On my recent visit to my local Bi-mart (member-only store), the store was exceptionally clean, things were priced, and the staff was helpful.I came in to buy my yearly kayaking state permit, and a team member quickly assisted me at the sporting goods counter and processed my permit.Bi-Mart is a chain store in the northwest that you can buy a lifetime membership to, that has a little bit of everything in one store.

Bi-mart is one of those gold nugget store's that people don't talk about much. They actually have a lot to offer in a little store. There always well stocked and provide good customer service.

I need ed an ink cartridge for my printer and I decided to print several 4x6 photos at the Kodak kiosk. The associate was there helping me through the whole process and it was very successful and patient .We were out of there in no time at all with the five photos that I needed printed and my purchases.Every time I visit any Bi-Mart, the associates are always helpful and seem happy to be there.Thank you for the consistently great customer service! And

So I usually go to the Lebanon store but was in Sweet Home today. Stopped in for oil and some other things. They had it all! Definitely like this store!Had tons of inventory with great prices on ammo or guns. The employees were very helpful too. Definitely will be back!

I am extremely upset with how my boyfriend was treated today. He went to turn in cans (we do this quite often here as we drink lots of bottled water and soda) and have never had an experience like this one. The lady at the counter asked for his ID, no big deal its part of the process. But when she looked at his ID she said it wasn't him, he thought she meant that it didn't look like him because he has lost a bit of weight and he made a joke and she accused him of having someone else's ID. He said that is his ID and she said to him "this isn't you, you have different teeth" to which he replied "why because my teeth are broken?" mind you he has a hereditary dental issue so his teeth aren't the best, and not everyone has $10,000+ to go and have implants put in. She made him pull out his insurance card, debit card and his social security card (ALL FOR $5 WORTH OF CANS)The part that makes me so upset is that she has no right to point out someone's teeth, that is so disrespectful and rude. He's super self conscious about his teeth and her saying that in front of a whole store full of people was embarrassing and completely uncalled for. The lady at the customer service counters name was TRACY, and I just want to say that if she can't keep comments like that to herself then she probably shouldn't be working Customer service.Maybe Bi-Mart should have a training course on how not to be a terrible person and a bully.

My husband and I just moved to Sweet home, Bi-Mart is close to us so we decided to get a membership. What a pleasant experience. The people that work there are very nice. It's a clean, comfortable environment. The store has a little bit of everything at good prices. Very happy with this store.

it is a good store but you would think when someone spends 500.00 dollars in a week sooner or later you would win on a Tuesday first my card I paid for was not even registered they said so I got a new number but it seems to be just has bad????

I went in with my 2 toddlers to get a few necessities. Milk, eggs, and Creamer. I'm from California and I just moved out here, and I've never been to a Bi-Mart. There are no Bi-marts where I'm from. I don't know where anything is in this store. So, I ask this guy at the register, where the Milk and Creamer and Dairy section is located? He gives some smart-alec remarks and starts making fun of me for not knowing where they are. He started telling a joke! I immediately ignored him and told him I'm new and I've never been here, he didn't even apologize for being so rude to me. I'm never going back to this store. Rude employee, means no business from us.

Everyone was friendly... even the lady who said "welcome to Oregon now go home". I guess it was my CA license plates or my board shorts and flip flops outfit I was wearing while I was shopping for a new chainsaw (the biggest one with the longest bar they had). Ya, that was probably what won her over.

Like most stores the staff are helpful and friendly for the most part. Occasionally there will be a day where the cashier seems annoyed at everyone that goes by them. Overall I feel the employees are knowledgeable of where things are in the store and do their best to answer any questions you may have.

I would like to recognize a great employee at our Sweet Home Bi-Mart. We walked into our store one day and my husband asked me what all we needed to get. I replied that we needed vinegar. Not 5 minutes later Nancy walks up to our cart with a jug of vinegar. She was on the next aisle stocking a shelve. She went out of her way for us and she didn't have to. She is the type of that makes us look forward to shopping at Bi-Mart.

Absolutely no help available in sporting goods. Waited 20 minutes at counter ,and when I went to customer service there the help sat shooting the bull while myself and 2 other customers were waiting. Not satisfied at all. Sportsman's warehouse here I come

I absolutely recommend shopping here not only is it locally owned it's got the friendliest employees and the cleanest well kept isles along with great prices now that's spring is right around the corner I'll also be buying all my flowers and gardening needs here not only do they offer a wide variety of flowers, shrubs and veggie plants they also supply the tools you need for garden to farm I shop local to support our economy and community

Asst. Manger, Matt and sporting goods team member, Tiffany went above and beyond to provide top notch customer service. They even fixed a problem I had from another store with zero hassle. I love Bi-Mart and folks like this make it rewarding to be a member of this fine chain of stores!

I was very impressed with the Manager at Sweet Home Bi-mart. I rented a Rug Doctor shampooer from this store and when I got it home the Shampooer was filthy!!! Stuff was dropping out from under machine. I called the store immediately and they said bring it back. Not only did the Manager great me at the door, he had another shampooer ready, he loaded it in my car and refunded all of my money!! But wait, that is not all, I couldn't get the job done in 24 hours, when I called to see if I could keep it another day and what the cost would be , I was told it would not cost me because of the dirty machine! I was very impressed, you just don't get costumer service like that anymore.

I m a prescribing dentist and this is my favorite pharmacy in town! The best service, best immunizations and kindest team along with the Bi-mart on Mohawk in Springfield! Great job team!

I have grown to appreciate this chain. Big selection of fishing gear, outdoors gear. Wide range of products of all kinds. Great sales at times. Yet things are not always cheaper and at times more expensive than expected. Overall good value.

Your policy for cashing in cans sucks. No big black garbage bags. You only take them in clear bags. No other Bi- Mart does this. My can are always clean. I bring about 3 sacks a week in. You know who I am. Cuz we spend a lot on cases of water there for a company and other things that are needed. But yet the person before me had his cans in a black bag. And was not made to switch them out. And the lady working there said I let him get by with it because he was cute.
