Straight Line RV helped me when my neighbors tree clobbered my travel trailer during an ice storm. I was so worried about damage/leaks to the roof. They worked fast to get the trailer into the shop and protect it from further damage from any leaks. They communicated clearly on the timeline, gave me timely updates on the progress, and completed the work faster than I expected. When they were done, the roof looked like new. Great attention to detail in sealing everything up. They had cleaned everything (even the parts that were not damaged) had my travel trailer looked better than it had in years. Very professional experience.

Unfortunate boat incident when I was letting my 8 year old pull away from the dock. Straight line got me in a couple days after. The repairs took longer than we all thought. But that was just waiting for parts and gel coat. They communicated well. The work is beyond amazing. The pictures say it all. I hope I don t have any of boat mishaps. If I do I know where to go. Thank you so much!

During the estimate process I was told that my motorhome would be repaired with new parts, because the old parts could not be repaired. I was told that repairing the old parts would not result in a good quality repair. Then later, when they had my motorhome, I was told that the old parts were being repaired. This would appear to be a classic bait-and-switch. I asked for an explanation but didn t get one. This caused me to be concerned about quality, so I asked M if they warranty their work. M replied, we are not going to fix it if you run into something. OK, so I did not want to argue but that is not what warranty means. Based upon my conversation with M, this appears to be a shop that does not stand behind their work. Also I felt demeaned by M s remark, which seemed rude to me.M scheduled an appointment to bring it in on October 16th. 2 days later she called me, and said I needed to change my appointment because someone was going to be on vacation. I was thinking, you did not know 2 days ago that someone was going to be on vacation? So my appointment was changed to Oct 23. On this date I was told it would be done in 2 or 3 weeks. This would be Nov 13 max. She said she was sorry it would take this long, but it was because parts had not yet been ordered. However no parts were ever ordered. On November 7 M called me, and I asked her how much longer. She promised it would be done by the end of next week. This would be Nov 17th max. I did not hear from them, so I called them on Nov 20th. M said it would be done today or tomorrow. They did not call me on Tuesday Nov 21, so at the end of the day I called them. M said she meant to call me earlier. She said it was finished. She knows that I live 1.5 hours away, and that I have to return a rental and wait for a ride, during the busiest travel time of the year. But she meant to call me earlier. So I was able to pick up my motorhome on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Too late to go home to Florence, load the motorhome, and then make it to my destination for Thanksgiving. They kept my motorhome 5 weeks for a minor repair, and caused me to miss Thanksgiving. When I got home I discovered that the quality of the repair is completely unacceptable. This ordeal is not over yet. I hope that they are not going to steal from me another 5 weeks of my life.Update: I took my motorhome back a second time. The backup sensors are still not working correctly. Also there are some wires hanging out of the back of the motorhome. I am going to ask the insurance if I can take it to a different shop.

This place and these guys are the absolute best!!! We had a freak accident with our boat trailer coming through Springfield and had the tow truck bring our boat trailer to Straight Line. It was a Sunday and Tony just happened to be at the shop. He let us bring the boat in the yard and let us stay in the yard in our motorhome! He gave us a truck the next morning to go get parts so my husband could fix the trailer. His guys helped us out and lent tools. When repairs were done and we were ready to roll, he refused to take any money from us. You do not meet people like this EVER!! Tony and his crew are pretty incredible. If you need any motorhome or boat work done, please call Straight Line first. You will not be disappointed.Service: Boat trailer service

Fantastic in every category. The owner drove 2 hours + on Sunday to our accident site to give us a repair cost, and time estimate. We were so impressed with him we gave him our 40k + repair, and we are glad we did.His guy was beyond picky about our repair, taken alot more time than we paid for, and he fixed things not bid, or charged for. It's better than new, and the new paint matches the 12 year old paint perfect. We can't say enough about how perfect every thing is/was without sounding unbelievable. This is the place to go without a doubt. Thanks Tony

I met the owner Tony at an RV rally in WY He saw the damage to my RV where I had hit rock. He ask if he could write me an estimate for the damage. About 2months later I called to make an appointment. I was suprised to hear the lady on the phone talk to me as though she was looking at my coach. I drove from central CA to central OR and could not be more pleased with the work and the employees. They gave me the opportunity to stay in my RV ( I full time in it) so I didn't have to go to a motel. The work is first class and exacting in all they do, they even finished when they said they would. If I ever need body on my coach I'll be back.Service: Body & Trim

Our experience with Straight Line RV and Boat has been exceptional. Tony and his staff go out of their way to do an honest and professional job. They worked with us while we were home in Alaska and they got the repairs on our coach moving and worked hard to get it ready for us to come pick it up, even co-ordinating with other service professionals since we were out of state. We feel that Straight Line employees are more like family - we would recommend them to anyone needing RV or boat body work. Their work was exceptional and their prices were fair and very competitive.

I went to straight line after an accident where my car was rear-ended, my bumper needed to be replaced and have the new part painted to match (not an easy task on an older red car). I was careful about finding an auto body shop because I have had bad experiences with shops in the past and really care about my car. After reading the reviews here I decided to go with Straight Line, and I was not disappointed. The customer service and quality of repair were both exceptional. The paint matched perfectly and the body panel alignment was better than before I brought it in! They also cleaned and waxed my car to a show-room shine. Not only did they accommodate my busy schedule, but finished the work in under the estimated amount of time, even though they seemed very busy when I dropped off my car. The work was covered by insurance, but they still stuck exactly to the quote which I would've been very happy about if I had been paying out of pocket. A+ Straight Line, I would go here again and recommend to a friend.

An honest hard working and dedicated group of individuals. They will go the extra mile to ensure your RV/ boat looks better than new. They are very detailed and strive to do a thorough job. This family owned business deserves the highest of recommendations. I've heard there are customers that come from across the country and choose this shop because they outperform all others!

We have taken our motorhome to Straight Line for body work twice over the years. They have always done a great job and treated us well. They have 50AMP power and water available at their new location, but not dump station. Our last job came in $30 below the estimate, which is not much, but we were happy.

Had an issue with my drivers side mirror in which the dealer told me I had to replace it and the cost would be over $300 to do so. Called Tony at Straight Line Auto and explained situation / scenario. He had me bring vehicle in, and long story short, fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes. He also didn't charge me for his work which made me feel even better about the situation.I appreciate their quick help and honesty! Thanks.

Apparently when you take the time to stop in, have your vehicle photographed and leave your information, this business cannot be bothered to return your call. Take your business to someone who actually wants it. Completely unprofessional.
