Israel and his team are amazing! Highly recommend! They go above and beyond working with insurance company s to make sure the client is completely satisfied and not taken advantage by the insurance company s. If I could rate them higher, I would!! They got my work done in a timely fashion, at a reasonable price, and took all responsibility of talking to the insurance company for me. A+ Service: Steering & suspension repair

Outstanding customer service. Israel answered all my questions about the repair to be done. His bid came in lower than my deductable.The way my car looked when I came in it looked pretty bad, after they did some investigating they discovered it was mostly paint transfer. Just a little reshaping of my bumper and buffing.A shady shop would have charged me much more just to get the money out of me. My insurance wanted to charge double what Israel's bid is.Bottom line, quality and customer service are a thumbs up. And I love being able to stay local.

These guys (and gal) have a rare quality--they have Integrity. They do an excellent job because of that, and because they love what they do. They want to excel in every repair or upgrade they work on. They did an exceptional job on my Jeep; you can expect great results from Israel, Anna and the team at Willamette Collision Center.

These guys are honestly awesome! Somebody with a truck backed up into my car and unfortunately I was working and it happened at a parking lot with no cameras. I didn t want to go through my insurance because 1. It wasn t that bad and 2. I didn t want my insurance to go up since it wasn t my fault. The first place I went to we re going to charge me a lot to fix my car I was shocked. Then I decided to get a second opinion from the owner of willamette. He asked if I was going through insurance and I told him no and told him why. He gave me a good deal without even having to go into details he told me there and then what he was going to do with my Toyota RAV4 and what product he uses. It was really important for me to get quality work and I was super impressed with the out come. They really did do an amazing job!. I definitely recommend them 100%. Last but not least he recently contacted me to see check up on the car and remind me about the warranty. Thank you for fixing my car!

Not too often do I come across service that leaves me wanting to recommend it to others, but Willamette Collision Center was awesome from start to finish. Treated me like a friend the moment I walked in, and effortlessly explained what I needed to know, and got the ball rolling quick. They seemed more than happy to help with anything I needed, and put in some late nights to get it done as soon as they could. Could definitely tell they take pride in their work. I won't hesitate to use them again for future work on my vehicles.

I'm really not one to write reviews, but Willamette Collision Center deserves a shout-out. Let me preface this by saying I am a needy customer. I'll never go anywhere else! I have never been so happy with my car. These people have a clear passion for their work, and always go above and beyond.I came in short notice, with a big job and a small time frame. They looked swamped but took me in anyway! :)Friendly, professional service, and my car looks brand new, inside and out (and this car has been though A LOT).Thanks Willamette Collision Center! Hopefully 3rd times the charm for my bumper. ;)

My mom came home with a cracked windshield and was pretty upset. I recommend WCC! She called Israel and he made an appointment for her to bring her Mazda in. He made sure the car would be done within an hour or two so that she could take a walk over to Safeway and grab the groceries she needed. She got two errands done at once :D Israel worked well with her schedule and his schedule! Great communication here! I recommend above anyone else! Small or big job, he ll fix them all with consideration of your needs.

Israel has gone above and beyond! Between fixing my old car and the windshield on my son's frist starter truck we couldnt be happier. He is honest and cares for his customers! We will continue with his services! Absolutely the best person in town to go to!

Literally the best. Israel went above and beyond with helping me get through the process after my car was hit and eventually totaled. Everyone was super informative and knowledgeable. I will always go to WCC for future needs! Definitely the best collision center around. 10/10

My insurance company talked me into using their "Select Service" body shop.After that, I had to go to Israel and get it fixed CORRECTLY. These guys do perfect work. I am never going anywhere else for body work again.Brian Tillinghast

The repairs I needed were done in a very timely manner and ended up being a very reasonable price. The repairs are perfect and my leaky roof doesn't leak! I will continue to go there for my cosmetic needs.

I walked in with a dent above my wheel making my tires scrape and I was helped right away. Great service and price will be coming back. I recommend this place to any one interested in supporting local workers.

Great shop! Fair prices and extreamly nice and helpful people! They were able to get the required parts in very quickly and they were able to deliver on their timeframe which was amazingly helpful because we had a road trip coming up and needed the car fixed in a hurry. Highly recommend!
