Well, as far a service goes they did an oil change, cabin and intake filter change and the other maintenance at a decent price but that's where the "good" stops and the bad starts. They forgot to attach my skid plate and it almost caused severe damage to my vehicle. I tried calling them multiple times and no answer. I reached out to corporate and was told I would receive a call, still no answer. Honestly at this point I don't even care as I've already reattached my skid plate and wouldn't trust them to do it anyways so it was the first and last time I'll go there. Save yourself the headache and just go somewhere else

Customer service has taken a back seat these days, but not here! They did exactly what I wanted. They all were very respectful and nice. Which I really appreciated. Being a woman, going into auto shops, I have been treated many times like I don't know a thing about vehicles. These guys let me change my mind about a service and didn't act like I was annoying them for doing it! I will be back!

There were a lot of people in the lot when I pulled up for them to service my van, but I was still seen to quite quickly.The technician told me the exact amount I would pay before I agreed to the servicing, and then while performing the inspection the team informed me of two problems with my vehicle.Normally this would be a red flag. I tend my vehicles. In this case, however, I already knew that these two issues existed on my van, and they made no mention of up-selling me on anything.Very satisfied and will return.

I will personally never go there again. They left things loose on my car. Which ruined my vacation at the coast last year. I went in for a simple oil change and instead ended up having a a car that I had to have hauled from the coast. I had to find someone way of getting my family back home and to arrange for my car to get back to Salem Nissan of Salem. So never again.

Wow what to day about these amazing guys?! These gentleman are always so amazing. My daughter likes to sit up front, watch and ask 20 million questions and they are patient, kind, and fun loving. They answer every single question I and my daughter had. They are very knowledgeable and explain and walk you through every step they are doing. Not only are they kind they are also smiling and keeping the atmosphere light.They always make sure to take my coupons or give me my veteran's discount. Which, they also remember each time I come in, AND thank me for my service! They are fast, friendly, and clean. They also do not bully you or try and get you to get any extra services you don't need. They show you what is going on the whole time and what is recommended, give you a sheet with an explanation and price range, and then let you decide for yourself.I also had a few questions that were more for a general mechanic and they were knowledgeable about possibilities and recommendations for who to take it to. They are the guys to take your vehicle to. The prices have risen slightly but that isn't their fault and there are airways coupons online, on their website, or your veteran's discount that really help chop the price down. I was going on a trip following the oil change they made sure my tires were good and the air pressure was good. They wanted to make sure my vehicle was safe. They honestly care there. This location is the best!

I get my oil changed here every time for the last 5 years or so. I come from up the Canyon and it's about a 20 minute drive. But I always make the journey because it's always worth it. Everyone is so nice and attentive. I get coupons thru the Valvoline app and haven't paid full price in years. Such an easy quick process. You pull up, they wave you in, change the oil and your on your way. The entire process is less than 20 minutes. I'll recommend this place any time.

Went in for oil change. Wasn t the smoothest service. Dropping wiper blades on the hood, prying wiper arm with screwdriver,dropping screws from the air box into engine bay. After service I had a check engine light. Got home popped the hood and the intake hose was half off. Drove back service manager didn t seem to think it was a big deal little things like this happen will not be bring my truck back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

This place ruined my friend's car and refused to take responsibility.if you over fill the oil,the engine will be ruined.They refused to follow thru with their agreement to fix the car.

The staff at this stayton location have no idea what they are doing.They have untrained people overfilling cars and not putting things back correctly.There has been more than one car ruined at this location.Do not use this place.They will ruin your vehicle and blame it on you.

Tried to call 3 different times between 4:00 and 4:30 and all it did was ring until I got told my call couldn t be completed, I can understand being busy, but there s not even a message system to get a call back. Very ridiculous and unprofessional and a good way to not get new business. I ll definitely be going elsewhere at this point.

Had a bad experience with the one in Stayton but the one in Silverton was very efficient and pleasant workers. Also they had the oil at the Silverton Valvoline. Stayton told me they didn't have any conventional 30wt, and didn't know when they would have any. I wouldn't let any of them under my car based on the attitude I was getting. Silverton Valvoline was great

It was a very nice visit. I had to wait less than 5 minutes and got my oil changed in 20 minutes. All employees were professional and polite. Will go back again

I always have my oil changed here because the service is exceptional and the prices are fair. Today, I stopped by because my Check Engine light was illuminated. They were happy to diagnose the reason free of charge.

This place sucks. Went in for an oil change only. Tried selling me lots more and we left there and the check engine light turned on immediately. I got home and the air box wasn't put together right and they didnt plug the mass air flow sensor back in. And we all of a sudden had a coolant leak. Worst ever. I thought it was a convenience but turned out to be more work for me! Don't go, it's the same price if not cheaper to do it yourself.

I have a '79 Chevy truck, so I don't have a service contract. I go to Valvoline for oil changes and other miscellaneous things my truck needs. I went today for my scheduled oil change and Tony, the Assistant Manager, was very professional and relatable while my oil was changed. I keep the guys on their toes with my truck not having a full 16-digit VIN, but they're very kind about it and take it all in stride.Service: Oil change

Do not trust this Valvoline!My car was in tip top shape before moving to the Stayton area, I ve been using valvoline for all my basic car needs. I got my battery replaced there a few months back and for weeks my car wouldn t start, my Bluetooth would bug out I d have to get out and shake my connections before my car would even start. All they had to do was tighten my connections (which I did so with an Allen wrench in 2 seconds), my car hasn t had problems turning on since. I even went to them after the fact because I m not a mechanic and didn t know why my car wasn t turning on. They told me I needed a list of things that they could not offer and sent me to another company.. all I needed was my connections to be tightened. Not only that they left tools under the hood of my car.IT GETS WORSE! I had no oil leaks before using valvoline, just 2 days ago I went in to get my oil changed and I been needed to go in before my mileage was up because My car started leaking oil a couple months previous. They over filled my oil, and I m starting to realize that they ve been doing that every time I go in which is the reason my car started leaking oil in the first place, and is now leaking transmission fluid..they are not professionals, they don t know anything about cars, and they ve lost me as a costumer. You d be better off doing it yourself than putting your car in their hands.I found high mileage oil at the price of 8.99. So don t let these idiots charge you 64.89 to over fill your car, and cause you more problems.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Battery, Oil change

These people overfilled my engine with oil which caused it to blow up.They ruined it and refused to help me get it back to working order.dont go here.

I had to pay 90 dollars for my oil change when last time I only paid half of that with my grandpa when he drove my car. They did not tell me that they were charging me for the most expensive oil that they had. I had asked for the cheaper oil and they clearly didn t hear me and it was too late because they told me the price after. I definitely will not come back to this one. That s ridiculous.

Waited 15 mins before they would even greet me and another 40 before they finished the truck in front of me. Wont be back. 3rd time in a row that i have had to wait over half an hr for service. Its an oil change. Not rocket science. Big guy (manager) was very rude.

Harmony was extremely nice and helpful with every question and made us feel very comfortable. Definitely appreciated her help and will be back again. I'll be switching over from my old oil place to Valvoline.

Drove the motorhome to have the oil changed as usual. Yes, it s valvoline now but I have been there several times when it was Oil Can Henry s. Always backed out as the turn leaving is too tight. As I approached, a man came out waving his hands. As he approached he said I would not fit. I told him I have been here before. He said they were only 11 ft 5 inches for clearance. Again, I told him I had been here before and he said we are valvoline now. It became clear this young guy just did not want to service the motorhome. Terrible customer service and made it clear this is valvoline. However the building did not change. I would fit just fine. Don t go there even with a small rv they don t seem to want to help us rv owners.
