The 2 guys were quite nice.1 knew exactly what I was looking for even though I didn't know the name of the item. But I described it to him and he said....yup. we have 1 more left and took me directly to it.Thankful for their knowledge!

The service and help from Isaac was exceptional. Had a leaky power steering hose and the help from Isaac and a local mechanic that was onsite helped me get back on the road. Thanks to great help. AutoZone is usually a good spot, this location on the other hand is difficult to get service. They are to busy all playing on their phones to do their job. Luckily there is one older lady that understands what it means to do your job. Three day wait to get a part they said they have in stock and nothing but lip service from what appeared to be the ring leader. Absolutely avoid this location until they have made some big personnel changes. The competition just down the road does a great job and is always professional.

I went to autozone and purchased a stereo and one of their employees James told me that he was the stereo king and that he would have no problem wiring my stereo into my car. Well I let him come over and it took him hours and somehow he cut wires he shouldn't have now the the single from my key to my fuel injectors to tell them to open and start my car do not work. So now it's been 3 weeks my car still doesn't start, my stereo still not hooked up correctly and James won't answer any of my phone calls. He is trying to start his own business putting in stereos and if I were you I would definitely suggest you go to a professional because he Will seriously Mess up your Car and your stereo.

I had bought a tow strap but ended up not needing it. I went in to return it but to my dismay I had misplaced my receipt. I was under the impression that it would be easy to locate because everytime I purchase something there they put it under my phone number. Turns out that's only for warranty items. Blew my mind. The young gentlemen that was helping me explained quite succinctly. I was quite bewildered as now I could only hope for a store credit. Settling for that I indicated we sould proceed. He then asked me for my I.D.It was my turn to explain as my wallet had been liberated from my possession by some unscrupulous miscreant. Now Josh (young gentlemen) looked at me with trepidation and said no return was possible. I thanked him and exited as fast as my short legs would convey me. Seething with a mix of righteous indignation and self recrimination I drove down the road two blocks and had to pull over. I then phoned the business and asked for the MGR. Josh answered and I vented a tad bit of steam. Josh took my steam and diverted it into acceptance as he offered a solution. If I could just pinpoint the day I purchased the strap he could help me. I did and he located a copy of my transaction. WhewJosh (young gentlemen) satisfied my high standards for customer service and then exceeded them.kudos Josh

This is my favorite auto store they are very helpful. One employee helped me install new headlights and then felt bad because my car required 4 lights and she knew I was low on cash. She offered to buy them for me. That is outstanding customer service

Was visiting in town and my windshield wiper motor went belly up. I was worried because I needed to leave in a couple days and with the weather, driving with no wipers was a no-go. Josh at Auto Zone assured me I could have a new one in by noon the next day...and he also discovered a prior order so the part was covered under their lifetime warranty! The part came as promised, and an hour later I had installed a new wiper motor.Love these guys.

I was camping when I had two alternators go out in my rigs. They had both in stock called and placed on hold. Drove an hour to store. There was an older lady working and a manager. The older lady was new and could tell she wasn't trained very well. The manager seemed like he didn't have the time to train her or help the lady. Once he had time to help us, the manager wanted to sell us more stuff instead of getting the parts we were waiting on. We got alternators. I had one core with me, but they cashed me out for both. That was the managers fault for not paying attention, not the older lady working

Oh my goodness! My car would not start today. So, after I got a jump, i went to AutoZone! Bryan G. helped me with my battery! He checked it out with his tester, and sure enough it was in FAIL! So he immediately helped me choose the right battery and installed it for me right away!! From the time I got there to the time I left was less than 30mins total! This turned my very stressful morning into an easy, breezy afternoon! Please let him know how much he helped this single mom out and commend him within your business! I will be back here for future services!

Walked in to buy a battery, guy behind the counter seemed clueless about the business and used phrases like, he guy, well dude, and other references that during the time I owned a business (25 years) not a single employee would ever be allowed to speak to a customer.Had a couple of questions that he couldn't answer so I gave up, paid for my battery and left.I needed a few other items but found it easier to order from Amazon and wait the 2 days for delivery instead of trying to sort it out.My stuff from Amazon came to a little over $125, which I would have spent at the parts store with someone knowledgeable and respectful.The battery fit, all is well. And my Amazon stuff is here.

Fantastic Place! Low PRICE too. Needed Toyota 4runner oxygen sensor and their Densco price was rockbottom low. NAPA & Oreilly's had to order in. AUTOZONE had in stock. Josh the store manager mad sure the transaction from start to finish was EXCELLENT. Couldn't be happier. THANK YOU!!

I stopped in this Saturday to get new wipers for my pickup. The two ladies working, I can't remember their names, but they were so helpful and kind. I was asked if I wanted them installed and I was so relieved because I couldn't reach them and would have had to find someone to put them on. When I left I had new blades installed. Much appreciation ladies!!!

Terrance was a very nice and helpful person at this store. Our truck's assembly hub went out while traveling to Portland and we had two small children traveling with us. He took the time out to keep checking on us while we were getting it fixed. Terrance thank you for your kindness and helpfulness.

Very helpful staff. It was raining the day we arrived and Jackie, the store manager, helped us with a cosmetic problem with our car. She handed us the tools we needed to borrow and it was free of charge. Her hospitality purely made our day.

Scene: labor day 2022, 2 hours into a 6 hour drive, check engine light is flashing and the vehicle begins to shudder during acceleration... short version (having a bad day on the road).AutoZone was the only place open. I was just hoping to be able to get it diagnosed so I would know how bad it was. Joshua not only knew exactly what to do, he had the parts and he even went outside with me and got our vehicle fixed. This experience took a MAJOR issue and made it a minor inconvenience. Thank you Joshua, you saved our trip!!

I was in this store on 4/12/21 while the ladies running the store were super short staffed, it was just the two of them and working as fast as they possibly could. There was maybe 6 to 7 of us in the store. I saw a prior review where a man accuses the store manager of stealing, well i was in the store behind this man, woman definitely didn't steal his money. His child was so out of control man wasnt able to count his money properly. These two ladies were both at the register helping individuals and answering phones at the same time, so what could of been done differently? Nothing, they were going as fast as humanly possible. Good job ladies! Its awful reviewers like this that make businesses look bad.

While selection is great. The checkout times always take longer than the shopping.The female manager (I believe) knows her stuff. The rest rely on a computer and ask drone questions. If you re looking for technical help this is not the place to go, if you know how to wrench. Then you ll be good. 100X better than local Napa store. The sensors for ford I ve purchased thru here and one alternator fail within days or weeks. So I don t recommend the electronic replacements thru Autozone. Seems to be a quality control issue thru all aftermarket Places nowadays.

The people working here are super-friendly. The prices are good--on things that are on sale. I've read the quality of AutoZone-branded stuff isn't always great, but I've not had issues.The thing keeping it at three stars is that there always seems to be electronic issues at the registers. The last time I was there, I had to wait 20 minutes while they reset the whole system. This is not something the managers or workers are responsible for, it's a corporate issue, but if you can't keep things running smoothly, I'm going to put you near the bottom for my car-parts shopping options.

Really felt like I was important here. I don't know alot about cars but figured I would save us a few bucks. Went inside and was immediately greeted friendly and asked if I needed any help. Not knowing anything about my car I agreed. Junior was extremely helpful in looking up all the parts I needed and taking me around the store to where they were. He explained how things worked so I could find things on my own in future trips if need be. Thank you Junior. I appreciate you
