Anyone who's ever been to a Dutch Bros. knows it's an experience every time. Your always greeted with a smile and friendly customer service. They almost always ask how your day is or if you've got anything going on for the day. And they actually care. Not only do they make you feel special as a customer, but they go the extra mile. Rarely do they mess up an order, (but it happens, we're all human), but when they do they are always obliged to fix their mistake. I love the uniformity of the company and knowing that no matter where I'm at if I see a Dutch Bros I know there's a friendly face and my favorite coffee, made just how I like it. I love this company as a whole. Keep up the good work Dutchies!

The workers are great, always pleasant, cheery and kind, and I have never had an issue with my order. Flavorings are good, not too much, or too little.But their coffee is terrible, they excel at the blended drinks, and freezes, but any latte, or cap is awful.I think it might just be the blend that they use, but it tastes overly bitter, and cheap.Tl;dr - Good place to go for blended drinks, and freezes, and good customer service, not good for any hot or iced coffees.Vegetarian options: Can sub any non vegan option. Alternative milks etc.hot chocolate is vegan just ask for non-dairy milk instead.

Great as usual and my daughter Brittany Clemence goes there almost every single day, and I used to go there every weekendParking: Parking is no problem the problem is there is a y shape of cars coming in at two different angles and so people tend to take cuts and so that becomes problematic outside of that I don't see any issuesKid-friendliness: They go above and beyond for children and their needs or wants

First time having Dutch Bros. Coffee and it was delicious!!!! Price was not bad either... considering it was a Latte. I am used to paying well over the $3 and change Dutch Bros charged me....and it was worth it!!!

Always love Dutch. Every location I e ever been to had been to say the least, AMAZING. Drinks are perfect and Staff is AMAZING too. However there are no Dutch bros in Ketchikan where I m moving too and that makes me want to cry.

As a fellow Dutch worker, this stand is not the best. Not only did they put in my order wrong for 3 different drinks. I had to correct them on how to make my drinks. None of the three workers greeted me or Even started any kind of conversation. I would definitely pick a different coffee shop or other dutch than this one. Very off brand and disappointing

Gosh I love the service at this Dutch Bros. Such friendly and personable staff. Prices are a little more than I can afford every day so I only go once a week or less. I like the cards that, after 10 purchases, get you a free drink of your choice. The wait time is never very long even with a line because they take orders in person, rain or shine. My orders have always been right and they always ask if I want a straw, which I do!

I have never had a good experience here. I have never had a good drink here. The drinks have always tasted off/throw away worthy, they never ask questions about the drink that other places normally would if i forget something, ive had a drink dropped on me, and the girl at the window the last time i was there was really dissmissive.. i should probably try the other coffee shops. Maybe i will have a better experience.

Stopped to get a peach tea told the girl exactly what I wanted and even the reasoning for the special instructions she went and told the people inside and so I thought it would be goodI ordered a decaf sugar free peach tea light ice with an extra tea bagThe special instructions were to pour the steeping tea into the cup before the ice and water so that all the tea was being used and would not be watered down I watched as they did just the opposite and when I asked them to please make it right they didn't seem to happy and the water I got (barely taste the peach, and almost clear) was tasteless I didn't feel like holding the line up anymore I will just wait till another townWon't be back to this one

Very little wait for Coffee. Usually if 4 cars line up, a runner comes out to take orders, transfers them to the inside crew to make, so the drink is ready by the time you reach the drive-up window. Always friendly crew is full of smiles.

Expensive for what they are. However the drinks are made quick and you're usually in and out in minutes even with a long line. The Coffee is alright not the best I've ever had and definitely not the worst. All in all if you need quick coffee thatll get the job done then this is a good place for it.

So much for a birthday tea, when tea sits for a long time it cultures or it could just be mold. I drank off of it for about 20 minutes before I noticed, it tasted very weird but tried to ignore it. Absolutely sick.

The Dutch Bros in Sweet Home is absolutely amazing. The young people that work there are always friendly and professional. They told me that i rated a veteran discount, which i didn't know about. Highly recommended

I like this fun place to drive-thru or walk up to get your espresso drinks or frozen concoctions. My husband has not been able to get "coffee" here but can get espresso.

Super friendly staff. I go out of my way to stop here when I am town!! Drinks are great and the location is good.
