I'm visiting this area from Illinois. Before I left Illinois for my trip I was told of multiple items that needed to be done on my truck by my current mechanic place. I opted to wait and get another opinion out in Oregon. Thank God I did, Sutherlin Autocare saved me thousands of my favorite greenbacks.....if you want an honest mechanic business then I highly recommend here. The owners and employees are friendly and are always willing to help with your auto needs. I just wish they were not 2200 miles from me!I will be talking to my mechanic back home when I get there and they will not be happy when I'm done with them.

Great service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They go above and beyond to guide you with the best direction needed to repair your vehicle. Haven't been disappointed with their service and their turnaround time is Excellent!

This auto place is great! There are new owners. The couple moved here from Medford to buy this auto store! The male owner and his wonderful staff got me in for a much needed tune up! The gentleman here have a lot of fun with each other which creates a friendly environment. They re very personable and do great work! They also have an oil change deal for ladies every Wednesday for $5.00 off! Regular $42.99- $5.00 off for ladies. Men, send your wives for an oil change ($5 is a whole gallon of fuel!). They also love the doughnuts from Henry s Bakery in Sutherlin!

Thank you Sutherlin Autocare for your recent work on my Subaru.My family was on the way home from vacation when our fuel pump went out. I called the shop in the morning and they sent 2 mechanics out to assess the situation then offered me an incredibly reasonable deal and got us back on the road by early afternoon.It's businesses like this that renew one's faith in humanity. Call them first! You'll be glad you did.Thanks again, guys!

I was so lucky to have Sutherlin AutoCare nearby when my car started overheating while driving back to California. The crew that works here is amazing (shoutout to Ron, Scott, and Heath!). They were very open and communicative throughout the diagnostic process and were able to figure out my car's issues and order the parts quickly.In addition, Sue even dropped me off at a nearby hotel (had to stay a night due to the shipping time for the parts)Thank you Sutherlin AutoCare!

I was driving from Arizona to Washington in a 25 year old used car that I had recently purchased. The previous owner paid to have a thorough inspection of the vehicle before I made this purchase. I had just driven through 50 miles of light snow and heavy rain, when my windshield wipers just stopped working. I still had 3-4 hours of driving remaining and a hazardous weather alert had just been announced for the region surrounding Sutherlin. I was able to eyeball the windshield wiper assembly and got the driver side to work, but was unsure whether I could make it very far without the driver side failing again. I found the Auto-zone up the road and bought some rain repellant. Asked for an auto-repair recommendation and was given "Sutherlin Auto Care", including a few nice statements concerning their good work and fair pricing. I was in a hurry and concerned about getting my family home without falling behind in work and school. I was fearful for our safety and certain that this would be expensive and time consuming. Benton Hall had me wait for about an hour and indicated that it would probably take 24 hours to receive the parts that we needed. While waiting, I got to stew in the bad situation that we were facing. Eventually, they looked at my car and found that the windshield wiper assembly had become loose and no parts were necessary. It took them less than 20 minutes and when they came back with the keys, I was certain that it was the worst news. They ended up handing me the keys and telling me that I was free to go, no charge. I'm embarrassed to say that I teared up when Benton shared this news with me. I had a 6PM deadline to get home and take my son to a sports banquet at his school. They got me on the road and home by 5:43PM. Saying that they made my day is an understatement. I now have memories and a story to tell, not necessarily good memories, but the entire situation ended positively and I have Sutherlin Autocare to thank for this.

These guys are awesome! They ve done a decent amount of work on my car and kept great communication during the process. I only go here when my car needs work. They re respectful and explain things clearly. They also charge fairly and I trust them 100%!

Don and the whole team at this shop are friendly efficient and everything you'll need for a mechanic. Replaced my clutch along with alot of other work on other vehicles of mine. Always satisfied and will continue to use them as my goto shop. Thanks fellas!!

Great service!! We were traveling and our car died unexpectedly. It started right up and we made it to our motel. The next morning we randomly, after looking at reviews, chose an auto shop. The first one couldn t get us in for two days. Next we called Sutherland Autocare. I told Ron the problem and that we were traveling and he told us to bring our car in. They started right away, and diagnosed the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix, he charged us $20 and sent us on our way. Ron said they specialize in getting travelers on their way. Not many auto shops do that!

Sutherlin Auto care literally saved my trip to CA for Thanksgiving! My car broke down at night and was towed to Sutherlin Auto. Despite being busy, they rearranged their work load and got my car in first thing. Their a quick, quality work got us back on the road with a new alternator. We were able to make our Thanksgiving trip to CA.

We were 2 hours into a 17 hour drive and Luckily we broke down fairly close to Sutherlin Auto Care! Our car was towed there and they were amazing in helping us get back on the road!Professional and fair pricing too even though we were from out of town. Totally recommend them!

Engine was repaired and I still have problems with it. Left my wife broke down again on the freeway. Very expensive repair and also had rodents chew holes in our apholstry while it was sitting in there lot. Great mechanics, great people! We broke down on the interstate 5 hours away from home with another 5 hours to our destination. They started working on our vehicle immediately and were determined to fix the problem in a timely manner. Thank you so much helping us out!

These guys are very honest, helpful and kind. Had a really great experience today with them and I don t see myself trusting my vehicle with any other shop again. They were very up front and honest with me about a repair that did not need to be done, after a different shop had wanted me to pay $600 for this. Also they were very understanding and kind about the fact that I had to bring my 3 young children with me. Really appreciated the great service!

Was passing through town when the engine light came on. They promptly diagnosed it free of charge and were able to schedule me in to fix it the next morning. Nice people, quick service, would recommend.

While traveling on Spring break vacation, we had an auto emergency. Sutherlin Autocare was able to diagnose, order parts, and repair the problem. We were able to be back on the road with only a day delay. Ben, Ron, and Heath were great.

I cannot express how grateful I am to the people here. I limped in with rapidly fading brakes and a horrible grinding noise whenever the vehicle was moving. Not how I planned my 2000 mile trip. They had it up on a lift 5 minutes after I got there and even drove me to a hotel as the repair wouldn t be completed until the next day. I cannot recommend them enough.

Got us an appointment within a couple days of calling. Got the water pump replaced quickly and helped us get back on the road, 4 kids in tow, with a smile and genuine care! Will definitely bring our car here again!

My car broke down and I was in a serious pinch, the guys at sutherlin auto care went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and got the service I needed quickly and affordably. Ron even gave me rides to and from the motel nearby while my car was being fixed! I don't know what I would have done without em! You will be in great hands here

So.... we broke down about a half mile from the Sutherlin exit - Marshall s Towing took our car and dropped it off here around 7pm on a Wednesday. We stayed at motel 6. Needless to say it was a fuel pump (2007 BMW) , not in stock anywhere- we had to stay for a few days. In the meantime Ron let us borrow his van. Thank God as there is no car rental, taxi, or Uber. Ron and Heath turned our stay into a comfortable one and we are forever grateful for your quality of work - the price was right! Thank you and anyone that ever brakes down should go to Sutherlin Auto Repair! They are the best!

My elderly folks were visiting from out of town, their break lights wouldn't go out. A hour before they were closing, they found the issue immediately. Switch attached to the break peddle. They were able to replace in less than 30 minutes. They took time away from the work they were doing. They're professionalism & courtesy was top notch. My dad being a veteran of the Korean war, they also gave a discount. Cannot thank them enough!
