prices were all wrong. I was overcharged for EVERYTHING i bought. price tags are incorrect

I loved this store in Sweet Home up until today. I was treated horribly by this older female employee with faded, reddish grey hair. Her and some other extremely rude customer were whispering about us cause my kids were making some noise. Then she denied it, and told me to leave. Because of her, I will not go back, unless they fire her.

I rarely shop at Dollar General, but since (the NOT) Dollar Tree (or now better known now as the 'Dollar-twenty-five' Tree) raised their prices, I thought I'd try them out- as my options for shopping are limited in this small town of Sweethome. The deals they have are awesome, everything is a good value, however, beware- the customer service is lacking (as it is in most retail settings nowadays). I need to return some items, along with my receipt, and was treated like a criminal. When I have experiences like this, I often choose to avoid the business altogether.. so now I just drive to Lebanon to go to Walmart when I need items I cannot squire at the grocery store.

I have always liked shopping here. The deals with their digital coupons are great! Sometimes the people that work at this one aren't very friendly though. Don't go there 15 minutes before they close because an employee will remind you every 3 mins the time and how many more minutes you have until they close. Very nerve wracking if you ask me! So, just figure they close at 15 minutes before the real closing time. Sucks!

Their selection was reasonably good for the amount of retail floor space they have available. Unfortunately limited space means limited waste that being said the Isles are very narrow and can it be uncomfortable when there are very many customers in at the same time.

This place has everything. I wish I had more time to spend. It was amazing how many things I found in one place. It was a lil clutter feeling but that also made it fun to dig for all the cool stuff I found. I'll definitely be back.

Make sure you download the app, they have great deals offered every day and lots to choose from inside the store. Save your receipt and go online and it's an easy five bucks off your next purchase. Very helpful staff, quick in and out.

Not a good manager, they Never have enough checkers working,they are in the store but don't come help at the other register,,when i was a manager i would have fired people for letting lines of custermers wait so long, its very hard on the elderly...thank you ,jessie milligan

I love shopping at our new store. They have great bargains and if you buy anything during the week they give you a coupon for $5.00 off $25.00 purchase for the following Saturday.

For Melissa! Dollar General has never been an actual Dollar store. It's cheaper then alot of things at Safeway or Bimart. I love it. I am and will continue to buy things there that I cheaper. Plus there app and the coupons are great? Thank you for bringing the store to Sweet Home Oregon.

Management is very poor here. The grass needs to be mowed, at least knee high, The employees complain about each other and to the public. Staff sit outside smoking and complaining. Cigarette butts and trash all over parking lot. Not happy with this store and no one cares!

Store is great but the service is very poor. Long lines, no customer acknowledgement, 1 cashier didn't even called for another cashier and to try and get help to find something is poor was disappointed

I used to shop at Dollar General when I lived in Missouri. It was almost a "staple" store back there. We could rely on them to have just about anything. Really glad to see them in Oregon now.

Easy in and out. Needed reading glasses and I found a 3 pack of them for like 12 bucks. Probably be back to get another 3 pack in a month cause I lose them quite frequently. Lol

I left my wallet at home had my checkbook wrote an ol' fashion check they still knew how to process IT! Grateful in this day and age of all plastic all the time

My first time at a Dollar General. Store was small but had a reasonable selection. Cashier was very friendly and store was clean.

I'm just gonna say 2 things. 1:why so they call it dollar general when it's more than a dollar. And 2:They've got some nice stuff.

Good place to get in and out of quickly. The problem is there are always carts in the middle of the aisles as they seem to always be restocking or moving things around.

Better than usual, I quit shopping there for awhile. Glad I had a better experience this time.
