Spoke with Brandon on the phone this morning and received excellent customer service. I had a lot of hard questions that required lots of digging. I got great information and was impressed by Brandon's willingness to help figure out the problem.

They promptly finished an oil change and calmly went over suggested repairs for my older car without trying to hurriedly oversell things (which I frequently experience other places. They gave me options for possible future repairs and answered all our questions.

Absolutely the best service I have experienced to date. After a different mechanic caused more damage than doing the job he was hired to, Earl stepped up and fixed this mess. Going above and beyond. Sam's Auto will be the only service I will ever use again. Thank you

I had originally taken my vehicle to a shop in JC where I received lots of run around and miscommunication. I took it to Sam's instead and they worked very hard with my warranty and getting as much covered as they possibly could. They found more that needed to be fixed that the last shop didn't even mention, and it was done for cheaper than the last shop was trying to charge. Great prices, great mechanics and honest people. Thank you!

This visit was for 130000 mile check up. Changed the filters and fixed al the things for winter the wipers and ect. They are very good at what they have done for me. Take your auto here if you want a professional, knowledgeable, on time and fairly priced repair. Avoid Angry Moose at all cost. They don't have a clue.

Sam s looked after my parents cars for 20 years with friendly professionalism, honesty and towards the end, with grace and patience. Now I am continuing the family tradition. Booking the oil change was efficient and easy and they took time to answer my questions about general maintenence issues. It feels good to support a local business and their rates were reasonable.Service: Oil change

Sam's changed the oil and filter, as requested, checked the tires and fluids, and told me there were things to keep an eye on, but nothing else was needed right away. They have taken good care of our cars for many years, and we are really pleased with their courtesy, service and prices.

Oil change was surprisingly expensive but it's because they used a synthetic blend of oil instead of conventional...I should have asked when I was quoted instead of just authorizing it. They diagnosed and fixed the main issue with my sway bar links clunking and causing body roll within the day I dropped it off for a good price and gave me reasonable suggestions for future maintenance. Overall I'm happy and will be going back.

Have always been satisfied with the quality of work that Sam's Auto Service provides. I have 4 vehicles that they keep tuned up and maintained. The work is done right and I couldn't be happier. I recommend them.

This place is fantastic. They are always super friendly staff and have never had any problems. When ever they find something that needs replaced they always call and make sure you would like that done before doing it and then giving folks a suprise when they come pick there vehicle. We had 2 vehicles professionally transported from central Texas straight to Sam's. We had them go through everything as we are senior citizens. They fixed everything from a brokenmotor mount on transmission, water pump, cooling fan, air conditioners and general over all tune up and oil changes! Brandon and Chris took excellent care of us from our mechanical needs to our customer service through the office! We are relocating back to Oregon for our final retirements.. We wanted to make sure that when we arrived with all of our things and our motor home that our cars were in tip top shape For our life ahead. I have used Sam's automotive often over the years and chose them to do this for us because I trusted them. I advise counsel you to do the same before you have anyone else even look at your car let them take a look. It cost us less than $1800 for everything they replaced and did on our two cars. We leave them headed for our retirement destination on the Oregon coast safe in the knowledge that our cars are in tip top performance and Secure in the knowledge that we can trust that fact.Bless you boys!!! I've went to Sam's 3 times in the past 6 months, every time has went smooth and I appreciate their integrity. I thought I needed brakes and I didn't which is great news and I really appreciate them telling me I didn't need them. Small service fee for looking. My brakes went out and I took it to them to have them look it over. They were more affordable than most and when it ended up that there were gonna be way more repairs and expenses than I had planned they called me and asked what I wanted to do. They let me pick my vehicle up to handle the issue myself/wait til later without any attitude or pushiness. They were friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Even waiting to call until late afternoon to accommodate my night shift. Seriously the best mechanic shop interaction I ve ever had. Would definitely recommend.Service: Brakes

I ve taken both of my cars here multiple times in the past two years and these guys are always dependable and trustworthy. Great service and never hidden fees. Very upfront about everything they do beforehand. I had heard good things about their work, so I made an appointment for service. I was asked to have my car there at 8am this past Thursday, or that I could drop it off the night before (which I did). I had not heard anything by 1pm the following day, so I called and was told they had not been able to diagnose my car yet. A second call at 415pm was met with the same answer. I was a bit frustrated, but 'Brandon' assured me that if I could leave it overnight, that they would assess it first thing Friday morning. Unfortunately, the next day was more of the same: I called at 11:30am only to be told that my car had not been looked at yet. Frustrated at the lack of communication, I went and picked it up and took it to another shop. I can't speak to their mechanical expertise, but they seem too busy to manage their commitments, and the customer service/communication was subpar.Service: Engine repair
