There's never been a time I have entered this store without feeling welcome. Each time is more inviting than the previous trip. In a small community getting to know the employees in store you frequent makes the visit that much more pleasant.The staff are always informative, polite, and care about the products you are purchasing meaning that they are the correct specifications to whatever you are fixing.Thank you all. I will keep shopping with you.

Needed some hydraulic lines made, nice guy at the counter greeted me professional and looked at my bad hose, had all the parts in stock to help me out.I'd called the other guys in town first and they didn't seem to understand. But the call to Carquest was quick, professional and I knew we they could help

From February December 2019, through October 2020, this facility ( while under government mandate ) to have covid-19 restrictions in place, "did not!" No mask restrictions whatsoever, no 6'markings on floors for social distancing measures, no sneeze guards in place,.. owners refused to adhere to state and local guidelines in any way, shape or form. This put every customer who walked through the doors' health at risk. Not to mention their loved ones,.. families, friends. Owners completely and explicitly denied the existence of a virus that took over half a million lives. Suddenly,...they have health restrictions! Imagine that! But through 99% of the pandemic,..the owners just didn't acknowledge this blatant fact. Thought this should be known.

I got such amazing service here. The guys really went above and beyond expectations. And just reaffirmed why it's so important to shop and support our local businesses. These guys really deserve it. Thanks a bunch!

I don't shop at places who put their politics in your face. Guaranteed to show they don't care about 50% of the customer base in The Dalles. Shop elsewhere.

I bought some new lift/supports for my canopy there. The owner pulled the old ones off and installed the new ones for me. Appreciate that.

Very knowledgeable staff... If you have problems with your vehicle. The staff will know what you need to get the job done.
