I brought my SUV in without an appointment to get new tires, I had put it off for far too long. They got me in right away and had me on the road in no time! So kind and had great communication. 10/10 would recommend

I recently moved here from out of state & went to Les Schwab for a new set of tires after hearing good things about them. It was extremely easy to make an appointment online. I went in, told them I had an appointment, and they took my car in almost right away. I also scheduled an alignment because I heard it was recommended when getting new tires. I figured it might take a few hours based on past experiences with car maintenance, but they were much faster than I expected. I think it took a little over an hour for everything. When my car was ready, they went over everything with me. It turned out that my alignment was already pretty good. They said they tweaked it a tiny bit, but it wasn t enough labor for them to charge me for it. I m a younger woman that s naive when it comes to vehicles and I worry about getting taken advantage of. I thought it was really honest of them and it meant a lot to me. They could ve easily charged me for it and I honestly wouldn t have questioned it. The price I paid was exactly what I was quoted online, so I thought that was awesome. However, when my car was ready & I went to leave, something sounded really weird. I knew something was wrong. I immediately went back inside and let them know that it was running weird and making a strange noise. At this point, the place was pretty busy & I started to panic a little bit thinking something happened while it was being worked on. They were super apologetic and were willing to take another look at it because they didn t feel comfortable sending me off with an issue that wasn t there when I arrived. I can t believe how kind & efficient they were in addressing the issue. Every employee seemed extremely busy, but they prioritized me and got my car back into a bay almost right away. It ended up being a very simple issue with the placement of some kind of rubber piece. I can t exactly remember its function. It felt like they identified the problem & fixed it in an instant! I talked to a very nice gentleman after and he explained what the issue was. He even drew a diagram to help me understand. I went to leave & my car ran great! The tires felt good. The alignment felt good. Everything went incredibly smooth. I will obviously have to wait and see how the tires hold up, but I m very happy with the service I received. I talked to three different men and a woman during my appointment & they were all very welcoming, caring & helpful. I didn t feel like they were trying to take advantage of me, and they seem to really care about their customers. I highly recommend this location! I will definitely visit again if I need any future tire maintenance :)

Nice clean waiting area, shop seems to run well with customers being served relatively quickly. Really nice people, not really a high-pressure sales environment and I appreciate that. Good times at Les Schwab!UPDATE: Went down to get a couple of tires put on and was told there would be about an hour and a half to two hours wait, which I was fine with tbh. Not only did they get my car into the bay in just over an hour, but they also found a screw in one of my other tires and repaired it without charging me, which I appreciate enormously. I'm glad this is "my" Les Schwab!

Les Schwab Springfield failed on basic tire repairs. I made an appointment online for flat repair and TPMS work (tire pressure monitoring system). In the comments, I wrote that I had 3 tires that needed to be checked for leaks and repaired if possible. I also wrote that I wanted the TPMS dash light to be off. I was perfectly willing to pay to have the issues taken care of -- flat repair, new tire(s), new monitors... whatever was necessary.Service took about an hour, and the tech explained that he found a nail in one tire and repaired it, and added air to another tire, and to the spare tire. He said "normally I charge $20 for a flat repair, but I'm feeling nice today". My invoice showed TWO flat repairs, both charges waived to $0, so that directly contrasted what the tech said about ONE flat repair. The TPMS light on my dash is STILL on, and they didn't fill the other tires to the correct pressure. Worst of all, the tire that they supposedly fixed STILL LEAKS. I went to drive my car yesterday for the first time since having the flat repaired 5 days earlier, and the repaired tire was at 15psi.Tech was really fixated on quoting me for new tires, insisting I'd need 4 new tires before end of Summer (without asking me any questions about how many miles I drive in a month -- it's usually about 500 lol). My current tires still have 30-40% tread (marked as yellow by Les Schwab on their green-yellow-red rating system).Thank goodness I did not spend any money at this business. Of all the tire shops I've every been in my life, Les Schwab Springfield is by far the least competent. (I've been to many other Les Schwab shops -- all the others were great!)

Had a flat on my utility trailer. A tire that wasn t purchased at Les Schwab. They took me in without an appointment and fixed it at no charge. Gabriel checked me out and was super friendly and helpful as was the young lady that checked me in! There is a reason why people return to buy tires next time!

Saturday night at closing time, we had to get a set of chains to make the drive up to Portland last minute to make a flight. These amazing people stayed late and even put the chains on for us. Thank you so much for helping make our wish happen.

I recently bought a used car from a reputable (?) dealership in Salem. My tires looked good, but started losing pressure. Less Schwab found an old nail in one and removed it, and patched it, and didn't charge me. I now have another tire going down, so I will be back to see them. We've gone to them for years, and I'm very happy with them!

I have gone to Les Schwab for years largely, because if something happens with a tire they have great customer service, fix it at no cost, and if a new tire is needed before the end of its life they prorate any tires and credit it towards the purchase of new tires. I recently had a tire go flat on the freeway because of a screw in my tire. My last set of tires what is $1200 for all four and I purchased them less than two years ago. I was told they would not prorate the value of the tire and put it towards a new tire purchase because they felt I had ignored a low tire indicator light and driven on the tire anyway which was not the case. They would not prorate it even after I explained to them the whole reason I took it to them it because they do prorate the tires if they go flat before the expected end of their life. There are clearly loopholes in their official, looking yellow certificates they provide and subjectively decide whether they want to honor it or not. Usually employees are nice and offer great customer service but over the years the services they provide are going down hill! I am going to Costco in the future.

The best customer service!Whenever I ve had issues with my tires I know that I can count on Les Schwab on Harlow. They have always been great and extremely helpful.I came in yesterday after work around 5:20 pm. It felt like I had something stuck in my tire, but I wasn t sure exactly what was going on. Since I showed up about 30 min before they closed I wasn t even sure if I d be able to get my Mazda looked at. Thankfully they were able to get me in. They quickly serviced my vehicle and fixed a valve leak. They returned it right when they were about to close or maybe after. Then another guy took a look and also took it for a spin. Making sure, since it was also driving sort of wobbly. He noticed that there was something stuck in the tire. Which ended up being a large nail. He offered to get it fixed and took it back right away. He could ve had me come in the following day. Instead he made sure to get it fixed. This is exceptional service. He didn t have to work late, but he did. Keep in mind this was also a free service to me, since I purchased the tires with Les Schwab. He put the needs of a customer first. Whether it was for safety, a happy customer or just genuinely caring. He went out of his way and went above and beyond. Shows he has true work ethic, holds himself to high standards, and values the people he s helping. Give this guy a raise! This means a lot in any service industry since that s what it s truly about Helping others. Thank you for the exceptional customer service. Wishing I had got his name to say thank you, but I m sure the other employees there know who I m referring to. Thank you again!

Thank you for providing me with consistently excellent customer service! The whole team provided exactly the kind of service I have come to expect from Les Schwab, which is why they are the only company I have ever purchased tires from. One of my tires had a slow leak and after Kelly found the screw causing the issue, he fixed the problem. Kelly took the time to thoroughly explain what went wrong and that he fixed it, but that my tires were in very bad condition. After a detailed explanation of the wear and tear, he provided me a quote with multiple options for replacing my set and gave me the pros and cons of each.Kelly was very sensitive to the financial situation his customers may be in and let me know he fixed the leak so that I could have time to prepare for the cost of new tires. He was honest about how seriously they needed to be replaced and the risk of blowout so I would know I need to get ready. When I let him know that I would be happy to get the new set today he cheerfully took care of it right away, even though it meant he would work late. While Kelly replaced my tires, Johnny and Maia helped straighten out moving my account from the location I used to live at. It was a hassle free experience and they took the time to keep me well informed and apologized for minor delays which were in no way their responsibility. During brief times that I waited by the counter alone, every single team member that walked by stopped to check-in and make sure I was being helped (3 different people at least).I could not be more pleased with the customer service at this location. I was 16 years old when I got help from my first Les Schwab location using my dad's account, and as an adult it has been my pleasure to remain a loyal customer. Thank you for everything!

Went there to have all my tires balanced and got all my rims scratched. They also scratched my calipers. When I told them about it they said they are not responsible for the finishes of the items they work on . Huh, you would think if you pay $70 for balancing that everything they touch would not be scratched. Seems like every Les Schwab you go to they don t care about sustaining customer loyalty. I will not be back.

I was walking to my car in the morning ; to head for work, and I noticed I had a flat tire with a screw or nail in it! I luckily was able to use my electric air pump, and make it to Les Schwab before it went flat again. It was 8 AM when I arrived and they were just opening. I was so worried because I had to be to work at 8:30AM am, and the lobby already had about 12 people waiting ahead of me! When I checked in, they informed me it may take up to 2 hours before they fix my tire! I explained my situation to the really nice lady who was checking me in. She pushed my tire repair up to the front of the line, and they had my tire fixed my 8:35AM! Thank you Les Schwab Tire Center on Harlow! I didn't get the lady's name that checked me in, but I want to say thank you so much! You guys saved my day! I am thoroughly impressed! This is my Les Schwab story!

I got my quick fit chains today for my roadtrip. Harlow Road baby! Darin showed me how to put the chains on & he was SO patient with me, because boy oh boy was I confused, lol. Harlow Road has my Love & appreciation always!I had a nail in my tire & Harlow Road fixed it up & gave me quotes on new tires & an alignment. I had an account in Junction City for many, many years because I always drove hot rods, classics & muscle cars, back in my younger days, so I was always needing fancy wheels & good tires, lol. Looks like I shall be opening up an account once again, but now for my 2016 non muscle car. Ya, I got slowed down with age, but Les Schwab is still as courteous & helpful as ever!

Very helpful. Got 4 new tires on my Ram in less than 40 minutes. They caught a separated belt on my left front which wouldn't be good since I drive a lot of highway miles. Love the new tires good rating drives very nice!

I went in because I had a flat tire. I decided that since I had to make an appointment anyways I would also get my tires rotated. I made an appointment and while others talked about their appointments being unreliable I didn't share this experience. The appointment allowed me to get in at a reasonable time and get out fast. However, I am incredibly disappointed in them and won't be going back. When I went to check in for my appointment they asked me if I wanted them to check out any other part of my car, I said no. They came back and had rotated my tires and completely replaced my flat, as it had a nail in it, for free. However, they quoted me $1600 for brakes. Stating that my brake pads were completely worn out and that my brake drum needed replacing. I was shocked, I had heard from other people of them scamming people into paying for brakes, specifically that location. But I took my car to Midas to get it checked out there just in case, cause that's my usual location and they said that if it was the brakes than they could do it for 400-800. Midas checked it out and they stated my brakes were completely fine, that they wouldn't need replacing for at least another year or two. It was so disheartening and rude of Les Swab to completely just lie to me about my brakes and try to scam money out of me.

Came here a week ago with a flat tire. Was told I needed new front tires so I bought them. A week later another flat and turns out they didn t replace the tire that was flat, and instead they poorly patched it and made me buy other tires. Now they re saying I have to buy a new tire for the tire they already told me they replaced.Oh and took 2 and a half hours for them to tell me I needed a new tire. They said it would take an hour when I dropped it off.I m done with this company now.

I received excellent service today at the Les Schwab on Harlow Road. The service I received today reminded me of how Les Schwab once was. I was immediately greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. My salesperson, Avery was very polite, professional and went out of his way to explain everything to me in detail. All charges were brought to my attention BEFORE any repairs were done. Overall, an excellent visit! I will definitely make this Les Schwab my go to place for my Lexus.

Over priced and terrible customer experience. Tell lies about how siping tires is a great thing but in reality after market siping is a total load of crock. Took advantage of my significant other who didn t even know what it meant. Now we are stuck with tires that are going to have decreased life. And charged us for it. Will never be back to Les Schwab. Just lost a customer of over 20 years

So I had a screw in my tire. Since I just had my brakes done at another place, I first went there to see why my tire was loosing air. I arrived there at 5:15. They (who I won't mention) kept looking at their watch and saying they couldn't fix my tire. So I immediately drove over to Les Schwab who I had bought the tire from. They close at 6:00. When I arrived they instantly had me go into a stall. Saw the screw and told me they would take care if it. It is 5:57 and he is now putting my fixes tire back on my truck. Never once did I see him look at his watch as if I was putting him out because they are about to close. This is why I will continue buy tires from Les Schwab and no one else. Unbelievable customer service!

I went in with a flat tire. Turns out there was a nail stuck in it. My coworker kindly followed me to Les Schwab after we inflated the tire at Costco and prayed our way to the nearest location. We were greeted right away in the parking lot. I let them know the problem and was quoted that it would be an hour to an hour and 15 minutes for it to be fixed. This was at 1:00PM. I thanked my coworker and let her know that I'd be ok to wait the quoted amount of time. A little while later, another employee came out and told me that I needed some other stuff done. Nothing that sounded too intense. I said sure and waited. I let my boss know that I would be an hour to an hour 15 gone. 3 hours later, I finally went up to the counter. I had a very important event at 5:30PM. Had I known that I would be there longer than my initial quote, I would have left with my coworker. Anyway. At the counter they said that it would be another hour or so. I went into panic mode. 35 minutes later, I got my car back and sped, in the rain, home to get ready for my event. I did make it with minutes to spare but was an absolute mess. I don't mind that the process took long. I mind that no one informed me that it would take 4 hours more than my initial quote. And while I sat in the lobby, people came in and were helped and left before me. I would give 1 star but most employees were friendly and the popcorn machine was up and running.

Don't bother making an appointment, you will wait in line behind the walk-ins regardless. Made my appointment, got time off from work, and showed up to it on time. Sat there for an hour and my truck was not even moved yet.I hate writing bad reviews, but I am incredibly tired of companies having no respect for my time whatsoever. If my doctor kept me in the waiting room for an hour I would walk out, and that's for my body. This is just my dang truck.Sad to see what has happened to this company since my brother worked there many years ago. Still love their tires, but the service has gone down hill. Many of us still working find it incredibly difficult to get time off for things like this. I am incredibly frustrated. Likely two or three more weeks before I get time to try again...somewhere else of course.
