They made a huge mistake with my diesel Volkswagen Passat. After I got an oil change, an emergency light came on. They kept my car for a week to fix it. When I picked up my car, they still hadn't changed the oil.Their customer service is great! They gave me a nice rental car during that time and are very friendly.I did buy the unlimited oil changes. While they are very costumer service friendly, I am nervous to bring my car back there for an oil change again.

Absolutely wonderful experience with this dealership. Friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and fair. Very generous people who took real good care of my family and our Toyota Rav. In a pinch, we're also able to replace batteries in our key fobs for very small fees.

Do not buy the oil package when buying a car from Lithia Toyota!! You will be waiting 1-2+ hrs before you even get your service. I tried 4 different days & times & eventually just had to wait 3 hours to get my oil changed. Don't sell us packages that your business can't handle Lithia! They opened a 3rd bay eventually & people who came in after me got through an hour before I did while I was stuck in my lane. Poor service!

HORRIBLE service in the oil change department. We got the lifetime oil changes through lithia Because of the value. But waiting in line for OVER an hour every time is ridiculous. Especially when only 2 out of the 3 lanes are open. If you value your time, skip the life time oil changes and just go to any other instant oil change place. I guarantee it will be faster

Lithia Toyota has great people that will help someone.Best advice I can give anyone is: Don't waste your time at Kendall Toyota, go to Lithia Toyota instead where you'll find better people doing better work.

This is the second time I went with a friend to have her oil changed. The first time we drove right up and was in and out in 15 minutes. This second time, we were the 6th vehicle. They opened 2 bays and had us in and out in 30-40 minutes. Fast and efficient. Great job guys!

We are coming up towards the end of a 3 and 1/2-year lease. We came into have our tires rotated and we remembered we needed a new battery for our key fob. Everybody there was really kind to us and helped us out tremendously. It was quick and our tires were rotated and we were done. It was a good experience! All the experiences we've had at lithia Toyota of Springfield have been wonderful from the sales of used cars to the sale and lease of our new car and all of our service have been good experiences. I highly recommend lithia Toyota of Springfield

Great service! Fuel door latch would NOT work (unlatch) and I was almost out of gas. Scheduled emergency appointment and received effective service (had to wait on a part) but when they were able to open my fuel door, promptly called me so I could gas up my Toyota! Then, next day, covered the repair under my extended warranty. No charge. Thank you Ken Anderson, Mike Ortiz. Great work. Can confirm I will use again!

I bought a chevy sonic from lithia Toyota. Although it needed repairs after I bought my car, they were quick to fix everything for free. They changed my water pump, my alternator, fixed an oil leak and the gasket and they replaced my unsealed gas gap.I had no warranty but they They did it all for free anyway to make things right.And I really appreciate them for that! Thank you!!

Only one lane open, after waiting about 50 plus minutes...they changed my oil. Then gave me my paperwork, said I needed an air filter, saud it would be okay until next year? walked away...I tried to get their attention, they were opening the back door ready for next car...ask me, show me my air filter...I would have liked to say yes I want one now. If there going to sell warranty only good at their place, then give the service needed.

Jeff in service was 1st class. He gave up his lunch to help me out with a motor mount problem. Super knowledgeable, and didn't pretend to "know" like so many other mechanics do. He went off and researched it before offering a solution. Jeff, sorry you let your pizza go cold.

On Saturday, I got my oil changed here and they FORGOT THE PLUG!!! I left with a smoking car and pulled over to find oil pouring from underneath my car. The back of my car was wet with oil. I was stranded out Marcola area with NO cell service. I was able to drive to Shotgun creek before my car completely broke down, had two bars of service and call them.They did come out and fix the issue, gave me more oil and followed me back to their shop. They gave me a complementary wash to get the oil off and looked over the engine to see if any damage was done to my vehicle.They apologized for the inconvenience and stated they would give me a complementary car detail and change my cabinet air filter and do maintenance/change gear boxes. I told them I would appreciate it. They got me scheduled for Wednesday at 8:30am.I live in Sweet Home and drove all the way over there this morning for a car detail ( which I was very excited for) and some maintenance that they recommended.We waited the one and half hours and they call to say the car was ready. I was SHOCKED to find dirty mirrors, dirty dripping from the back and nothing cleaned on the inside other than my floor mats.I understand, mistakes happen... Toyota had a chance to make it right and treat me good after all they have put me through and they failed. Needed to replace transmission 3 times because they put the wrong size tires on an all wheel drive vehicle. Carfax records they post are shady and unclear.

For years I got my oil changed here. When it was finally time to buy a new Toyota, the sales people would not be bothered with me. Oh well. Bought my new Tacoma at another dealership.This lazy attitude comes from the tip and trickles down through the staff.

Stephanie is a fantastic and thorough service rep. Other than her, every service rep I ve dealt with at this store has been rude and minimally helpful. I ll try to remember to always ask for Stephanie.

I got a terrain and when k drove it off the lot turning sharp the plastic on the fender wheel rubbed (so i tough) then it got worse had like 99.500 miles now 105 and rear end blew up 5128.00 replacement . The dealer said they had to know it was bad because it was a grinding not a rubbing at radius turns under torque . So take card to other dealers for inspection because obviously their inspection guy not worth for

We have been going to Lithia for years now. We have had a number of emergencies with our vehicle Lithia has always been there for use took us in at a moments notice, given us great prices, fixed what needed to be fixed and made us aware of things we would be looking at In near future. They have even gone out of their way to come to our vehicle to make minor repair with no charge. We could not have a better relationship with a car dealership. We even travel over 100 miles to continue to have them service our car...Thank you Lithia

They were rushed with cars. I got a complementary detailing... They got most of it and it was free so I shouldn't complain but as I turned on the air dust bursted out of the vents... Still much better than it was.

Took a minute to finally get in but they are all good at what they do, prices for additional things like wipers are too high. I am satisfied with the service overall and would recommend them.
