Great customer service and great work! Butch and Grant just put new axles new fenders and wired my trailer for a great price and amazing service! I won't go anywhere else. I highly recommend them!

After shopping around at different places and on line, Butch the owner of wheeless trailers showed me several trailers that would suit my needs. I got one. If you're looking for a trailer go see Butch he's a really good guy.

To say that working with this company was a disappointment would be a understatement. Our family has used this company for years doing small trailer repair jobs here and there and they have always done exceptional work. They still do exceptional work but they tend to screw over their customers on pricing. I had a trailer dropped off at their shop on the 14th of November and had a agreed upon price of having some interior work done for $3500 and that it would be finished by the first week of January. I constantly was calling and checking on it and they didn t even start the process of working on it until the third week of February. I was then told by one of their employees that he was half way done with it and it had only taken him one day to get this done. I get a call 3 weeks later telling me my trailer is done and I go to pick it up and the owner gives me a bill for $8400. Somehow they racked up over $6900 of labor costs when the sheet states that materials were only $1500 of the project. I am not the only person that has had this issue with them either is what I have been told. I highly recommend using someone else to do your work that way you don t risk yourself getting scammed like I did.

The end result was okay but my experience was rough here. It took multiple calls to get a verbal estimate. Then I had the 1 hour of work they quoted scheduled in advance. I showed up promptly at 8 am when they open and no one was around. Also note that there is no sign for business name here. Just have to go off of the address. After 15 minutes of waiting and calling, I found out from a neighbor that one employee lives in a connected apartment and I had to wake him up by pounding on the door.At the end of the day I called at 3:30 and he said he would be done in less than an hour. I showed up at 4:30 and he wasn't even close. I didn't get out of there until 5:45. My boat trailer brakes work great and the price was good but they sure waisted a bunch of my time!

Great work, great price, got me in on time and finished earlier than expected. These guys are top notch. Another shop down the street actually recommended I go here. They gave me detailed information about the work done and helped my understanding what to watch for in the future to prevent problems. I would give Wheeless six starts if I could.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. They got my driver in and out VERY fast, got the trailer fixed (4 other places couldn't figure out the issue), were super nice and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. Thanks again for all your help!

They know trailers, period. Friendly and helpful. I went there for bearings and races to an old trailer. They didn't have them but told me what business could help me. Could not ask for better people!!

The guys that work here are friendly and knowledgeable very helpful. Got our trailer fixed even helped with our shoddy tire on our truck and were reasonable priced. Love the family based vibe I caught walking in the shop. Great people great service

Have bought over 5 trailers from butch Wheeless in 10 years and have always had the best experience. His service and ability to repair is awesome. I'm hard on my trailers and Butch is always there to fix them if needed. Good quality trailers & repairs at a very fair price.

This place is awesome! Needed a tow hitch installed and they not only hustled to get it done right away, but their work was flawless, they were super nice, and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

We have been taking our utility trailer, quad trailer, boat trailer and travel trailer to Wheeless Trailer Sales and Repair for a number of years. Butch carefully exams our trailers and advises us on the work that needs to be done. The work is completed in a timely manner and at a fair price. When our trailers leave the Wheeless lot we are confident they are safe and ready for our next adventure. We recommend Wheeless Trailer to our friends and family.

My son and I were at the Lake and had to retrieve my tire that fell off at the boat launch in the water. Called a tow truck and had Froggys towing pick it up and take it to the Family owned shop Wheelless. Butch and his Son Grant were waiting for it to arrive. Found that I needed a new axle. So they ordered it and installed it. They called me to let me know it was completed. At time of picking up the trailer I was amazed to find they had cleaned up all of my lite wires with new connectors,replaced my coupler that was about to fail,welded my fenders where they were weak, installed buddy bearings, All in all gave my trailer a clean bill of health. All for a reasonable price and a timely repair time frame. After my 25 years in the boat and trailer industry this is THE PLACE to go! I look-forward to doing all of my trailer purchasing and repairs here! I will also recommend them to everyone I know! Thanks to The Team and Family at Wheelless trailers.
