We brought a flat tire in to these folks. We don't live in the area so we threw a dart and landed here. Sarah checked us in, Jessie was our technician. We had a low tire that we surely thought was going flat. They checked it out couldn't find any issues and made us feel comfortable about putting it back on the car after it was aired up. Have some issues with the lug nuts from a previous tire install and they were concerned about that and talk to through it and helped us figure out the best solution. The only downside was had they had for higher-quality tires we would have purchased those and had them installed them. But as it was for our particular vehicle the only had one economy set and we passed on that.

The three men who approached my vehicle being towed in were condescending and rude, yelling (mostly because it was loud) at me when all it needed was an oil change. if they gave me the time to explain. then when I told them all what the issue was, they ignored me, looked under my hood, and began telling me exactly what I just said. I have to bring my male friends as accessories and tell them what to say so I'll be listened to. Maybe not everyone is confused and unsure what's going on with their car. I understand it's your profession, but at least give the respect of listening first. Even if you don't agree. That being said, it's the only place I haven't lost a vehicle to an oil change, so I keep going. But after last time, I think I'll find the room to do it myself.

If I could give it zero, I would. Got a Noyle change. Got five minutes down the road on the same road leaking oil the entire way. Between the time they text me and said my service has started and the time they were done was a whole whopping 20 minutes. Even oil can Henry s take longer than that to change oil. I was stuck with my kids until 10 o clock and had to get towed because I had oil everywhere and didn t know it, I tried to call a manager and because the auto center was closed. No one would help me not even offer to help with the towing or anything. I was on hold for three minutes and then I was hung up on. I called the Eugene Walmart and was told I m sorry no manager here can help you. Not a single manager would even come to the phone. I will be back when they open at 7 AM and they will pay my tow bill. The labor I had to put into my car and the oil change that they obviously didn t do correctly. This is the worst service ever had. I will never shop there again.I have pictures and videos as well. To say that I am upset is an understatement.

Other than the fact that I didn't get all the information about what I was being charged for, the shop was great. The employees were very nice and answered any questions I had. They were done exactly when they said they would be.

Unfortunately I am a patient person and stick with stuff longer than i should. I am done coming here. Things I put up with:Broke two hubcaps - they said it happens and wouldn't replace them.Over filled my oil a different time because they didn't push my dipstick all the way down. Needed return trip to drain it and were initially going to make me wait but then at least realized how awful that is.Missing my transmission dipstick after an oil change. Bad or whatever but I don't check my own transmission fluid so it wasn't me. Unless Toyota's just generally have dip sticks fly away during normal use??Today I went for another oil change (because I like being abused apparently). Was told 30 to an hour but then he looked and saw I would be next so said likely 30 minutes. I then asked to speak to manager about the dipstick issue because it's going to cost over $50 to replace. Long story short I need to speak to the managers manager. Whatever. My issue is that it took well over an hour to do it when they weren't busy and I was next. I legitimately feel like I was being retaliated against by asking to speak to the manager. I work in customer service. I was friendly and everyone there was friendly. But they had a lot if different employees and not a lot of customers. They are either severely disorganized or honestly just making me wait to punish me.I don't normally complain but there is a limit of what I will put up with. I'm mostly mad at myself for wasting time on my day off at Walmart. So beware that you get what you pay for! I paid for cheap oil changes/tire rotation and I get to pay extra for broken hubcaps, missing dip sticks, time wasted on returning and time wasted waiting on exceptionally slow service. Next time I'll go somewhere competent and pay more up front but less in the long run. It can't be just me. They suck unfortunately.

Miguel (and the crew) in the auto center are amazing! He went above all expectations with some tire issues I had, and when the issue ended up being a defect in the product the manager stepped up and refunded my purchase.Really appreciate the friendly working crew and will now make this Walmart my one stop shopping destination when I m in the area. Thanks again Miguel and Jesse!

I needed my winter tires put on my car, (went to olympic and 28th store as it- was close to my house.) I purchased them at the W11th location 6 yrs ago...i was approached by employee named Allen( no greeting ,no smile ,)he was immediately Rude, questioning me like i was in some line up. wanted to see the paperwork revious work / tires on my car( which i produced)..then demanded paperwork for my winter tires. i didnt have but it was clearly BF GOODRICH TIRES that walmart sells..i said look at my account you will see them. he rudely tells me he cannot do that?!? huh? after 10mins of this back and forth he goes into office, then another employee comes out and tells me they cant do it today. i said ok then in the morning? .he says sure , let me get our scheduler, and goes back inside and allen comes back out and then schedules me an appt for 10 am next morn. when i arrived early for my 10 am appt. Allen acknowledges my arrival then starts up with the the same attitude and treatment as the previous night.....i finally said if you dont want my biz i can go somewhere else,. he immediately say OK. And walks off. im still in disbelief over this whole experience. I really felt like going inside and complaining but then just thought maybe somebody was having a bad Couple Days .the more I thought about it and then having this platform to vent my vent my frustration over the matter ,which I have now done. I will not be using Walmart's tire or automotive services of services for any of my Vehicles . as for allen , I hope he is able to find some positive Input into his life and he can greet people with a smile And be happy that he is alive And hopefully see everyday he lives as a gift otherwise hes gonna have horrible existence . Negative people suck.but there is hope ....

Did not actually use their services, because I was with a friend and he was shopping for tires and was dissatisfied with their offer, so I have no comment about that, what I can say, however, is that their parking lot on the side of the Walmart was at 99% capacity at 9:00am on a Thursday morning. So if needing to park here and not have your vehicle serviced, you might want to remember that so you don t end up being late to an appointment because of a lack of parking.

Came here on a Sunday around 12pm to get a standard oil change. There were 3 cars ahead of me, and they told me the wait was about a hour and a half, which is perfectly fine; I don't mind waiting. I ended up leaving and just coming back to get my car. But a hour and a half later when I returned, I came to find out they denied doing my oil change because they couldn't get my oil filter off. They took my phone number so I figured at least someone would call me instead of wasting more than a hour of my time. So I asked if they were gonna even tell me, and the tech just shrugged his shoulders. Talk about disappointing! So I went down the street to Springfield Express Lube and they did an amazing job. Not only did Springfield Express Lube get my oil changed done within 30 minutes (that's with a couple cars ahead of me too), they were able to get my oil filter off with no excuses, I didn't even have to get out of my car, AND they gave me a 10% off discount. Now keep in mind ever since I owned my first car I have always gone to Walmart's Auto Center until now. I don't think I will ever go back to Walmart to get my oil changed!

Can't beat their price for an oil change and lube, and I rarely have to wait, so I love them for that. After one lube, I found a huge pool of oil under my truck the next morning. I called, and the managers drove to my place immediately to check it out. The problem was a faulty oil pan plug which they took care of back at the shop without too much trouble. And they made sure the truck was oiled and able to make the trip back, which impressed me. My only complaint was that they tried to convince me that most of the leak was an issue my truck already had - which wasn't true (it does leak a bit while driving, but doesn't drip on the ground). Regardless, they did fix the faulty plug, and might've even given me a free oil change to make up for it (I've forgotten now). In a perfect world, they would've scrubbed the oil stain from my parking space too, but I was pretty happy with the way they handled the important stuff, and they still get my business.

Buyer beware. Long story short, they sell faulty products and refuse to allow returns or replacements even if the product is still under warranty. The mechanics are friendly, but their supervisor Steve seems like a very overbearing and fake-polite, smug person to work with. I feel bad for his employees and anyone who has to deal with him.Bought a new battery with a "3-year warranty". It died 4 times in 3 months. The first couple of times we thought it must not be the brand new battery's fault, so we retightened the connections and made sure there were no lights left on or other drains on the battery. The third time, we had the alternator tested at a local autoshop. It came back good, but the battery tested as bad, so we went straight to Walmart and asked them to replace it.However, their machine didn't read the battery as bad, so Steve refused to replace it. He also refused to allow a return because the battery was now "used" even though it was within the 90 days listed on Walmart's return policy. One week later when the battery predictably died again, we brought it back. Their machine's readings were somewhat lower than the last time but still "met standards", so although his mechanics and assistant supervisor politely asked if he might make an exception, Steve again refused to replace it or refund us.We returned to the local autoshop that day where they again tested the battery under load (Walmart did not test under load) and found that yes, it is a bad battery with a dead cell. So we bought a new battery there and trashed the junk one from Walmart. That was a $98 mistake that I will never make again by shopping at Walmart.

The manager of this department has the worst customer relations skills I have experienced. I was ignored for 45 minutes and then treated like a thief when I wanted to return a defective battery. I am never shopping at Walmart again. Target and Costco are light years ahead in providing a good customer experience and that's where my money will be spent.

Took a while to get checked in. Normally that wouldn't bother me if they were trying to deal with someone else, however ther was no one else in front of me that needed to ok be checked in.But all in all they did a good job and got us out fast. Can't complain too much.

Went here for the first and last time 2 days ago. Went for 2 tires. Yes, I did forget my rim and only had a donut, but that is no excuse for the employee to yell at me in front of multiple people. He could have just suggested doing it another day, or anything other than treat a customer like that. To top it off, I sat there for 2 1/2 hours with my 5 year old daughter, who decided she was tired of waiting and threw a tantrum. To find out that this employee had already finished putting on one of my tires and parked it in the back, not one employee told me it was done and ready to go. I will never use Walmart for anything on my car again.

They are what you pay for... service at a reasonable price. We bought four tires and spent two hours waiting around for them to be installed. That being said, we saved about $200

I called and asked for an EXACT quote for a pair of tires. When I arrived the same, slow talking, slack jawed yokel then told me it was almost $40 more than the quote he himself gave me not more then 10 minutes prior. Switch and bait liars. Go elsewhere!

My fiance took her 2008 mazda 3 in for an oil change (just rolled 100,000 miles) she was leaving, took a right on 28th and got about half way down when her car popped and started billowing smoke. At first I gave the techs the benefit of the doubt. She got it to the mechanic (because I was at work) and we come to find out that they either 1. Put 10 quarts of oil in or 2. Changed the oil filter without draining the pan and proceeded to put 4.5 more quarts of oil in the motor. We called and they denied it entirely. Shes never taking her car to wal- mart again ill make sure of that.
