Finally, a Sprinter shop in the valley that I can trust! This is a local, family-owned business that put people ahead of profits. Lucas is extremely knowledgable and goes above and beyond to ensure customers are taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. Leah is a wonderful communicator and very good at accommodating customer needs. They make a great team! I will definitely be using this shop for all my Sprinter needs.

I have been taking my Sprinter 2500 to Willamette Tech Fleet ever since Lucas opened his shop. He is by far one of the most Knowledgeable Car Technicians who works on sprinters in the area. He is willing to educate anyone on the particular vehicle you have. This is an excellent shop with great communication, service and folks who don t talk down to you. Definitely an honest shop which is hard to come by sometimes. Would absolutely recommend to anybody needing service on their sprinter!

Lucus looked at my sprinter van right when I drove up and had the problem diagnosed shortly thereafter. Parts were ordered and arrived the next morning. The repair was completed 3 hours earlier than the estimate. Best Sprinter mechanics. I broke down in Eugene - I am a cross country motor carrier. Able to get my parts quicker than Mercedes Fixed a whole cascade of issues that resulted from a busted hose getting things wet. Had me in and out in 3 days. I met Lucas via the web when I was looking for some guidance on my 2010 Sprinter. Lucas went out of his way to talk me through my concerns for about three hours. If I was located closer to his shop; I would be more then willing to have him work on my van. I am even considering driving 12 hours to have him work on my van if it comes down to it. Thanks Lucas.

Found this place after having trouble finding someone to work on a longstanding problem with my Sprinter. They were clear communicators, charged a competitive rate, did solid work, and even cleared up a few small issues I wasn't expecting to be addressed.
