Great service, very professional and fair prices. Got my fuel pump replaced on my F250 and they diligently called me to update me on the progress. 10/10 would recommend their services highly.

These guys are amazing. When I bring my vehicle in, I never feel like they are giving me the run around with diagnostics. Their prices are fair and they get the work done in a timely manner. My grams told me about this place, it s been my go-to mechanic shop since. I am very pleased with the customer service and friendly manner of every staff member I ve interacted with. Cannot recommend enough. Oh! And not to mention the fact that he doesn t ever take advantage of my lack of knowledge of cars! I have a hard time describing some of the issues that I ve had with my vehicles and he s never been judgemental toward me.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

We love this place! My husband and I have taken our truck here twice now, both times we've had excellent service! Today, we dropped it off. They called to give us a quote (the truck has 200,000 miles and a cracked head gasket) and were completely honest with us about spending the money to fix it. We appreciated the honesty....most automotive companies would have persuaded us to do the repair.Also, my grandmother uses this company as well and they have been so great to her too! They treat you like family and actually care about their customers!Thank you Outback! I will certainly recommend you to everyone I know!

They enjoy being on their phones while manning the front desk, I really hate it when a person in customer service does not listen to what the customer is saying and they have to repeat themselves. Please establish rules and training to solve this problem, it is extremely unprofessional.

These guys have always been very fair and up front with me. I took them a used 89 suburban i was interested in buying and they did a full inspection before hand, advised me to purchase and after owning it for over a year I've had no problems. It still runs like a gem with nothing more than regular maintenance. They're also always very friendly and punctual! I've been confident in sending all my friends and family to Outback and am always happy to do business with them.

I was traveling through Eugene and my truck started overheating and I lost the power steering. The next day I took it to outback and they fixed it in under 24 hours at a very reasonable price. This place is legit and I totally recommend giving them your business.

I did business with the company twice: the first time I needed to change brakes in March, 2019 and they did the job very professionally. The second time I had a kind of emergency ( had to inspect my right turn signal) and Chuck agreed to check my car the same day( Monday, 17 June, 2019). They did everything quickly once again and gave me an honest estimation for orher fixes which I gonna do later. Chuck even gave me a very valuable advice on where to get affordable car parts. This is the way to conduct business: they are transparent, honest and never overprice. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them as a good business.

Had an oil change by these guys last month and I was in and out way faster than big name competition. Best price I've come across too! I strongly recommend these friendly guys to anyone. So glad the "other guys" where too busy to take me that day.

Love these guys. There's a reason they are always busy! They are great priced, straight forward with every situation AND they don't try to upsell you for every little thing. Honestly, that's why I still drive from Eugene to give my business to these guys! Keep up the GREAT WORK, Outback!

Had to have sisters car towed there after the clutch went out. The owner was super nice and got it fixed in 2 days even though he had numerous orders already in progress. He works fast, and works efficiently.

Been using this shop for a long time. They have done everything from oil changes to a complete engine swap for me. Had a fairly big problem with a replacement front axle and seal not working out. They were great about dealing with the warranty and swapping it back out for me. Several times actually. They have also been honest when I inquire about regular maintenance. They don't sell me on jobs I don't need done. This is a good shop.

They do good work. I trust them over everyone else in this town. I have a van and most mechanics cry about taking the doghouse off. Not these guys. Told me not to worry about it. Fixed it up nice and didn't try to sell me on anything else. I appreciate it when that happens.

Very friendly and knowledgeable!He explained what product he was going to use for my oil change and didn't try to get me to get a air cleaner too early but just let me know that I will be needing a new one next out change.Great service!

I dropped off my ex-husband at Craig Brothers to pick up his car from Craig Brothers (also called Outback Automotive) as they had completed repairs to his van. Coincidentally, when I dropped off my ex, my own car would not restart. (My car was gradually taking more and more attempts to start each time I started it up the last few weeks so I figured either my battery, alternator, or starter was going out.) Craig Brothers (Outback Automotive) quickly diagnosed my car and determined it was the starter. They replaced the starter and my car was up and running again in less than two hours. I could not have broken down in a better place than where I did. (I figured it was good karma for giving the ex a ride.) I felt like they had me over a barrel since the car was no longer operable, but they completed the work quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I am very happy I discovered them and will definitely take my car there again if I have any other needs come up. (They are extremely reasonable on oil changes too, so I'll be utilizing that service now!)

Upon arrival at outback auto I was bringing my be able to be serviced for exhaust manifold gasket once I paid for the repair of $449 I received my vehicle only to find out they had snapped 4 of the studs 2 on each side of my vehicle's engine block then you're galactic to inform me not only did they neglect to inform me but they denied having anything to do with the damages to my vehicle Refuse to repair

These guys are great I took my 05 Mitsubishi here to get my brakes and rotors redone and they did it in a very timely manner. If your wondering where to get work done seriously just go here. Johns a really good guy and the other guys that I've met from there are nice as well and they really know what they are doing. No reason to go anywhere else, this is the place I tell all my friends to go. Thanks guys!

I called them with an issue that I used noises to describe, they told me to bring it on in. They kept it overnight and checked it out the next morning because it was only symptomatic on a cold start, and they called me back at noon today to let me know exactly what was going on, how much we were looking at. I decided to go through with fixing it. They called me at 3 to come pick up the car! The man at the front is super awesome, non-judgemental about my noises to describe things, and he kept me in the loop the whole time. I will be coming back when the next thing hits!

This place is awesome. They will work with you and call you before hand when things need to be done. Bunch of nice guys working there who will look after you. They can also pick you up and take you home if you need that service. Great place to go, so no need to shop around. Give them a call next time you need work done on your car, or just regular service for oil changes etc.

Chuck was amazing! Having my vehicle towed there with MANY unknown problems he was quick and reliable. He could have "sold" me on the repairs but instead he was honest and expressed concern about me investing too much money into a vehicle that wasn't worth it. And then allowed me to leave it there until I could get it sold to a junk yard. I highly recommend him and his shop! I will definitely use again if needed (which I hope isn't)! Thank you Chuck!!!

I have been using Outback Automotive to service all of my cars for several years now. The service level, results and prices are the best I have found in the Eugene/Springfield area by far. It is awesome to finally find a shop that is focused on customer service and trust. Thanks!

OUTBACK Automotive: This is a class act auto repair shop. Chuck and his team always listen to the customer problem before providing a cost effective solution that gets the issue corrected. When my vehicle goes into this shop I know it will come out repaired properly and responsibly. These guys understand that the next person to drive that vehicle may be someone's wife, son, or daughter. . .and they take that responsibility into consideration before releasing any vehicle back to an owner. I've had them work on 4 different vehicles and all were handled expertly. I'll be going back again soon to replace rear brakes on a daily driver. . Thanks guys!

I walked in after getting jerked around down the road. I was met with smiles and a "Can Do" attitude. Not only did they stay late to fix my breaks they saved me hundreds of dollars compared to les Schwab who wanted to charge me for parts I didn't even need. Thanks for making my trip over the hills tonight much safer.

Only place I bring my car to. Gets the job done with no new problems afterward. Very nice and doesn't talk down to me when I say ditzy things.Being a woman who knows nothing about cars it's off putting to go somewhere and get eyerolls and to have a mechanic not offer to explain or to act like you're a child when explaining whats wrong with your car. Chuck isn't that guy so he's stuck with this ditzy customer for life

I have been using B&A (Outback) Automotive for over a decade and every time the experience is a pleasure. They came through for me a few times when I was in a bind and pressed for time. The repairs were done while I waited to get me back on the road. It is very hard to find a reliable auto repair shop that wouldn't try to rip you off. Well, the guys at Outback are a complete opposite: competent and fair. Great auto shop! If you are still looking for a good mechanic, give Outback a try.

My husband John had his 1980 Chevy Pickup motor replaced by Outback Automotive. He is very impressed with the work performed by Outback. He got a quote from them and a quote from two other shops. Outback's quote was lower by far. They have a friendly team of workers, a clean shop, Christian values and their honesty is top of the line. They were very prompt at getting the work done and when they had obsticals to work around they communicated with us on a regular basis. It was not a cheep job, but with replacing a motor we knew it was not cheep. They went above and beyond the job they quoted. We would recommend anyone that needs automotive work done to go see the Outback guys. Thank you Outback team, a job well done. John loves his "new" pickup.

Outback Automotive is the only shop i would ever trust my vehicle to, they are always focused on getting the job done. They aren't ever just going for money, they get it done and do it right. I have a 91 dodge stealth that spun a bearing and blew a piston, they were able to find an engine and swap it in about a week. I'm got it swapped a year ago and it still runs like a charm.Outback Auto mechanics are experts in quality, and very hard working.

Honestly this is hands down the best mechanics in town. From the moment I walked in and asked for help it was I received great care. They have great customer service. The work is also more fare then any were else in town .
