Bill was amazing! He responded to my voicemail right away. My Thule awning would not retract so I could not go anywhere. He looked up some possible fixesthe night I called and then established that he d have to look at it further at 8am in the morning. He was there in time and knew exactly what to look at and do. He was able to manually retract my awning and diagnose the fixes needed. If it weren t for him, I d be stuck in the same spot. I highly recommend his services!!!!

Just had the greatest experience with Bill's RV Repair. Our propane system was giving us trouble on the road. Fridge was running a little warm, stove burning weak and, finally, the generator wouldn't start. We called Bill and left a message. He got back to us within an hour, met us at a convenient location on our route, and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He then installed a new lp regulator on the spot. The whole experience took less than an hour.Bill also charged a very reasonable price for his work. I would highly recommend Bill's RV Repair to anyone on the road (or not) needing quick, efficient, repair.

My wife and I own a 23 foot coach that these days we use only for one big trip each year. We go to camp in the redwoods in northern California, and then visit friends in the area. We had made all our reservations before I de-winterized our camper a week ago, and we were really shocked to find that we had two water system issues that would nix our planned trip. Given that we live far out in the country and that the RV site we have used in the past has a long backlog for repairs, we thought we d have to cancel our trip. Luckily I looked around on Google and found a site called Bill s Mobile RV Repair, which I then called, but not really expecting to find a solution in time for our trip. Bill said he would come to our house (an hour s drive for him) in two days and evaluate the problem.He showed up right on time and went right to work. Within an hour he had diagnosed both of the issues we were having, and started to work fixing them. Two hours later and we were good to go! Let me emphasize that these were not simple, run of the mill problems, but with his many years experience Bill was able to figure them out and fix them on the same visit.At age 75 I have had many, many experiences with various auto and RV dealers on repairs needed, but I have NEVER been happier or more satisfied with the repair service than what I received from Bill s Mobile RV Repair. It saved me not only a lot of money, but equally important it did not require two days of our lives from my wife and me to shuttle our RV back and forth 100 miles and leave it at the RV dealer for a day or more. So for my money Bill gets 5 stars!!!

Bill did me a big favor. It was late afternoon on A Saturday and my slide was stuck in my fifth wheel. Bill was kind and called me back even though it was the end of the day, Bill asked me to send him some photos, he walked me through how to fix it over the phone. Worked out great saved the service call and I ve created a new friend in Eastern Oregon.

Called Bill on July 3rd because our refrigerator was not working. We walked me through a couple troubleshooting items and even called back on the 4th of July. Bill saved me two days in a row, first it was my awning which he diagnosed as fubar. He removed it, cut it in 2 with his Saws-All, and hauled it away for me. Next morning I had an issue with my propane. Once again, Bill saved me and I m cooking with gas again! Awesome guy, very funny. Reasonable prices and shows up quickly. Be advised, he does not abide fools! I especially loved that part

Bill went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of! He is very knowledgeable and knew what my issue was immediately! He often goes out of his way to help other people when no one else is helping! He is often extremely busy and he will get to you if at all possible. Please be patient and get in line! Bill was great! He called me back the same day and scheduled a visit the next day to help me with two separate issues I was having. He showed up on time, and was friendly. He fixed the water heater and a leak in 1 hour! I couldn't believe it. He provided me with a receipt as well and stayed around for a few to make sure everything was running well.I would recommend and use his service again if I needed!

Bill answered my call even though being swamped with calls during a recent heat wave. Bill asked me specific questions about the problems my trailer was having and listening carefully as I explained, he walked me through some problem solving scenarios to try. Bill is great! I had a problem with my crapper flapper and Bill came out and fixed it in less than 2 hours. He happened to have the right part - which is a lifesaver as many RV repair places do not keep inventory on hand. With the supply chain disrupted due to covid, this is no small advantage. Very fair prices and he travels to you. He is a hard worker, problem solver type. Highly recommend!

I called and left Bill a voicemail on like a Monday because I had learned that my furnace had stopped working. Mind you I m living out of my trailer doing power line work in the gorge with winter coming. Terrifying thought to have to live in freezing conditions with no heat. Bill came out as quick as he could (literally came out the next day) and already knew what the problem was before he even arrived to work on my trailer. I slept comfortably that night because bill had fixed my troubling furnace. The problem was a burned out relay on a circuit board about the size of my fist. The burn mark left by the relay was barely enough to see with a naked eye but bill knew exactly what issues that faulty relay would cause. Along with fixing my furnace that day, he was kind enough to fix another issue I had been having with my propane that I hadn t even mentioned to him, because I forgot to. I m super impressed with this mans work, he is fair, cares about his customers, and is just very easy to deal with. His work and customer service speaks volumes! I was trapped with my slides out, I had to fly my wife and son back to Michigan and had to drive our motorhome back. He was the closest rv repair but when I called, he did not offer to come help even after I told him I was desperate. He just offered suggestions and told us to call winnebago. I called hwh who is the manufacturer of our hydraulic system, not winnebago and it seemed like there was nothing we could do without the help of a professional. I called him again a few hours later and he still was not willing to come help, so I called a different mobile rv repair 2 hours away and they saved the day! Very grateful for them, maybe Bill's could learn something from them.

I had Bill come out and do a safety check on an old '79 camper, he was very helpful. After sitting for who knows how many years on a farm, I didn't know what would work and what was safe. Bill took the time to walk me through all of the appliances and show me how they work and checked them to make sure everything was OK.Bill was great, and way less expensive then I anticipated. I will call him again when I need a repair.

My rv fridge gave out while camping. Called Bill first thing in the morning and he came out that day, replaced the bad circuit board and thermistor. Great price, great value, great service, and a great individual. Thank you Bill.

This man is absolutely amazing. He diagnosed my air conditioning problem in less than an hour, explained everything so it made sense, and gave me a bunch of different options on how I could fix it within my budget today. Experienced, Knowledgeable, ProfessionalThe 7 pin trailer plug disconnected. Plug and cord destroyed by dragging along the road and we didn t want to go anywhere without a trailer brake. Called Bill just before he closed on Friday. He came out the next morning, in the rain, and replaced it saving the remainder of our road trip. We were camping in the area and had a hot water issue. A google search found Bill and he responded quickly on a Saturday and fixed our issue right away, plus gave us some great RV advice. Great personality and prices. If you re in the area of The Dalles and need RV service, I don t think you ll find anyone better. Thanks again Bill for your help and advice.

Finally got fed up with other RV repair places so I called Bill's Mobile RV Repair. Glad I did. He helped me over the phone, then stopped by and fixed the RV problem within a short amount of time! Great prices, great personality, just an awesome experience. Definitely won't ever mess around with contacting any other repair facility ever again! Thanks Bill !

Bill has done excellent work on our RV numerous times. Everything from water heater, furnace, generator and everything in between. We have a large motorhome and the "mobile" service Bill provides his customers is not only convenient but saves them a great deal of time and money. If you need RV repairs I highly suggest using Bill's service.

I called Bill about a broken pipe on my new travel trailer. Since he had to travel about 35 minutes to fix he asked for some pictures. I sent them via text message and had responses immediately telling me how much it would cost. The price was good so I made an appointment for that wednesday. He said he would be here at 830 am and he was here before 8 am. He quoted me $120 dollars over the phone and it was $108. So to sum things up he was here before he said he would be, his price was less than he quoted me and he had a nice personality and was very helpful. Don't bother with anyone else if you need rv repairs and are close by. Customer service is usually a lost art or afterthought but not with Bill. Thanks

Had a problem with the wiring in my campers water heater when I was at maryhill state park. After calling like 5 numbers looking for help, and being told they were to busy for me I came across his number. Bill not only came down and fixed it, but walked me through how to fix it and the rest of my wiring problems step by step so I could take care of the rest of my small problems. Great service, great price. If I could give him more stars I would. Thank you

I contacted Bills Mobile RV Service, based on the reviews ! I told Bill my concerns, one being the power on my satellite dish, I was sure it just needed to be checked from the dish to the battery connection, he suggested I contact a satellite company, I really don t think it needed anymore than to change the connection on the batteries, that s what has happened in the past, so since I d already had to replace two batteries and added two more, it must have just been miss connected; I also told him I had issues with my solar, he advised he was ok with working on solar. Bill told me on Monday morning that he was on top of an rv roof, he had my number, and would check his schedule when he came down. So unless he fell off the roof and was unable to remember to call, he did not call me back. I called the next day about noon NO answer and still NO CALL BACK, if he didn t want the work, why not just say so, I would not have stayed the extra day(s), thinking he was going to come out. I truly don t understand what it is about these mobile rv techs that they will not honor their word that they will do the courtesy of a call back.

I met Bill in The Dalles and he fixed a few things on my camper. I needed a new water pump installed and he pulled one out of his van and threw it in in minutes. Fixed my awning which was a challenge but he nailed it. He is willing to spend the time talking you through things. Hopefully he doesn't retire and doesnt seem old enough.I highly recommend him.

About a month ago we had trouble with our slide while camping about 30 miles from The Dalles. Bill saved us. He was friendly, professional and beyond reasonable. We hope all of our breakdowns are near The Dalles. Thanks, Bill!

On the day of a big storm Bill made it to our full timer rv. The furnace was not working properly and Bill discovered that previous repairs made by other companies did more harm than good. Bill was informative about the repairs needed and by doing so saved us from a potential disaster later. Thank you Bill for a quick response and the integrity to do the job right.

This man was simply amazing, he is very impressive and knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He not only fixed my problems but told me what to look for in case I had any future issues. His prices were more than fair and honest. I would recommend him to anyone for their RV problems
