Bought two sets of wiper blades in the last 6 weeks. They've both broken already due to poor quality. Don't ever buy Napa brand parts. The quality is worse than anything else I've ever purchased. I don't believe they can be warranty replaced or refunded either. Buyer beware

They're really good about finding parts for my dump truck he's going to make sure that you're the guy you talk to on the phone it's the same one you talk to at the counter cuz sometimes they have a hard time finding the right part rather than that they do an excellent job

Found out my car was leaking oil and severely low. My husband said he likes to buy it at Napa, so that is where I went. Inside, I noted the store was fairly empty with just two customers at the register and at least two people working upfront. When I went to put the oil in my vehicle, the cap wouldn't budge. I tried for several minutes before going back inside to ask if one of the gentlemen behind the counter could help. At this time, a couple more customers had arrived so they told me it would be a few minutes. No problem. I continued to wrestle with the oil cap while waiting to no avail. In a span of 15 minutes, customers vacated the nearly empty store. Still no help. When it began to rain, I got desperate and asked a stranger in the parking lot for help. A quick twist, and I was on my way. It wasn't the end of the world, but the incident left me feeling insignificant and forgotten as a customer.

Terrible service over the phone, they said I didn't give them enough information to look up the part. So, I got on their website and found what I needed in about 30 seconds. I called them back to see if they had the part number, and they didn't. So I got on Amazon and ordered it it'll be here in a couple of days.

Normally always very helpful for me which is nice being a women. They usually make sure to bear with me as well if I m not always versed on something or I ask for extra help on what to do etc! I really love the Napa environment and recommend to anyone they usually are pretty busy so I know sometimes people get frustrated by waiting but it s like anything in life , sometimes you gotta wait.

I had a tool in hand for 11 minutes waiting in line behind one person. One clerk fumbled around on a computer looking for something while the other stood behind him, mouth gaping, looking dumbfounded. Not once was a greeted or acknowledged. I work customer service, and it's not hard stuff. I have a job to do, and it had to wait because of lackluster service. I just left and went to Harbor freight. Better service for sure.

Very friendly this is my choice for auto care great deals and a great rewards program you can call ahead and they'll answer any questions you have. Compare prices for you and explain the difference between the expensive brand and the cost friendly brand. Go in next time you need auto care and see for yourself your welcome

I needed chains for a newer car that has an odd sized tire and everywhere else could not help me but they took the time to research and find a set of change that would work for me. Very helpful and professional, highly recommend

Immature! Adult men acting like little kids about their so-called secret codes for what each vehicles name stands for.

I like the place. I think they are new here. Store is clean. Employees are busy. I worked at bunch of dealerships in parts dept thru life, it's a typical parts store. Btw, you can order your parts online and then pick them up there, they will have it maybe same day.

The new location in the old beautiful school is great. Store is so nice and clean. Store was well stocked. To bad the employees didn't get a new happy attitude. They brought their old chauvinistic attitude. Someday Napa will believe a woman can work on cars.

Very helpful. Couldn't find crush washers for our new calipers anywhere. Napa helped us out and had just what we needed. Who ever heard of sending new calipers with no way to replace the hardware. They should come with the calipers. They cost a hundred dollars each. What's putting 4 crush washers for .99 a piece gonna do. Break the company?

Excellent service.Came in to return a unneeded part and buy a spark plug gauge.A clerk who knew his stuff, advised me that the other store sold me the wrong plugs and I'd have issues in a few thousand miles. So I upgraded, then ended up asking his advice and buying a few more items.Came in to get money back, instead spent more money and probably saved a ton over the long run. Thanks guys!

Love NAPA! They have what you are looking for or will get it asap. Staff are friendly and smart. Not the cheapest prices but the service more than makes up for it!

The fellas (and lady) behind the counter are awesome! Had a dilemma regarding a hard to find part for a classic pickup. They took the time to research, and find a suitable solution, as well as share some laughs. This will be my new parts location, even if I have to wait for them to be sent from another store.

I went to Napa looking for some special screws to re-attatch my center console today, one of the guys working there was on it as soon as I walked in the door, they had just what I needed, he even fixed it for me, free of charge because the screws weren't in the system! The guys working at this store are professional, helpful and all around awesome! I'll definitely be returning and recommending friends and family to them!! Thanks for your help and a friendly smile!

This NAPA is a location that usually has the parts I need in stock - no need to order from other stores. The staff has always been helpful for me. When asking specific regarding my car engine I didn't know the answer to, one of the staff members asked me my license plate number (which was actually visible from the store counter the way the windows are laid out in the building,) and was able to use my plate number to find out my engine details - just a little going the extra mile to make sure I got the right part.

I was looking for one screw for my license plate cover. Once the Salesman got the "screw" for me, he said it is "on the house". It was nice of him to do that for me.

Points on a degrading service. 1. Most of the knowledgeable people have moved on. 2. Computer system does not have correct brake system for vehicle listed, unable to obtain parts. (This system is messed up, have correct wheel cylinders but incorrect shoes? (ed.) 3. Service person did not inform me of freight charges on orders (spendy, due to technical issues, they waived freight charges (ed.)(Nice!, thank you!)). 4. Waited a week for a part that was "ordered". Turns out it was never ordered. The part was a substitute for the wrong alternator they sold me. Now have to wait another week for it to ship. This was my "goto" store. I will be going elsewhere.

These guys were great, they asked if I was military so that I could get this discount. I replied no but does havi g two 5th great grandfathers and one 5th great uncle that served in the Revolutionary War under General Washington count? They said it was good enough for them and I shared some of my families history with and they graciously listened. Thank you gentlemen.

NEVER buy a battery from NAPA. Bought an AGM motorcycle battery from them on Saturday after my motorcycle battery died on Friday. Took the battery home and it only tested at 4.5 volts. No big deal, right? WRONG. This battery was toast. I called and asked if I could throw it on the trickle charger at 2 amps for a few hours without voiding the return warranty. Staff was friendly and said that was OK. At this point the battery was done for, but I live too far away from town to justify the return trip. The battery was charged to 13 volts and still couldn't start my motorcycle. I returned the battery because it wouldn't even hold a charge... Staff was nice and I exchanged it no problem. They even had a "new" battery shipped from their Eugene store. HOWEVER, this "new" battery only tested at 6 volts! Thier employees couldn't even test the battery with their machine when requested! Absolutely ridiculous. I finally ended up returning for a full refund. I made a second trip into town not only to return the second bad battery but to go buy a battery from a local competitor. My biked fired up with my new (3rd) battery first try, no problem. Napa, you burned me not once, but twice. I understand you do not specialize in AGM batteries and I do appriciate your friendly staff (upgraded review from 1 star to 2 just for that reason), however, this was unacceptable. You will not be recieving my business again.
