The remote start and camera system are working flawless. The customer service is great. They are getting more of my money today. They seem to be hard working guys that care about doing a great job for the community.

You could honestly write a book about how awesome these guys are. Northwest audio was very knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. Sean built me exactly what I wanted even went above and beyond on the entire project. I spent over a month looking around my local area for someone who could even attempt the install with no luck on settling with a price. Found this hidden gem and would recommend it to anyone and everyone who's either an audiophile or a basshead.

These guys built me a huge 8.3 cubic ft box for 2 15" subs and knocked it out the park. The build quality is phenomenal.And they had it finished in under a month.

I'm not trying to put the Roseburg area down, BUT we do not deserve Sean, John and the crew.I purchased my gear online, but after thinking over whether or not I had the time, or experience, needed to put into a project where build and sound quality were my top objectives, I was suggested to get in contact with Sean.After 5 minutes of discussing what I was after (subwoofer and mono amplifier integration into a OEM system + an enclosure that will protect the sub while traveling with items in the trunk), Sean's alchemist mind came up with the answers to what I needed, for a very fair price.The system is one down-firing 12" Adire Tumult on about 1,000 watts from a Taramps Bass amplifier (which they are actually retailers of), and let me tell you, the beautiful enclosure they built makes a single 12" SQ sub straight clap.The enclosure is the most important part of a bass system, and my honest opinion is to, at the least, pass up any prefab or DIY box, and just have these guys build a custom one for you.

Had thee Best customer service ive have ever seen. These guys installed a new 2 din stereo deck with navigation and back up cam felt welcomed as I watched NEW movies on there big screen even offered me beverages as I waited...Hands down these guys are the best in what they do

I had the pleasure of meeting Shaun, and his crew on a last hope and prayer before I had to find somebody else in another city to do the work I was looking for. I m a respectful, but meticulous person by nature because I work in healthcare. I heard Shauns name around town a few times from some friends who highly recommended I get in touch with him.I was dealing with a ground issue from a previous install from a shop locally and it was irritating to say the least. First day I pulled into the shop, they greeted me as soon as I pulled in and immediately asked what they could help with. In five-ten minutes, they determined that I had some wiring loose underneath the carpet that was not secured properly to a good ground and it was causing an annoying static interference with the radio, door speakers, and sub that essentially was playing no sound.Shaun recommended I get a ground loop isolator from stinger to help the issue go away. Most shops would have charged 1.5 to 2x the rate even though it was minimal work for his crew. On top of that, he fixed my mic issue from a previous install where they forgot to plug it in. I haven t gone anywhere since, and do not plan too considering their customer service is the best from a business I ve experienced.Their attention to detail, and listening to what you have to say. Then giving you an extra two or three options to compare but not forcing it on you in a way that makes you feel bad for you re ideas like some businesses around. Since then, I ve had them install 8 motorcycle LEDs off road lights, two light bars, my hood ditch lights, bull bar with 4 led pods attached, headlights, and my fog lights.I will likely have them do my door speakers as well, and you won t find a better price ANYWHERE probably in Douglas county considering the amount of tedious work these guys have to deal with a daily basis they do an A1 job in all areas.

We highly recommend Norhwest Audio for all of your auto electronic upgrades. Dave and Shaun are awesome techs! We recently bought a used Tahoe that we added a remote start to. They went above and beyond; they not only installed a remote start, but took the time to show us how to operate the after market stereo.We ll definitely call Northwest in the future for all of our electronic needs.Happy customers: Bruce and Joan

Hooked me up with a Skar Audio amp and 6.5" sub. The box it's self is a work of art! Install was quick and done right, no cut corners, quality components and attention to detail. The combination of box and sub sounds great. Hits hard when you want it to hit hard, fills in nicely when you don't want it to be loud and sounds crisp and clean. Attached is a photo of the box before it was finished.

These Guys Are the absolute BEST. I cannot say enough good about this shop! I don't know where to start, they have an extremely professional setup and they know their stuff! From Speaker cabinet making to full custom installs they have it all, they even are producing their own subwoofer design which I might add is very beefy with lots of cooling! So these guys are in business but they are also GOLDEN people! I was in a situation where I fried y Pioneer DEH80PRS and they had a used head unit they hooked me up with until Pioneer's shipping gets sorted.Mind you I did not purchase my Pioneer from them. Nor are they handling the warranty or repairs. They have a different mindset an older school of thought you might say to business. These guys will always be my first and last call when needing anything car home or office audio is concerned. I don't know if they focus on home at all but I would definitely have them build any custom enclosure I would need for any setting. They also have RTA/Metering services and do believe they host SPL contests. Definitely check them out you won't be disappointed!

they are super friendly and helpful. Shaun and his staff are very knowledgeable in their craft and provide first class service!! Their shop is clean and well organized. They are very good with communicating with their customers and are hardworking, down to earth folks. highly recommended.

Got a 8 sub installed in my 2016 Corolla today, only took about 5 hours in total and it looks perfect, can t even tell anything was removed and the whole crew went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I ve been in many vehicles with subs and mine definitely hits the hardest. Johnnie definitely knows what he s talking about and he was immediately ready to go through all options and fit all my requests. Sean and Casin did an amazing job with customer service and the knowledge that this crew has combined is absolutely insane. I highly recommend this place for any audio needs!

I just needed my new stereo taken out and the factory stereo put back into my car...NW Audio got me an appointment quickly and had it replaced in less than half an hour. I was really impressed with their friendly service and professionalism. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

Shaun has done multiple car systems for me over the years. Each one was top notch. The quality of his work is second to none. His customer service can't be touched. If you have any problems or questions, he's just a phone call away. I'd have no hesitation recommending him to anyone.

Great guys who do great work! They fixed my car system that had some issues and had to be adapted and rewired. Custom cabinet made for and worked a subwoofer into the system for me as well. Got my other systems working that would not work with my new Pioneer radio like my alarm system, my compass, my clock, etc. Super happy!

Before you waste your money anywhere else, do yourself a favor and at least go check these guys out. Shaun has been my go to stereo guy for about 10 years. He has always exceeded my expectations. They have some incredible brands at incredible prices. I've had car stereos installed by other local businesses but I promise you, these guys will impress you

Took my 2021 Toyota 4 runner n Hands down the best place i been to we re they wired it n put Super bass in it. Sounds extremely smooth even with all the bass up.Sean the owner is really good At his prices for the perfect job they do.They take their time n do things the right way. Highly recommend this place!!!!

I went to every stereo shop in town none of them seemed like they really wanted my business. Until I talked to Shaun, he got me a great subwoofer and a custom box at a great price. I ordered the box on a Thursday evening, picked the finished and loaded box up Saturday morning. Shop local support those that support our community.

If you have car audio needs, look no further than Northwest Audio Suppliers! Shaun is super friendly and efficient. He had great recommendations for speakers that sound awesome and didn't break the bank. Shaun had all four speakers installed in no time and my truck has never rocked harder. As soon as I'm in the market for a woofer box, I'll be taking business back to Northwest Audio Suppliers, for sure!

I've been going to these guys for my car audio since 2010! They have great products and workmanship!! My son got an amazing system installed last summer, and my daughter just got hooked up with amazing sound for her birthday this month. Whatever you are looking for, these guys can deliver!!!

Northwest audio fixed an issue my husband was having with his sound system that no one else in town could. They were very quick and they did such a good job! They are very professional, the quality of their products are great and their prices are just right!! I would recommend them to anyone!

STOP! You found it. These are the guys you want to do your project. They are not only the most knowledgeable and experienced, but they are also GREAT guys to deal with. And the price they gave me was MORE than fair. In ALL HONESTY, if I was as far away as Vancouver WA I would make the drive to see them. I know they would do the job right, give me the best possible price, and be fun to hang out with while waiting for it to be done. I haven't always had that experience with other places.

Shaun is the best builder and stereo installer there is. He is a perfectionist at everything he does. And I highly recommend him for everyone who is looking to have a badass high quality stereo system installed into there vehicle... he will compete if not beat everyone's prices guarantee so if i were you please get a quote today and drop into NWA and talk to shaun.

The "Real Deal"! I was visiting family from out of town and need a new amp. Struck out at the first shop and started googling from their parking lot. Hmm, NW Audio Suppliers is pretty close...Wow, what a find! Johnnie is a super nice guy, EXTREMELY knowledgeable with car audio and brings the competition chops and his demo truck to prove it.They carry amazing brands; not your run of the mill box store brands. Everyone at NW Audio Suppliers is INto this stuff and their passion shows.Not only did they sell me a great amp, they rewired my 4AWG with with 00AWG and installed everything in their parking lot under a tent while I waited. Very professional installation that looks great and sounds incredible.I live 150 miles away, but it's worth the drive - I'll be back! Thanks!

I had a constant buzz through my system, no one in town could figure out why but these guys knew right away what it was and fixed it superfast. I would recommend anybody that wants anything done with audio in their car to get it done through these guys. They are reliable, nice, dependable and They have the best product in town.

I've been in this fun game of louder the better for over 20 years and in my experience there is not a better person or someone I'd trust with my car more then Shaun Henry.,

The best box builder ever. He made me a box for my two rockford 15s and just got done today with my box for my CT Sounds Strato 18" dual 1 ohm. Next will be one more 18 and the CT Sounds amp for the bad boys. Thank you Shaun
