Everyone who works here is absolutely amazing from the salesman who are very accommodating, and gave us discounts left and right, to the people back in the service department. Sam hung out with my son and the service manger gave him a toy that he hasn t stopped playing with for two days lol. I will definitely be coming back here. I couldn t have had a better experience.

Top Notch service from Hannah. I got a flat on my dirtbike and badly needed to get a tube change for a dirtbike event the next day. I called in with only 30 minutes til close. After calling 15 other dealerships and not able to get in whatsoever she made sure she it got done. I highly appreciate her and the Tech Evan for staying and getting me taken care of. If your considering getting your rig serviced call Power Motorsports first as they truly made me feel as if I was there #1 priority and without them I would ve missed my event. Hana did a great job! We have purchased 2 new quads from Power Motorsports and service has been so easy. They came to my home, picked up, serviced and returned them home. We also have an older side by side that has needed a few things. Every time Hana has out performed what she originally said in both time to repair and the cost of doing so. I hope my customers feel something close to this with us. Thanks Hana!

I am just amazed at how easy it was to just walk in and get a brand new bike. I recently bought a bike from a dealership in Hillsboro and after they sat me down to sign paperwork they started tacking on all these extra fees. I was pissed. But at power Motorsports, my quoted monthly payments never changed. This is the most honest dealership I could even imagine to do business with. I recommend talking to Matt W. In sales . He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with exactly what I needed to get the bike I wanted to be the best fit for me. All in all I will never go to another dealership EVER AGAIN!!!

It stated off great and I was excited to have made the adult decision on the appropriate vehicle for our needs at our little ski cabin. The neighborhood up at Government Camp was awaiting its arrival for its debut as a future snow plowing vehicle. (Personal usage for 3 or 4 neighbors) How embarrassing it was to report that it had blown a hose just on its ascent onto the 12 inch rise of low riding trailer. It seemed that it had to be something minor and stupid but now it s an issue because they don t know if they can find the faulty part. I jumped through all and many hoops to make this deal happen and they offered nothing. I rented a trailer for the day and took out insurance and had to buy a beefier hitch and that new vehicle didn t get very far. I was offered nothing but a free delivery sometime in the future. (Note, they didn t offer a free delivery they now owed me a delivery) The apology was that of an embarrassing situation. No one of higher authority (owner or General manager) came out and said Mr Horton, we are so sorry for this and we are going to make this right and compensate you for your troubles instead I was discouraged with We don t know if we can get the part and don t know how long Another thing, while I was there 5 other people drove off with major purchases, so it wasn t like they were hurting for money they just wanted to take more of it. I was asked in a post purchase email about my experience that was my experience. No phone call from owner or general manager yet

Purchased a used motorcycle there. I was astonished at how quickly the paperwork was done and I was out the door. Highly recommended! Dennis was superb as a salesman; he seemed knowledgeable, was not pushy, and seemed like he wanted to make my purchase experience go smoothly and well. Price I paid was also very competitive. Great place to do business.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at power Motorsports. Andrew was fantastic to work with. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. With him and Mandy s help we were able to get my son his first Polaris ranger 150 for his 11th birthday . What an amazing surprise. They also made it possible for us to get our first side by side. They made our dream come true. Mandy worked hard to get us approved and financed. Paperwork was easy and stress free. I would highly recommend to work with Andrew when searching for your next toy! We will definitely do business with him again.

Purchased a new Can AM Maverick X3 from Power Motorsports. I drove almost 6 hours to purchase from this dealership based on feedback from others. After the great experience with my sales advisor, Dennis, and my parts advisor, Teegan, I will purchase from Power Motorsports again in the future. Upfront pricing, no hidden costs, experience in aftermarket parts, are just some of the reasons I loved the experience.

This is the best place in Pacific Northwest to buy any of your powersport toys! I highly recommend you visit them or check them out online and look at their inventory. I've bought my 3rd watercraft from them and all transactions were great. All of their sales associates are awesome and professional especially Trevor Baldwin. Will definitely be back soon.

5 stars for the salesperson David Schrag.0 stars for service that went over the used bike I purchased on 2/14/24, a 2017 DL650A.I got the bike home and checked fluids. Front brakes were serviced, rear brakes were left with brown fluid telling me it wasn't fully serviced. The oil appeared to be new. I tested for codes in diagnostic mode and no codes were shown on the console.The ABS was a different story. Diagnostic mode returned code 35: ABS motor malfunction.So, the service team who did a pre-sale inspection didn't really do a motorcycle inspection. I would hope in the future that a motorcycle inspection would include checking for diagnostic codes.Too bad for me, but fortunate for anyone reading this review.

The service was great, easy to get in touch and work through issues. So far the maintenance and services need were addressed professionally. As far as what I asked for, they were spot on and I would definitely have them service my toys. My suggestion is to let them know what you are having problems with and ask them to contact you with any concerns they may see as they preform the service. Great shop, great people and awesome toys. Totally satisfied with the service.

Super fair and honest team in the service department. They brought my Can Am in with no appointment and got to it right away. Updated everything and stayed with it until they solved the issue. Will definitely continue to do business with them. Thanks Hannah and the rest of the team.Another successful experience with the service department at Power Motorsports. They got to the RZR right away and diagnosed the issues in nothing flat. Super friendly crew.

I wish I could give 6 stars!I recently purchased a Raptor 700R SE from Andrew Surrett at Power Motorsports, and worked thoroughly with Damon Jennings to get the gear I'd need to ride. I mean it when I say I haven't ever in my life had as smooth, and as enjoyable of a sales experience as I went through with these guys. Great, great people in this store in general from what I saw, but these two specifically went over and above making sure I had what I needed in a way that worked for me. Damon was very helpful and very patient with me learning about the gear, and him and Andrew both stayed well after closing just to work with me personally, and make sure the gear I got fit well and would function in the way I need it. The selection of gear in general was on point, the prices are very competitive, and with the immaculate experience I had with Damon and Andrew I can say with 100% certainty that I'm going to be returning to Power MS for any gear needs I have in the future.Normally I don't really write a lot of reviews, but I genuinely left that store feeling like I'd made a couple of new buddies. Great place. Great people. Great prices.

Had an accident with my Polaris side by side and brought it to Power Motorsports for repair. This dealership was great to work with from day one. Hannah is very professional with everything she helped me with. She was great with communication and help with ordering what I needed to get my Ranger back to what it was. I highly recommend doing business with them and working with Hannah.

To be frank, this dealership boasted a commendable inventory of bikes and gear, with over 10 staff members on hand when I came by. However, during the 40 minutes I spent browsing, not a single person acknowledged me as they passed by. It was a disappointing and forgettable experience. Typically, I prioritize purchasing from local businesses to receive personalized service, but the lack of engagement here was disheartening. Management should address this missed opportunity, as neglecting customer interaction undermines the welcoming atmosphere crucial for customer satisfaction.

Outstanding service department. Superbly adaptable to customer needs and worked around my hours to accomodate my work schedule. Recall items was scheduled as a priority, reducing downtime, and ensuring the repair work was completed quicker than any other service department I use. Staff is extremely friendly, and my observation is they appreciate their customers. Keep up the great work and customer service!

I ordered a rear tire and had it installed my Harley. Ordering was simple, they found the correct one and it arrived quickly. Service was prompt, everyone I dealt with was super friendly and courteous and the mechanic had the tire replaced in about an hour from when I arrived. They have a great waiting area, has comfortable chairs and entertainment (tv, magazines, coffee) and a great selection of gear, accessories, motorcycles, atvs and the like to drool over to pass the time.I will be back in the future when I need work done that I can t perform myself.

Told sale guy Was good. Here where problem start out only. I put down payment on bike for the to hold. But when got over there . Which was a 2 1/2 hour ride They could not find it. Some how the bike didn t get pull out inventory and tag that sold . so after 2 hour looking for it they came up with bike. When look the bike over seen that seat was not on No right . He they will fix that . After 6 hour me just wondering around sale guy said bike had problems. They could not unlock it. So in a sense, I kind of wasted my day. After week they fix the bike and delivered it. P s not sure service apartment they was real friendly .
