Everyone is a friend until the paperwork and sale are completed, then back to strangers. The Mopar extended warranty is garbage as they refuse to pay for anything. After two weeks, my used vehicle had issues and after initially refusing to fix the vehicle saying it was previous damage, Mopar agreed to repair. It's been over a month and the repair facility is still waiting for payment. Others may have had better luck with Urness, but I will never be a Mopar customer after this sale.

I have waited for what feels like eternity for my brand new Chrysler Pacifica. Not to the fault of CH at all. It finally arrived last weekend, and I am stoked. Dave throughout the whole process was amazing. Always communicated status of our order, super friendly, very easy to get along with, and took the time to explain everything to me in details.I would highly recommend Dave at CH Urness!

A big thank you to young lady in the office for her help. We came in to renew boat tags but learned they don't do that anymore. However she took us to her office and renewed them online for us. Printed us the temporary paper and we were on our way. Saved us a trip to Clackamas or Condon.. Way over the expected service. Made our day!

Employees and management are nice and seem to care about the customers, not high pressure for sales and the service desk people try their best to help you

Owen in sales is great! Always goes above and beyond answering ally questions and scheduling me for Service definitely recommend. Service department gets a little backed up but they have a comfortable waiting area and always provide good service.

Very little wait time just too long of a wait to get the product I was looking for had to go to a competitor received the item in a few hours
