My Dad, took his 1995 jeep Wrangler here for a random idle/low rpm stumbling issue. They had it for 4 months altogether, said they had it fixed twice and didn t, Dad took it back multiple times, again being charged over 600.00 for diagnostics over and over again. The owner told my dad he would have an answer for him that following Friday. That was 3 weeks ago and he hadn t contacted my dad.I was down for Thanksgiving and my dad was complaining about the experience and not being sure what to do with the jeep.I diagnosed it in an hour and had it fixed in 2 hours and I m not even a mechanic or an auto electrical specialist .Seriously think twice before taking anything to them because they are not professionals by any means.

Had our alternator rebuilt in a day ! At a fraction of the cost of a new one :) thanks guys!! Lived that they are a mom&pop local FAMILY business.

I have not been into the shop yet, but I have talked to Jamie several times, and she has been an amazing help going above and beyond what I've experienced in any other shop. The individual personal Care is valuable and appreciated

Zilkoskis saved me in the end on fixing my wiring problems I was having in my 2001 dodge ram 1500 and I would go through them again if I had problems they are great and knew exactly what the problem I was having thank you again zilkoski auto electric

These guys are great! Someone installed my stereo wrong and blew my alternator. I took it to Zilkoski's because I wasn't able to find a replacement that was under $400 and wouldn't take six months to get. He had my car for about a week and a half because he had a hard time finding the replacement part but he did eventually find one and it only cost me $240! Way less than what I was gonna have to pay! I will come back to them again!

Awesome guys (Ryan- mechanic; Keith- owner)! They took great care of my cars (Bronco needed starter; Chrysler 300C needed new hub assemblys), and got them back into top shape!I will definitely bring my vehicles back to them for any needed repairs in the future!

Keith at Zilkowski's is really helpful. The shop isn't much to look at, but the service is great. They were accommodating when I had a family emergency and got my car back to me quickly. They are very understanding and will work with you. I was very satisfied with my service and will recommend them to friends.

300$ later they pulled a fuse I told them about. They replaced my neg terminal with one that would not let my hood shut. They replaced that before I left. Dead battery twice since3/17/22.I won t go back.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

Had my 1999 Honda Civic at Wayne's garage for a week for electrical problems . They couldn't find the problem. Went back to get it and took it to Zilsoki's. They called me same day and gave a me a list of repairs that needed to be done. Picked up it today. Has more power headlights are brighter. Excellent service, attentive, excellent attitude, personnel really tuned in to electrical issues. I have had 3 or 4 issues with different cars/trucks over past years and those people solved my problem pronto(very quickly)!It's hard to compared price in these situations but I always felt they we're Very reasonable!My brother in law, today, had an electrical problem with his Toyota car. It is now up in Blue River. My directions to him were to have it towed down to Zilkoski's and have it fixed.

On the recommendation of a reputable Eugene shop I took my 2002 Ranger 4WD to these guys to repair problems with the electronic 4wd shift function. That was on September 30, 2021. When I dropped it off Keith spent 5 minutes bragging about what a genius he is on all things Ford 4x4. When I asked when it would be ready he told me "we'll take care of you." That was over 3 months ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Since then I've heard nothing but excuses, that they're running tests, that this, that that, but GOING ON 4 MONTHS the thing is still there and nobody can tell me a thing about when it will be ready, if ever. They act as though they're inventing a time machine or performing brain surgery instead of identifying and repairing what is essentially an automotive electrical problem with finite solutions. I would never take anything, from a roller skate to a motor vehicle to these guys if you ever want to see it again. Next stop Department of Justice Consumer Affairs Division.

Had intermittant starting issue I was not to able to diagnose myself, and they were able to find the problem and fix my electrical wiring at a reasonable price!If you having auto electrical problems highly recomend!

If I could give a negative star rating I would. Keith and his brother are a real pair to behold. If you are in need of electrical mechanical help stear clear of this operation. Money is ahead of customer service. 40 years ago my family praised this operation, I recently moved back home to encounter the brother's. Not much more to say, except find another company to do business with that care about you. I was forced to give a star rating, no negative rating available so I had to give one star to post.

They know their stuff at Zilkoski! I've taken 3 of my cars to them and they get it right every time. Their staff is friendly, their prices are reasonable, and they have a well-earned reputation for service.

I had a mysterious drain on my battery and they were able to locate it and fix it very quickly and for a very reasonable price. I'd recommend them to anyone with auto electric issues.

Great info on phone about possible starter problem. Towed vehicle in and they confirmed problem, got the part and installed starter same day! It doesn't get any better than that!

Here's the secret about Zilkoski's, they are cheaper than most places because they are so good with electrical repairs and anything else you could imagine that it only takes them half the time in labor to repair your car. Most places may say they can get the the best price for a part but then they screw you over on labor time! Mr. Zilkoski, his son Keith and Sam are very personable, honest and will go out of their way to help you. I moved to Eugene, Oregon almost 2 years ago and didn't know anyone. It's hard to find a good mechanic when you're new to a state! I really lucked out when I was referred to Zilkoski's. I did my homework and went all over town talking to different mechanics and getting several quotes on prices and I found Zilkoski's to be the best! My search is over! Zilkoski's is now my go to for everything!

Im a mobile mechanic. One of my customers needed a starter for a big rig broke down on a sise street. It was 445 pm. The ol man took my starter in th back and rebuilt it for me in about an hour and a half. These guys saved the day, big time. To check my cred, you can find me on FB its Service With a Smile LLC. They did great work and found the problem in 10 mins. I am taken my other truck and they are going to fix it. Zilkoskihas been in Springfield for iver 40 yrs.

I work at pitstop have been dealing with what i thought was a parasitic draw for over 6 months brought it in to have them test it an found out there was no draw at all told me my battery was just bad got a new one an bam back on the road very good service an great price highly recommend going here from now on.

They had my car for 3 weeks without finding a problem. Took it to Shelby's Auto Electric and problem was found in less than a week.
