Great experience! I will definitely be going back been searching for a trustworthy mechanic for the four years I've been in Eugene and I found it. Thank you Vinny for being trustworthy and making sure my car got excellent service. The pricing is definitely cheaper than some places too.

I can't say enough, so multiply it all! This place is pure gold. I had an unexpected issue that they solved quickly and fixed even faster. I'm not a fan of my car and typically buy other makes, but it's what I got for now and they made sure I had it back with everything working perfectly! I love local and this place will absolutely treat you like royalty. Vinnie and his team made it happen, and it didn't break the bank. Can I give more stars?! Thank you, thank you to the entire team.

After going to three other shops, and having them giving me quotes of upwards to $2500, I took my vehicle, to one final place ..royalty. They gave me a totally different diagnosis, fixed it the same day, and was only $748.. thank you so much . I highly recommend this automotive mechanic shop. They seriously saved me nearly $2000 not to mention two of the other shots said it was something totally different. Clearly they were wrong.. I am super happy,. Thank you thank you thank you thank you

These people, this shop cares. I was in a bad spot in between jobs. My motor blew. I had limited funds. Vinny n the team took care of me. He didn't cut corners on my parts or work, he cut prices for me. Words just cant explain. Real work, real people who want to do honest work put out a good product n not gouge your pocket. Other shops don't care about the everyday working man, atleast that's how I was treated when I shopped around. Now i have a new job n now pretty much new motor..I will always be grateful to Vinny n the team n forever take my work to them and reefer my friends. Thank you Royalty Autoworks. Had him redo head's on my daughter's 1999 Honda. Missing parts and running rough. Misfire and timing off. Stipped bolts, missing bolts. Part of timing cover not installed. Missing splash gaurd from under vehicle. He had the audacity to try and blame us for it after we tried to drive it home and didn't even make it a couple blocks. This happened 3 times. Each time took it back it got worse. Definitely not capable mechanics. The left Sawzall marks on heads and motor mounts where the cut off the bolts they stripped.

Good service for a fair price. Had to have my timing belt replaced and found a corroding wiring harness that they replaced on the spot without having to keep the vehicle for any extra time and only charged me for the wiring, no extra labor. Great guys!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

They worked on my car a few years ago and did a great job. Haven t had any issues with her since. They left a lasting impression with their quality work and professionalism. That s why we won t take our vehicles any where else.

We moved here 3 years ago, Vinny and his crew were the first to look at our car after having taken it to the dealership to diagnose. They have always been 100% honest about what actually needs fixed and what we should put our money into. Even though this will be the last time I buy a Volkswagen, they ve always been able to properly diagnose and fix what s wrong with her. Had a appointment for a alignment on my truck at 10 am. Was told I would have to wait about a hour. Which i see no reason I should wait since I had an appointment but did it anyways since my truck desperately needs it. Almost 3 hours have pasted and went to check for updates in those hours. One of the guys told me that the alignment person doesn t like to cooperate with him and gets easily annoyed. Went to the alignment person for a time he can fit me in. He brushed me off and I saw him procrastinating on the job. This guy already spent 2.5+ HOURS on a alignment. I left that horrible place and went to another place the next day and they had my truck ready in a hour on the dot.

Vinnie Garza is the best. This business is wonderful. I got a flat tire near Springfield Oregon. I was towed to a motel where I got on market place and Vinnie had 2 tires he was selling for 80. I asked if he could bring them. He not only brought them, but helped me jack my car pull off 2 tires took me to a tire shop and helped me install both tires and did all this for nothing but the cost of the tires. This guy is absolutely amazing. Thank you Vinnie.

I have always super satisfied with the work done at this shop. These guys always treat us incredibly well and work within our budget. I never feel pushed into getting additional or unnecessary work done on my vehicles. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic.

Everyone is super friendly. They go above and beyond, explain things to you so you can understand what your vehicle needs, and are very honest! A little spendy but definitely worth every penny!

The guys at royalty Autowerks were patient and professional while I decided what to do with my truck. In the end I ended up replacing the engine, they delivered on time and did a professional job. I'm very happy to get the truck back, and highly recommend them.

Wow wow wow. This has to be one of the very few shops out there that are actually honest and won t try and take your money and sell you a bunch of nonesense. Tyler was very professional and extremely knowledgeable and helped me with my Astro Van. Definitely recommend this place as I will be a returning customer. Keep up the good work!

These guys have helped me out in a pinch more then one time. Tyler at the front desk is courteous and professional. Great group of guys and mechanics all around.
