Wayne s is an amazing garage with very knowledgeable, kind and helpful staff. I take my Kia in to them for everything from oil changes to electrical issues and always get it back in great condition for a fair price. I have been with them for two years now and haven t had anything but great service!

They cannot handle cars that are not stock or do not have simple problems that the normal person should be able to fix themselves. Very let down with the price they quoted for the most simplest of jobs and how long they left my car just sitting outside waiting for them to do nothing. If you need more than a headlight bulb changed, absolutely do not waste your time or money with Wayne's "garage". Simply a bunch of 70 yo "ASE certified" boomers that truly don't know what they're doing, which has nothing to do with age, their just genuinely terrible mechanics. Again, absolutely DO NOT waste your time and money with Wayne's garage.

Wayne s Garage has honest, skilled mechanics. They do excellent work at half the cost of the Nissan dealer. I appreciate and know that I will get a fair and honest assessment from them regarding work that needs to be done. And the repairs will be done well

I needed some work done on my car [ built 4th gen eclipse 350whp 30k miles on frame and motor] I had some issues with my transmission. I figured I would take my car to waynes because I had noticed all of their "awards" and "certificates" . That's where I went wrong. After I had left my car with them for 1 week they ended up losing a bolt to hold my brakeline back, they drained all the dot 3 brake fluid out of the resivoir, and to top it off the interior has greasy fingerprints in many areas. I dont understand how a business can be around for 50 years and receive many seals and awards but can't complete a basic service some teens have done before. I would RECOMMEND everyone reading this to not bring you're vehicle to waynes.

This shop is the best. I could go into long details of it but easy enough to say I won't go anywhere else. Fast, friendly and they make sure it's right! I enjoy and will refer this shop to ever will listen.

They did everything as asked however my car was left outside in the front of the office to where Ientered. Yhe right front fender was crunched. When I got home I called him and they said that's the way it was when it got there. Not so. Wrecked car no compensation never going back advise you not to go there unless you want to pay for a wrecked car.Service: Electrical repair

I took my CRV to Wayne's garage and worked on. To have the drive shaft completely redone it was priced reasonably and done quickly I will be going back for more workUpdate: recently took my mazda3 in for the rear sway bar links. Great service. Got me in quick, and not too expensive. They didnt try to sell me on a bunch of things I didn't need. This is my go to place for work on my vehicles.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I have taken both my cars here for years and have always had an excellent experience. The mechanics are friendly, honest, and always fairly priced. I really appreciate the diagnostic charge being applied to the repair costs. My most recent experience is having a brake job quoted half of what Les Schwab quoted me. I would recommend this shop for everyone!

Replaced my headlight - very nice people, great service. I called around for pricing and availability and Wayne s garage was the shortest wait time and a much better price than the Lexus dealership.. Great value. I will recommend to my friends and use them again to service my car.

Dropped off my 2014 Jeep to fix an actuator that was making a clicking noise. They identified the problem, ordered the part and had my car ready for me to pick up within 24 hours, and it was washed. Great service, very friendly. Fair prices and up front charges with clear explanation. Definitely will be returning here in the future!

I'm very pleased with my experience here. Great communication, did a great job and happy to have a positive experience at a shop I have never used (im hesitant to use any unfamiliar shop for anything). They came in under the estimate and they were very flexible with my schedule. I also noticed the shop was very clean and well organized, overall I'm happy and my repair was done right.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Picked up my Honda Civic on March 15th 2022 after being towed there a week before. Told me that the alternator was fine but I needed a new alternator belt. Took it some where else the alternator was not fine. I need a new alternator, a new alternator belt and several other belts. How does that happen?

My car was over heating and needed to have it looked at. Before I even brought it in, they were very helpful over the phone offering advice (no pressure to "just bring it in"). Afterward I decided on my own to give them a shot. They fixed it and I got to drive it home the very next day.Reasonable rates (they even washed and vacuumed my car!)I will gladly use and recommend them again!

I took my car in for diagnosis of "slack" or "play" in the drive train - kind of a "clack" when you get on or off the gas and sometimes when it shifts under light load - we went for a road test and the service writer heard & felt the "slack" - so I left the car - they called me about 4 hrs. later and said it was done and came and picked me up - back at the shop they said they couldn't figure out what was causing the problem but charged me $100+ anyway. So I kind of feel like it was a waste of $100 + I did call another shop.and they said they wouldn't charge me if they couldn't solve the problem !What I find so frustrating is that I explained to the service writer that I had had a bad experience at another shop a few years ago - taken my car in for diagnosis of a specific issue and then been charged (well) over $100 even though the cause had not been identified - and that that was the scenario I particularly wanted to avoid ! That's why I took my car to Waynes - they have good reviews , accolades, awards , etc. - sounds like the place to go - but it just didn't work out for me ! They did say that two of the motor mounts were a little sloppy , but that that wasn't related to the "slack" issue , however they did recommend replacing the mounts ($1200 ?) first and then perusing the unidentified "slack" - doesn't make sense to me ! Back to square one I guess !

These guys were great. I needed an emergency repair on my friend's car who was flying back in from out of town to drive two hours home. They were able to help us, and had us out of there in time to get her car to her. Cost was very reasonable too.

I went to Wayne's garage when my vehicle stopped running. I had heard good things about them so I thought I would give them a try. They called me halfway through the day to let me know that my fuel pump needed to be replaced and that it would cost me $1000. When I asked them for a breakdown on the costs they said that the fuel pump was $550 and the labor portion was $450. Well, my brother is an auto mechanic but he was too busy at his job to do it for us. However, he was able to get the part for me for $240, the same price it costs Wayne's garage. That's over a $300 profit their making on the part alone. Now, I understand that all companies are in business to make a profit and that everything you buy has a mark-up to it. But the suggested retail price from the company my brother got it from was $450. When I asked them to install the part that I got they said that they wouldn't do it because they only install quality AC delco fuel pumps. When I informed them that it was an AC delco fuel pump new in box they started backpedaling. In the end they said that they weren't willing to do it unless I bought the part from them. So I had the car towed somewhere else. What a great decision that turned out to be. When I paid the diagnostic bill at Waynes the service writer asked me if "my brother was going to spend the 4-5 hours it takes to replace the fuel pump". I was shocked at that since the other shop I took it to said that its a 2 hour and 15 minute job. HE WAS TRYING TO RIP ME OFF. The other shop was willing to use the part I had and did the work for $200. So even after paying the tow bill I still saved over $175 just in service costs. So, I saved over $485 by taking it somewhere else.Note: This even occurred in 2010 and they somehow got my original review deleted. I have had this happen before so I saved a copy. They have five star reviews from 10 years ago on this site so I don't see how mine is not also still relevant.

I have to hand it to these guys! They helped my buddy out when he tried to do a job and got in over his head. Thankfully, they were able to fix him up fast, and their shop rates are very reasonable. I plan on taking my truck there for its next repair.

So far I've had my '96 Miata in for a general inspection, a valve cover gasket replacement, and transmission fluid changed. They had a person drive me home and back, which is super convenient. I came back to complain about harsh shifting after the trans fluid change, so they put in full synthetic for me to try out and didn't charge me for the extra fluid - super cool! Do you want a long term customer? Because that's how you get a long term customer.

Two days with the car and $300 later and all they can tell me is I don t know what the problem is .The guy jerry kept telling me we are running the codes. I could of done the same thing for free at autozone and looked up the codes on Google. Not a good way to get repeat customers and when I told him that he just chuckled and said ok.So . Update. Took car to Nissan dealership in Eugene and for $137 they figured out what was wrong in 3 hours. So don t tell me I had my facts wrong. It was a poor choice to choose your shop to look at the car and the incompetence of your mechanic is why I am upset about the situation. If you think it s ok to charge a customer $300 for some computer time and a few test drives then I m really surprised you stay in business.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I truly believe in guardian angels, and today, i and my daughters guardian angel came in the form of a very compassionate, understanding, empathetic, honest, and caring service technician at Wayne's Garage in Eugene, OR by the name of (BRAD).My daughter had just had an oil change completed by Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Portland, OR and unbeknown to her the oil change that was performed was not executed in the correct professional manner that it should have been. She had this oil change done because she was traveling from Portland to Los Angeles and wanted to take preventative measures before traveling such a long distance.Approximately two hours after the oil change was performed on her vehicle, I received a very frantic phone call from my daughter explaining to me that she had to pull over because the check engine light on the dash board had come on.It was close to 3pm in the afternoon when i received the call from my daughter, so i knew i had to keep calm and act as quickly as possible because most mechanics close at 5pm.My motherly instinct kicked in and i did a quick (Google) search for a mechanic in Springfield, OR and that's when i found (BRAD) at Wayne's Garage.Because my time was very limited i didn't get a chance to read any reviews or do any extensive searching to find out what the ratings were for Wayne's Garage. However, i can honestly say that the personalized service that (BRAD) displayed towards myself and my daughter speaks volumes about his character.(BRAD) made me feel comfortable from the very first moment he picked up the phone and introduced himself. (BRAD) listened to understand and not just to reply which i found very comforting and reassuring. I explained to (BRAD) that i live in California and would need to pay for any rendered services with my credit card over the phone, and he explained that it would not be a problem for him to accommodate my request. (BRAD) had also explained to me that there would be a diagnostic charge of $150 to determine what the possible cause for the check engine light was, which i found to be a very reasonable price.(BRAD) went above and beyond to call me and inform me that my daughter had made it safely to his location and to also confirm approval for the above diagnostic charge for $150.About 10 minutes after my daughters arrival to Wayne's Garage, (BRAD) made an assessment and found that Valvoline Instant Oil Change did not put a hose back correctly, which caused the check engine light to come on. (BRAD) assisted my daughter and got her back on the road in a very timely manner. When i attempted to place (BRAD) on hold so that i could grab my credit card to pay for his time and services he politely stopped me and said "There will be no charge". I couldn't believe what i had just heard so i took a deep breath and said "Brad you have to let me do something". and he responded don't worry about it. It brought me to tears to know that GOD put (BRAD) before me and my daughter today to serve as our guardian angel, because acts of great kindness such as (BRAD) has displayed towards myself and my daughter are true acts of a higher being.(BRAD) thank you so much for all that you did for myself and my daughter.I hope that all the kindness you give, you get back ten fold because you truly deserve it. We are very blessed, thankful and highly favored to have you as our (angel mechanic) today. Thank you, Thank you, Thank You.Best Regards,Lila and Kristina

Wayne's always provides excellent service at a fair price. When I had to take my car in during the COVID epidemic they followed all safety protocols and it was the same great customer experience, despite the circumstances.

I brought in my 1999 Mazda B4000 pick up because it was running poorly. I found out that I needed a new engine, not surprising I had 220 thousand miles on it. No pressure they gave my many options as to what I could do and I felt conformable going with a engine replacement. They called often with up dates and after I got it back it and it needed some minor adjustments they got me back in and did the work right away. They also took my truck for a drive out to Coberg to make sure all was well with my repair. I have found a garage I can trust and will recommend them to others.
