Sutherlin Auto Zone is my go to auto parts store. They have everything I need for typical maintenance and can order anything I need that they don't have . Their prices are competitive and lower than NAPA down the street. Customer service is top notch. I have a street rod made up of Ford and Chevy parts of all different years. Auto zone took the time to open part boxes to find what I need. Most recently I bought a serpentine belt and wanted it an inch longer than I had. They took the time to find what I was looking for. They are open when you need them, have a great tool lending program and I really appreciate having them in the town I live in.

They are an awesome place to go get regular stuff like windshield wipers. I went there today I didn't know what wipers that I needed he just asked for the information and offered to help me, I didn't have to look through a book and figure out which ones I wanted I asked for his opinion and he gave it to me. You made a suggestion and and let me look through some options I ended up picking the ones that he uses on his car. They were a reasonable price and not only that I didn't know how to put them on so he come outside and put them on for me. You can't get much better service than that oh, and this isn't the first time oh, they've done it with my other rigs also. On my car I spent a bunch of money on windshield wipers so they wouldn't squeak and they're wonderful on this old truck to take to the dump and tow a boat I didn't spend a whole lot and got some decent wipers. Absolutely great customer service.

It's OK but the helps really good they didn't have what I needed but they could have ordered it so they don't always have what you need in stock but that's OK plenty more parts house in the vicinity useless have what I need though I will be back.

I needed to purchase windshield wipers for my older ranger edge. The assistant manager, she helped me pick out what I needed. I'm challenged when it comes to automotive issues. I followed her instruction and was able to install them when I got back home. As a retired corporate manager, I notice customer service and actual caring for helping customers. This is hard to teach. This assistant manager is an asset to the auto zone company.

Excellent customer service. I was having battery issues on a long road trip, and the two employees loaned me a set of tools and let me go across the street to perform the swap under the car wash and out of the rain. Unfortunately the note I made of their names didn't save, but it was whoever was working in front 5/28/22

The employees here were superb! The heat cover had started falling off and we were hoping for a quick fix to get us safely back on the road as we had a long drive ahead of us. Sterling took the time to come out and crawl under our car and tie it up for us no questions asked. Awesome customer service!

Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Specifically one of the mangers by the name of Zoe. She was able to find me a stereo that I d been looking for at another AutoZone and had it delivered the same day.

I very much appreciate the help I received by the two clerks who helped me. One was female with long hair pulled back through her hat and the other was male with really light hair. The only issue would be low inventory on most things that I needed. Causing me to either; have to order them and have them shipped to the house or run around to other AutoZone's, which all seem to carry a very low amount of these items.

Went there today to get wiper blades for two vehicles. To my surprise, the price of replacements has gone up but. what are you going to do? The young lady who assisted me was very helpful! One set of wiper blades did not work with the car's application so I returned them and got the assistance of the store manager to get the correct blades and he instaled them, too! They care about their customers and it shows. I'm a loyal customer!

We stopped by after our car started overheating and the gentleman inside was very knowledgeable. He helped us figure out what was wrong and let us know we needed a mechanic. We send it in right away and were able to avoid even more damage. Thank you for your help sir!

Imagine bombing down the highway in pouring down rain and your wiper Flys off! After a white knuckle drive I was able to pull into the AZ. A lovely lady helped me find the right replacement wiper and let me check the fit. Thanks for the help!

I like the place. They seem to have a variety of products and sometimes more than 1 brand. Friendly staff knowledgeable about what is in the store area. It is more than just a parts store. It could be called accessory selection seems very diverse. Almost anything you could think of to tweak your ride. 3 stars because nobody is flawless.

Helpful and nice employees. They made sure I got the right product based on my situation at the time. They allowed me to code read my car since they can't due to covid, and made suggestions and explained possible results.

The gentleman was very helpful and friendly. New car. Had no idea where or how to put antifreeze in or even which to purchase. He walked us out to car and furnished the loaner store funnel to fill the reservoir. Thanks!

I had a part ordered and gave the male the exact name of the part as well as a detailed description of what the part looks like. He then proceeded to tell me the part I was looking for wasn t called What I told him. So he orders the part and low and behold it is the wrong part. I then hold his hand and have him search the part I asked him to the first time since I m at the store now. And guess what it was the first part that popped up. This store is garbage.

Went in 7/18, Saturday morning. I broke 2 lug nut studs during a long roadtrip. Dude that was working that morning was very genuine and helpful. I spent 4 hours learning how to replace them in autozones parking lot and he didn't even say a word about it, which was a big stress relief. Thanks for the help.

Terrible customer service at the store here in Sutherlin! I ve personally had staff roll their eyes when entering the store to purchase a part. As if I was an inconvenience.They ve also treated my boyfriend rudely and accused him of trying to get free parts when he was exchanging life time warranty parts. The same staff also told him I won t be doing this again. I ve never written a review on a business, but my boyfriend has been treated rudely by staff muiltiple times this week.We ve been long term customers of autozone, and we will not be returning.

Nice staff, knowledgable and friendly too. Easy access right off of I-5 in Sutherlin, Oregon!! Going North or South it's a right off the freeway down about a block on the left. It's big! You cant miss it! THEY Take returns without issue and are also helpful in trying to save us poor people some money where they can!!! Thank you guys and gals!!! Excellent service!! I will tell my friends about your awesome business.... plus anyone else who will listen....Haha.

My husband and I are on the older side and have trouble getting around. Every time we have gone into the Sutherlin AutoZone we have been treated with the utmost respect. The manager and other employees have been super helpful and have gone beyond what is required of them to help us. We are very appreciative of the whole team at Sutherlin AutoZone. So glad they came to our small town!

I like this Autozone store. It's bigger, nice layout, and better selection. I''ve had nothing but the best interaction with any and all staff there. They also have this Brunette working there that's hotter than a $2 Pistol.

Best customer service ever! I always can depend on their products and get help with selection. They do my wiper blades every year. And they do them with a smile.

Got what I needed, but customer service was very slow. Waited 10 minutes to be served and I was the only person in the store. If I hadn't needed the item I bought I would have walked out.
