Springfield automotive is an amazing auto shop. I own a rare landcruiser and they have been more than helpful for me repair needs. Super fair prices. And they are extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them

These folks are amazing! Mark and the shop owner really helped us out in a pinch. We were traveling through the area and needed to install some Sumo Springs to help us pull our camper. They made time for our project even though they had a really busy schedule and got us ready for the road in no time. (And we re super grateful, as we re driving all the way to Halifax!) Lovely folks and fantastic service!

I love this place. I was new to town and needed help with my car. When I drove by the shop it looked like the "real deal" and it is! I will recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for a great experience

Good pricing, but I got the van back missing paint on the front bumper. Tried to post a picture but it won't let me for some reason. I assume they bumped it into something and chipped the paint off, not a big deal except no one said anything to me.Edit* was able to get a pic posted and just noticed a chunk missing out of my hood as well. Still liked the price, but not the damage to my vehicle.

I trust them with all car needs! They are fast, thorough, fair, and pleasant to work with. With our older 92 car they are always trying to help us rule out the less expensive updates before recommending the more complicated and costly ones. at least a dozen visits in, they ll continue to get my business

I had been struggling for months to fix an electrical and lighting issue on my 2018 Chevy Volt. It's a complex hybrid vehicle with a lot of unique systems, computer-controlled components, and parts. I had previously brought it to the Chevy dealer (Kendall) and also tried to fix it myself before bringing it to Springfield Auto. I should have brought it to Springfield Auto to begin with. They carefully diagnosed the problem, explained what they were doing during the process, and successfully fixed the issue. One of their staff, Tom, really went the extra mile to see it through. I really appreciated how they explained their process and offered full transparency to me. I also got a great deal! I was really impressed by the price; given that I had looked into doing the work myself I had a pretty good idea of how much time and materials they were putting into my car.I also had a great experience a couple years ago when I had them fix a coolant leak and 4WD system on my 2002 Chevy Suburban. Overall this company has earned my respect and trust. This type of service seems to be pretty rare.Thank you Springfield Auto!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Vehicle Inspection

Service was amazing. Ryan did the best he could to figure out what was wrong with my transmission. Although he was unable to find out what exactly was wrong he tried to do everything he could with the code reader he had. He suspects that it is one of the clutch motors going out, however he didn't try to sell me on that and possibly sell me a part I didn't need. The shop even only charged me a 1/2hrs worth of work even though he was working on it for about an hour, because he wasn't able to really fix anything. Very skilled and respectful staff and technicians. The owner is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, as well. I've made several same day appointments for a fleet vehicle, and they got me back on the road quickly each time with a thorough explanation of issues and repairs. Honest and fair. Oregon is experiencing outrageous hot temperatures so when my AC started acting up I needed it looked at and fixed. They were able to get it in reasonably fast and was fixed the same day. I truly appreciated their efforts. Shop is run by friendly and caring staff. Eager to help and get you rolling again quickly. Will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks everyone!

My husband and I are on vacation and we realized that we had a brake light out on our truck. We both have disabilities and are seniors. We came here and couldn't have been happier. Anthone was the person who helped us. He was very friendly and professional. He took care of us right away. The whole staff was great, we would highly recommend this place. Nakia was our first point of contact.

These people are AWESOME. I have used the dealership for my Kia in the past. I always felt over talked. These guys listened and took on a very challenging issue. They repaired my car and the customer service is better than any mechanic shop I've used. Nikea rocks. Plus my bill was much less than they thought and they were honest about it! After calling around a few places and being told it would be at least a week before I could get my car in, I called Springfield Automotive and Transmission Service. They got me in the same day even though it was already noon. I knew what was wrong with my car, but working on power steering in a 2001 Buick Regal is no picnic. They called me back in about an hour after dropping off my car and told me it would be $500+ to fix it. I said go ahead because I was tired of working on it. About 2 hours later they called again and said my car was ready. Not only did they fix it in the same day within 4 hours, but they also said final cost was only $59. No, I did not leave out any 0's ... that's fifty-nine dollars from over 500. Who does that?!? I've never had a mechanic shop go lower on their quoted price. That's what honesty is. Only doing the work required. I waited a little over a week to post this review to be sure it was really fixed. I've driven it a few hundred miles now and no leaks. Gonna need my tie rods replaced and guess who I will be calling. These guys are honest, that's hard to find in a mechanic shop these days.

I honestly feel like this shop undercharged me for the amount of work they did, not to mention the quality of work was outstanding. I have never left a mechanic happier & I can't recommend this shop enough! I live in CA & was just passing through Springfield for work. My A/C was going out & I needed it fixed fast and done right the first time. (I was recommended this shop by Joe's Truck & Trailer, who is another really great guy, btw.) Danny, the owner, is an expert in diagnosing & fixing A/C systems and I needed to get back on the road in a hurry so I was happy that his shop assured me he could have it fixed and back to me that day. Not only did he fix my A/C, but he was also able to handle another job I needed done & install a transmission cooler for me and get my truck back to me that same day. He stayed late and made it happen and then showed me everything he did and how he did it. I was really impressed with how he went the extra mile for me & the quality of his work is outstanding, as well as I swear he should have charged me double for how much work he did. Oh, and because I got back to pick up my truck early and then started to get hungry, the guy working up front even let me use his car to grab some food up the street since mine wasn't done yet. Unbelievable service. If I lived closer I'd be their customer for life.

We were recommended by Woody s detailing and they were amazing! They got my daughters car in and out quickly! Not only that but they were 100% honest with what the problem was and the price of the fix was way less than expected! We will now use this garage only! Thank you!

If I could give this shop less than one star I would. However, after having my truck in his shop for SEVERAL WEEKS, and several phone calls later, it became obvious he wasn t going to be able to fix our truck because he didn t know what was wrong with it. After attempting to charge us for a few different, expensive, repairs, he finally agreed to put all of our original parts back on and let me move it to another shop. Before I could even get my insurance to arrange that, he called yelling at me to move it now or I would be charged storage. I explained that I m not able to move it myself and that my insurance would be coming the next day, to which he responded he would just tow it out himself that night. So thankful to AAMCO who waited on my truck to get there so the correct repairs can be made!! Don t waste your time with Dan at this automotive service shop.

This crew is the best! They let ya know what the issues are, what the cost is, then you get to decide what to fix. They are friendly and honest and prices are very reasonable. I will take my jeep to these guys from now on!! They're awesome!

A 5-star rating is certainly well-deserved by this company! They have been excellent for Pop and I each time we have taken our car in. They listen well and work hard for the good of our car, keeping us on the road with a vehicle that continually runs smoothly though it is 15 years old. We live on a fixed income, yet we have been treated as if we were high-end customers, receiving caring and helpful service. Every employee is respectful. We will never go anywhere else!

I've brought my rig here now 3 times and have always left happy. My first time bringing it in I was in need of a flexplate replacement, which ended up being a broken torque converter as well and the price was honestly not that bad for having to drop the transmission and pretty much rebuild it. They also replaced my rear axle seals for me as well and replaced a faulty stripped out exhaust bolt while it was in there all the while communicating and even sending me step by step pictures of the problems they had encountered with the transmission. They had it up and running in no time at all and I was back on the road and the trails. They do a very good job and I am a very satisfied customer.

Do not trust these people. Unfortunately I find out a few years later that they scammed me, after figuring out they tried the same bs with my girfriend! I had checked my old receipts to find out they charged me for a valve cover gasket, serpentine belt and power steering line and flush which is all work I did myself months after getting charged almost a grand! For work they didnt do.Service: General repairs & maintenance

For one they are right around the corner from me, for two they definitely know what they are doing, three they do excellent work, and finally four they are actually reasonably priced. And they are really good at telling you about what time your vehicle will be done. Will continue using them no questions asked. You guys rock.

Everyone at Springfield Automotive was AMAZING!! Nokia was extremely helpful in dealing with my "warranty" company. Although they found a way to deny my claim, she went above and beyond to explain everything and to help me. Ron was my lead mechanic and was absolutely top notch!! Everyone else in the shop was also amazing with their customer service and friendliness. I recently needed a tune up for my 2015 Acura TLX. To keep the extended warranty in effect I needed a full tune up at 105,000 miles. I called the dealership to schedule and they quoted me an astonishing $2,600 for the service. I almost fell out of my chair....so I started calling around getting estimates for the same tune up at certified mechanics in my area. After researching and speaking with several I went with these guys Springfield Automotive Services. They quoted me $950 and when it was complete that is what they charged me. They were great with scheduling, got me in within 1 week of my first call to them. They were friendly, knowledgeable and honest and the best part is my car runs like a gem. Got me in same day for a free diagnosis, then got me in quick to get it fixed. They told me it would be 4 hours and had it done in 3. My final price was half of what I was quoted at other places.
