Very good service, and the quality of work is on point they even transferred over my after market emblem. paint work is crisp and almost a perfect color match. I cannot adequately express how wonderful the folks at Todd s are. I was in an accident just two days before the big 2024 ice storm. To make matters worse the guy who hit me tried to flee the scene (he got caught) and dodged his insurance company as long as he could which delayed me getting my repairs done and just made a mess of things for me. I am a busy, single mom with a lot going on and I didn t have time or bandwidth to deal with something like this on top of the storm and everything else.Everyone at Todd s was so helpful and really held my hand through the process, despite dealing with their own challenges from the storm. They even received my vehicle on a day when they didn t even have power at the business themselves. They just did whatever they could manage, and with courtesy and compassion.While I of course hope to never have another accident, if I do I will ONLY ever take my vehicle to Todd s, and Todd s is the ONLY body shop I recommend. These folks are total professionals, know what they re doing, and frankly they re just good people. Even given all the obstacles my car got back to me in record time and the repairs were flawless. I can t thank them enough, or recommend them more highly!

I have had body work done on 3 of our automobiles. Each one has been completed with excellent results. The care given to your automobile is the exact care they would give their own. Excellent service also!

I had taken my car a few years ago to another shop in town. I didn't have a great experience. I picked Todd's because it came up as the #1 shop in Springfield. I couldn't agree more. The staff are so friendly and know this business inside and out. I was informed the whole way through & my car was done a week early. 10/10

This review is long overdue. My 1994 Toyota 4x4 truck was seriously damaged (so was I) last year when a driver ran a red-light and t-boned my truck. These folks did their very best to try and salvage my truck but the damage was too much--it was totaled. LeighAnn (sp?), Josh, and everyone there were great. Their customer service was excellent. They couldn't fix my truck but I know they did their best to do so--I bought pizza for everyone for their efforts :)

Thank you Todd s for the amazing service! I got updates every step of the way while my car was with them. Just got it back yesterday and they did amazing work and a beautiful detail job. Hoping to not have any more accidents but in the event I need any work done on my car again I will be returning to Todd s! Thank you Josh and team at Todd s!

I was paying for my bumper repair out of pocket so Todd s re used what they could without sacrificing safety. This knocked at least $200 or so off of what their initial estimate had been. Plus they did great work and were all so kind. My family and I will be sending folks their way!!

The best auto body I have ever been to. I was in a bad accident and my car is completely new. All new parts and it is beautiful. Customer service was wonderful, friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend to anyone.

Todd's auto body is the first and best shop I've ever had to go through and they were amazing every step of the way. They were one of the only good shops in the area that were willing to take a look at my 20 year old, high mileage truck, doing so in a timely manner. While the truck ended up being a total loss, they helped talk me through the whole process, and didn't dump any kind of hidden fees on me. They helped me know what to say to insurance to ensure things went smoothly. I specifically worked with Josh Mustard throughout the process and he was amazing and communicative throughout everything. If I ever need work done on a future vehicle, I'll 100% be returning here!

I could not recommend these guys and Mr. Todd more! It was my first time ever having to make an insurance claim like this so I was totally unfamiliar about how the repair process goes. Todd s was one of the most respectful, helpful, and honest auto industry businesses I ve ever worked with. They were very informative and helpful during this stressful process and time.As a young woman walking into anything vehicle related often times places try and take advantage of that. Todd s was a breath of fresh air with their kind and thoughtful professionalism. It was great to not feel the need to have my guard up and get through this process with ease.My car looks amazing and I am so happy with their work! If you need anything done or repaired go through them!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Went to Todd s with a smashed door from a hit and run, with issues with my own insurance. The first initial estimate was on point with what the final cost was. The entire process felt genuine and everything they needed to repair or replace was fully explained. Being someone who knows nothing about cars, this was huge for me, as it gave me the assurance that they weren t a company that takes advantage.It took half the time we initially thought to be repaired, and the final product literally makes my car look brand new. I 100% recommend Todd s and personally will never take my car anywhere else ever again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my 2018 Tacoma in for repair from a rear end collision and front end damage. I took it in on a thursday, they had the truck the following week, and I got the truck back Thursday after labor day weekend. It looks absolutely fantastic they even cleaned the inside of my truck as well. I swear it looks better than when I bought it a couple years ago. I got held up in traffic on the way to pick up my vehicle, and they called me and were kind enough to stay open a little longer for me to pick up my vehicle, and even dropped off my rental the next morning for me. Absolutely great service and I can't reccomend them enough. 5 stars is not enough.

Todd s Autobody really surprised me with the amount of detail and attention they gave me and my vehicle. I had a small collision with another vehicle in my 2018 Black Chevy pickup. Todd s fixed every dent and ding on the truck and I can t even tell it was in an accident. I m extremely pleased with the quality of their work and I d recommend anyone to them for work.They got to work fast! The truck was in and out in just about a week. I expected a couple of weeks but I was quickly taken care of.Todd s also handled everything with my insurance company. I had very little effort involved with the claims adjuster. The insurance adjustments were quick and easy.The morning that I dropped the truck off, I was greeted with smiles from everyone in their office. Every single person took the time to make eye contact with a smile. Good honest people that made me feel like they were here to take care of me. Todd fixed my car quickly and impeccably. My car took some damage to the side, and the mirror was completely smashed off, and when I got it back it looked brand new. Todd's did an excellent job of fixing front end damage on our car. They went above and beyond to see that some rat damage under the hood was fixed to make the right blinker work. We have had Todd's do repairs 3 times and each time they have done an excellent job. They are also friendly and professional. Todd's Auto Body was my first choice to get my 07 tacoma fixed after seeing a friend's truck that was done by them.i can speak for my buddy Justin Wright and myself when I say this.Todds Auto body lies and does major shortcuts in repairing all vehicles.its shown in not just my friends but others that have went through them a well.my name is Austin and I recently got shafted and told to find someone else to fix my truck.TODD that works at the main st Springfield location was the one that I had a conversation with about what needed to be done to my truck.tod explained if there were any parts I wanted on my truck that was not oe and I wanted aftermarket I'd have to pay out of pocket. That's all fine and ok with Mei said .I had only 2 request .the fitst one was for my foglights to be oem.the 2nd request was for the same grill to be purchased .He then called me back after was verry rude about saying to find somewhere elsewhere to have it done.i waited for over a month. told me about a week before my appointment time to find a new place even after tod having conversation about anything that was not oe that I'd pay out of pocket. I'm a dad of 4 and still without a vehicle to get my kids to and from school and also my work.he has caused my family a lot of pain and money do to Unprofessionalism and respect for my family and i.hope no one goes through what Tod has put my family through. I can't stress enough.alway do your own research and have it down on paper. Sincerely Austin l.
