Everyone I ve talked to at Sweet Home RV have been so nice and have made getting a replacement awning easy. Steve and Corey did an amazing job putting it up! Quick too! I love that they can come to me since I m a full time RVer and it would be difficult for me to get my travel trailer to them. Thank you so much!!!

This business will occasionally purchase (from personal collections) petrified wood pieces (mostly agatized or opalized decently sized pieces) from the public. The owners are great people- very friendly & polite, while staying business oriented and knowledgeable about all things RV &rock related, as well as a little bit of everything in between. Note: Rock purchasing only takes place midday on Sundays.

These people are fantastic. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. The only drawback is a lot of the items are marked up fairly high but thats to be expected.

Great place with top notch customer service. Large selection of items to meet all your R.V. and camping needs and much, much more. If they don't have it they will go out of their way to special order it for you. They genuinely care about their customers and it shows!

Great service! They replaced our dead dometic with a 12v fridge & added solar for us. And did a little prettying up of the holes left by the switch over until I decide what type of storage to fill that space with.

Pro:Got me in when they said to rewire my flatbed.Cons:1. Gave me a bid for the job. Then charged extra for shop supplies.2. Lens cover was missing after repair job. Then said they had nothing to do with it missing.3. Broken lens . And they didn't offer to replace it.Poor customer service!Addendum:After my review, theowner reached out to me and offered to make issues right.I appreciated that gesture.I had already ordered new parts to repair broken and missing lens on my trailer.I'm changing to three stars .

The older women in the store is rude. They scam people, don't give refunds for something bought the same day and charge different prices for the same thing like they make up the prices. They wanted to charge me $8 for a two sided RV key. I went to Hoy's (Ace) and got the same key for $1.99!!!I drive to Lasen in Albany before dealing with these scammers.

They re scammers, don t go here. Took over a month to get back to us about getting us in, then took over 2 weeks to get our rv, our house that we were living in, back to us after telling us it d be a 3 day fix and no further communication. $750 later, I have a new $60 freshwater pump, a misdiagnosed and replaced converter that didn t need changing, they didn t fix the issues we brought it to them for, tried to upsell us on $2000 worth more of work we didn t want done, and returned our vintage rv to us with broken door handles and a stolen power adapter. For SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS. I m a VERY unhappy customer. If anybody knows a reputable rv repair technician or shop that won t jerk us around, we have the money and are willing to pay somebody if they re willing to actually do the work.

Had some unique trimming for my high top on my van, and with no issues at all they got me what I needed, no rushing, very nice customer service. Will continue to support as much as I can.

Great people and service. Their mobile RV repair fixed the bedroom slide on our RV. Friendly people that care and don't over charge. Highly recommend this business.

Went in to see of they had a time relay for my furnace.the lady that helped me was great new exactly what I needed.also she had a tech a fuse for me.i was very pleased with the price and extra effort.thank you

Nice people, a little on the expensive side. They offer a 24 hour dumping station for $5, however, there is NO water available and there hasn't been for months due to a 'leak.' Huge inconvenience for us who need water or want to clean up the area after dumping our RV.

Said that they would try and locate a set of drums for my trailer and then don't answer their phone or return phone calls and then when I go there he said he didn't have time i personally will never do business there

Its just ok. Nice employees and "most used" rv items are in stock but some, you have to order. Prices are a bit high and no "mobile" repair, only in the shop.

Great service, friendly service and good prices. Sewer dump is $8.00, which is very good. They have RV storage there too.

We, the people of Sweet Home, supported this place when it burnt down, what do we get?, almost a 35% increase in parts cost! i will be shopping online from now on! this place is a joke!!!
