Stopped at this Shell Gas Station and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service. The gas pump attendant was particularly friendly, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Additionally, the restroom was impressively clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for a quick stop

Clean window buckets and towels in most of the holders but most of all they had the LONG windshield cleaner squeegee!! Keep up the great work and have a great new years!!!

Most gasoline pump clerks are of the friendly sort. There is this one guy, I try to be all sweet and nice. But, to no avail.

The staff here are very kind. I always come here to buy non ethanol gas for all my small engine machines. I have hard time getting the new caps off the gas cans. They are so helpful and doesn't judge because I can't do it. So kind.

Becka was awesome. I pulled in here afraid that my tire was about to blow up and she came over and offered to help me find out how much air my tires were supposed to have and even had a tire gauge to check them for me. The prices are very fair and I know from experience that the quality of the gas very good.

I don't know if people know but working at a gas station can be hectic at times these are good people kudos to them

Yesterday just before 6 my guy went down to put propain in our tank, mind you, i just purchased the tank this summer 2020 from our local bimart and swapped out my old one. The attendant on shift refused to fill our tank saying it was 4 years expired. My guy came home and told me confused. I returned the the station to speak to the attendant. When i told him that our tank was recently purchased he laughed at me. I told him that we had even looked up online if the tank was exspired incase the store some how missed this. He walked back to his hut after calling me a b word and the c word for insisting that he looked at my tank and filled it. I took a picture of the attendant inside the hut where he was laughing at me. Even wearing a mask u can clearly tell he thought it was amusing that he just didnt want to fill our tank.

Pulled in to get some nonethenol fuel and another customer pulled in after us at the regular fuel bay. The attendant fueled the other vehicle before helping us and when asked why he got snotty with us and asked if 30 seconds was to long to wait. In defense of the attendant, he was there alone because his coworker had walked down to get snacks and a soda. I guess I come from a different generation that believes that customer service should mean CUSTOMER SERVICE.
