I love Springfield express lube! Been coming here for years and the guys and manager Josh always take such good care of me. Efficient and awesome. Today Deven and brad convinced me to give them a review and I ve been a loyal customer for years so it s way overdue anyway. Thanks for everything! Y all are amazing

Edit: after talking to Josh, I'm returning the stars. I appreciate that he was able to talk to me and rectify a misunderstanding.Price wise, they're still the best in town. Some of the guys that have been there for a while are really kind and considerate. I will see them again in 5k miles.

Received the usual efficient and speedy oil change I expect from this place. The young man I dealt with, Kristian, was friendly and informative. You can't go wrong coming here!

Staff was Amazing, Kristian, Bad, and ChristianKristian was very knowledgeable about the service they offer. Brad washed my windows and filled my tires to the specs I asked for. Christian was my pit technician he was very fast and thorough. Thank you for the service will be back.

So happy with the service here! They got me in quick and were honest about what services my vehicle needed and didn't need right away. And got me in and out in a timely manner. We were recommended to get our oil changed here by my husbands co workers. The service here is incredible and they are all so friendly. Brad in particular did an excellent job and we will be coming here from now on! Highly recommend!

Giving these guys three starts because they might of fixed a problem they caused, we will see by tomorrow. After an oil change, we drove for 3 hours to find out the car is leaking oil profusely. When we take it back, it's "oh maybe this was our fault." Well, let me tell you, it was not pouring oil out before we brought it there. The fix was; "Well, our guy might have forgotten to tighten the oil filter down or the filter is bad, or it's really just the problem you brought to us. We could have lost the entire engine due to this problem.

Great service. Have taken my truck there for oil changes. They top off all the fluids and are fast and efficient.I recently had them help with a bulb replacement. It was worth it and took less than 5 minutes. These guys are amazing!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Straight up... instead of replacing my K&N air filter, they cleaned it instead... money $aver. Fast and reasonable prices... they tell you exactly what they're doing and checking.
