Legit, respectable mechanic who isn t money hungry. They ll tell you what is good and what isn t and won t lie to you to upsell you. Alternator replacement was $100 cheaper than Lithia Toyota in Springfield. Ryan is a pleasure to work with.

We had trouble with one of our fleet vehicles. It's a Prius. Its really hard to find a shop to work on. Ryan and his crew diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It has been two weeks. All is good!

First, Ryan (at Red's) squeezed us into their rotation instead of making us wait weeks for an appointment. Second, they completed a raft load of major repairs about a week faster than expected, and did not gouge us on the price. Third, since we got the car back, my spouse and I both remarked that it actually driving better now than when it was brand new! If that's not the highest praise you can give an auto mechanic, then please feel free suggest more appropriate stellar praise ;)

Had my F250 serviced here today. Ryan and the crew are friendly and knowledgeable. Shop is clean and the garage dog is ever so friendly. While I only had oil and fuel filters changed Reds is a full service shop. I would recommend anyone with car or truck issues to give Reds a call.

I took my car to Red s to get the brakes replaced. Another company told me it was time. Red s looked at my brakes and found there was no issue and they did not need replaced. I went on to get years of life out of those brakes that the competition claimed I needed. I was amazed and impressed by the honesty and professionalism of Ryan and the rest of his employees. Since then, they have a life long customer.

I've been going to Reds for over 10 years and they have been really good on being fair to the customer. Sometimes they're busy and can be over a week out for scheduling, but then at times they will squeak somebody in to help them out if it might be a basic fix.

I didn't think service like this existed anymore. Finally, an auto service center that can be trusted. My battery was dead and after a couple jumps wouldn't hold a charge after a few days. I called to order a new one and was told that since mine wasn't out of warranty yet that usually they find they just need a deep 24 hr charging to get it back into operation. Sure enough, that did the trick and saved me $130 for a new one that wasn't needed yet! I WILL be taking any repairs in the future to Reds!

Our car had an issue the day before Christmas Eve. Ryan at Reds Automotive fixed it the same day over the lunch hour for free! If you want to pay too much and have unnecessary repairs performed, take your car elsewhere. If you'd like to meet a real life unicorn, well, I can't help with that, but an honest auto mechanic has to be as rare.

My Grandmother swore by Red's for the entire life of her vehicle. 2 years after her death, we needed some information about repairs, they bot only remembered my grandmother by name, but remembered her vehicle and what repairs had been done!!
