UPDATE:Want a tire patched to use as a "roller"? Don't want a laundry list of upsells? Tired of Les Schwab bull#$&!? This is the best tire shop in Sweet Home...Still the best tire shop around. They recently had my back big when tires I got from a shady tire place in albany lasted a month and i was left without rubber. They gave me a deal and some credit for a good tire and let me owe them a little bit. I will never buy tires elsewhere.

I submitted an online request for a tire quote on Sunday evening, got a call 9:00 am Monday morning to go over options, my tires were ordered and in by Tuesday morning. Got them put on today and it went smoothly. They took good care of my car. Everyone was efficient and friendly. Point S will be my go to place for tires from now on!

Came in for an oil change from out of town. Treated great, price was great and didn't take long. Week later came in with a nail in my tire. They fixed it, no charge, and I got a free donut. Wish they were in Virginia!!!

My family has trusted O & M Tire for years. They take care of all our tire needs, from our Lexus to our Suburban & truck. They do a great job, are courteous, fast and efficient. Here s a photo our Suburban getting new tires.

The best tire shop in the valley. Every time I'm here I'm reminded why I do business with them. They always work hard to find me the best deal on whatever tires I need, and will work to find less expensive alternatives as well.They have gone out of there way to make sure my family has always been promptly taken care of, and both my wife and daughter have been well treated by all of thier staff.We do all of our oil changes and other work with them as well.

These guys are amazing! Made my appointment, vehicle got right in, done in an hour. First time, they came and picked up my vehicle from my work, that was super nice. Love the service. We will definitely start taking our business to O&M. Job well done guys!

This place is what you need to think of when you think tires and alignment. But they are so much more than that. They truly go the extra mile for you. They will always have my business because i never have to second guess them. They show they know their business by their service, team work, and most of all walking you through step by step what they did to help you.. they are amazing and if you have not tried the local sweet home point s, you should the next time you need service.

Great services and friendly staff. This place has been around for many years and is ran by people who live in the community. Very good prices and willing to work out something. Its worth going out there and seeing what they have. Its right off hwy 20 and super easy to find.

These guys and gals know their $#!+. If you need tires, wheels, suspension products, or alignment. They are the very best as far as completeness of care, while being extremely fair in pricing.Chris, one of the owners is truly trustworthy and really cares about ALL their customers.I had my brother take his vehicle there after being told by a famous tire vendor in Lebanon, that his issue was in his transmission, on THREE separate occasions. Turns out it was a front bearing almost completely shot.They only had to listen to the wheels spinning to tell.Great service, faster than they quoted, and a warranty on the parts and labor.I have taken my parents two vehicles there, and my own, and every time its first class service, and not because my sister baked them cookies either!You need to use these folks for anything wheel related or suspension!

O&M customer service is amazing! They took care of me and my vehicle professionally and were honest, quick and efficient. Everytime I have gone here I have had very similar experiences and have left knowing that when I return, I will be taken care of. Highly recommended!

Took in my Prius for an oil change, they made me an appointment, took the car right in and gave me loaner for an hour while they serviced the car, friendly and they did a thourough and great job. Will be returning in 5K miles for more service.

Chris at O & M was a tremendous help to us. On our way home on Labor Day, we ran over a metal spike on North Santiam Hwy that blew out both tires on the right side of our car. Our Farmer's Insurance roadside assistance was absolutely useless. We had 2 adults, 2 children, 2 bikes, a dog and a car loaded down with stuff from our vacation. Despite the fact that they were closed, Chris took care of our tire needs and got us back on the road. I am very thankful to Chris for helping us out!

For me personally this is the only place I trust to take my vehicles to get work done in Sweet Home when it pertains to wheels and tires. They have always been honest with me and treated me fairly.

The people here are incredibly trustworthy and always deliver value. They never try to oversell and always deliver value. The management here can be completely trusted to do what is in the best interest of their clients. We have them provide all of our tire and suspension needs.

Everyone there was very helpful. Wes was the guy I worked with. He did my oil change and on top of that fix my bumper that has been hanging there for awhile.. Will be bring my car there again.

I wouldn t go anywhere else. Aside from their handling all of the work for my employer, I also drive the 50 miles back to Sweet Home with my own vehicles to have them serviced there as well. I have gone other places and regretted it every time. They are incredibly concientious about every single detail and they go the extra mile to make sure they offer the best deal possible. Can t beat em!
