Its napa one of the best around for your hard to find parts not only will they help you find it they know what they are talking about only place I go for parts for our 41 dodge

I had low tire pressure and was worried.Came here in the am and they fixed it up quickly in 15 mins to ensure the tire pressure was safe and had a lovely chat that made it seem like no time at all!Come here to have your tires checked! Wonderful guys here :)

Napa Auto parts store in Sutherlin has been here for several years and I'm happy they are still around they're prices and customer service is above and beyond

These guys are the best in the area..they have so many books and can get pretty much anything! I was almost living there working on my 1951 Studebaker bus for well over a month.. these guys definitely know their stuff... i completely trust their opinion and fully recommend their expertise. Excellent experience.. probably #1 in all of Oregon.. thank you guys very grateful for all of your help.. couldnt have done it without you!

All the guys in here are super helpful. 9 times out of 10 they have what I need in stock and if they don't its usually there the next day. They will take all kinds of batteries from lawnmower to large equipment batteries for no charge.

We are on the road from Northern Wa to Central Ca and our check engine light came on. Ran the codes and got a P0307 code and we prepared for bad news. The nearest mechanic with the best reviews was Sutherland Auto and we quickly found out why. They had a full lot and still squeezed in time to take a peek at our truck. Luckily it was just a spark plug wire that had jostled loose. They had us back on the road in leas than 10 minutes and even let our little one use the facilities. They were so kind and honest to a fault. We won t ever forget this place! Thank you a million times!!

I have been shopping at Napa in Sutherlin since moving here in 2013. I have NEVER been treated badly, or looked down on because I am a woman. They are helpful, kind, and straight forward. So overall an awesome place to shop, although they run on the high price side, and Im ok with that. I DEFINATELY would recommend to friends, and family!!!

Ron personally ran back and forth to get the multiple parts we needed. Mike stayed late to repair all the issues we needed fixed to get back on the road. Great pricing, AMAZING service would recommend repair to anyone.

This was a AWFUL experience. Went in on June 12, 2018. Ordered a head gasket set, he said it would be in first thing in the morning. So we returned to NAPA in sutherlin Oregon on June 13th at about 1:00 pm gave them a few hours to get there orders. We walk in and get a couple hand fulls of fluids (we are re building our engine after all) and we wait in line about 20 minutes. An older man helped us and was not very happy we got so many items. I could see him glaring very snarky.So then first I say we ordered a head gasket. Its not even even in the system as ordered! No head gasket was there. Then they charge me for battery cables I never received .THEN to top it off he refused to give me ladies 10% off on wend. Said "he never heard of it" wow... Will NEVER return to this napa. oreileys ALL THE WAY! Thanks guys for the AWFUL experience

I needed wipers and a turn signal bulb.They had what I needed and installed them for me. It is a great convenience to have this done. Lots of places to go but I have confidence here.

It is great to have a local store within walking distance! The sales associates were helpful and they have a variety of products. I will definitely come again...

These guys are super friendly and helpful I had to return like two things after I bought them cuz it was the wrong things and they were more than happy to oblige wasn't their fault they were the wrong ones

One of the guys ignored me when I tried to ask about something. The older guy stepped in and helped me since the other guy was ignoring me. They are a little over priced compared to other auto stores in Roseburg.

If you want covid, go to Sutherlin and visit NAPA. Staff and customers all ignore covid best practices completely.

Their prices are questionable but that's all Napa stores. On the plus side the employees there are really friendly and knowledgeable.

Clean, spell maintain shop. They had the parts I needed. If they don't have it in stock it is usually there the next day.
