and was available to answer all of my questions before and after I bought my car.It is nice to be able to go somewhere local, so that if I needed anything I could get the help quickly and efficiently.I would highly recommend this dealership.

Everything went smoothly with our trade-in as well as the purchase of our vehicle. Jakib had everything ready when we arrived from out of town. The staff (Mike in particular) went above and beyond, ensuring I found the perfect vehicle for my specific needs (good mileage, good ground clearance, AWD, etc.) within my budget. The fact that they had a couple vehicles in stock to choose from made the car-buying process much easier than I had been expecting. They really worked with me on my trade-in and when it came to financing options, made the complexity of it easy to understand.

I bought a Corolla hybrid from them and the process was super easy! Bradley helped me in the process, and he was very communicative, thoughtful, and effective at providing information and solution. I m very impressed by how easy the process was. Also, they gave me a ride to come pick up the car in the same day although I lived 1.5 hour away. I am very grateful for this experience, highly recommend to everyone out there who s looking for a new car.

We've bought our last 4 vehicles there and have always had a wonderful experience. We're never pressured, you just let them know what you need and they do all work! Our go to salesman is Israel and he never disappoints! And you can't beat a Toyota! We've looked at other brands, even driving them, but they don't fit like a Toyota.

We were happily surprised to see Ed Depape and after some pleasantries he introduced us to Izzy . Izzy was great showing us between the venza and the crown. My wife threw a million questions at him and changed between the two several times. Izzy answered all the questions and was able to help us decide on the car we bought. We traded in a very nice car and we were given a fair price. I also am very impressed with the free oil changes and services sold with the car. Finally, Melissa helped us through the last hoop of financing, again an experience that was conversational and non pressured. All in all, one of the best car buying experiences we have had.
