Once again, Less Schwab to the rescue. I noticed a low tire on my horse trailer this morning. I aired it up and made it in to the Springfield store. They promptly found the screw in the tire, fixed it and checked air on all tires - at no charge since I bought the tires there. Even though I did not have an appointment, I was very pleased with how fast I was in and out. This place understands more that just car tires and knows how important trailer hauling safety is, and how much people care about the animals they are hauling. I'm a long time customer and wouldn't go anywhere else for tires!

We just had to stop on our way to check one of our back tires. It was making a weird noise and we wanted to know that its safe for us tu drive. So we stopped at Les Schwab and the minute we came closer to the office a friendly guy came asking which tire makes that noise? 1st second and we already knew that we are in the right place with the right person.Joe brought his tools and checked the car right that moment and explained the reasons or what can be done. Thankfully it was a very minor issue and Joe fixed it in 2 minutes.We would like to really thank Joe he was very helpful and thanks to Les Schwab for being available for us :D

We got tipped off that LS could check TPMS sensors for free. We brought the car back for the TPMS fix, and during the work LS called us to let us know that the tires had been mounted inside-out. This means for the past two years we had been driving on incorrectly mounted tires that were installed by the dealership whose mechanics/techs missed this in two follow up multipoint inspections. This was a strong reminder why I will forever bring my car to LS for tires, brakes, etc. LS does the job correctly the first time, and I've never had a problem after they completed work on my car.

I needed my tires rotated. I purchased the car with fairly new tires on it so I had no idea where the tires came from. I went to Les Schwab because I know they have a great reputation. They rotated the tires and checked my tire sensors and did not charge me. They said they thought the tires came from them!

Went in for lift,wheels and tires had my pickup dine in 2 days. Joe was extremely helpful and had every answer to my questions.

Gone in twice to try and get a slow leek fixed. First time was told a two hour wait. So I made an appointment and went on got told it would still be an hour wait. Very disappointed. This was my go to place but not anymore.

Up selling is the fastest way to lose my support and money. Just got 2 tires for the price of one schwab tire.Kylee that was the Manger I was dealing with is what I was told when I got out side. .big b tire was impressive and way more busy

Bought a premium set of tires less than a year ago and went to have them rotated and they said the front were to worn down for them to rotate and insisted that to replace them. I spent over 1000 dollars for a premium tire that was supposed to be good for up to 70k miles just for them to void out my warranty at less then 10k miles? This company and the people working for it are scam artists and just try to nickle and dime anyone for anything they can. Will never come back here. Don't recommend to anybody.

Had a tire with slow leak. Stopped Les Scwab to get it checked out. Was in and out within 20 minutes, they found the culprit, patched it up and was on my way again quickly.

The manager Tom is great. Gave me a good deal on tires, and had them on my car in less than a hour. I like this location a lot more than the one on Harlow Road.

Been going to Les schwabs since I started driving in the 90's. I had a nail in my tire and they said they couldn't fix it and wanted me to buy one of their overpriced tires instead. When i told them i wasn't intentional in buying a new tire they said they would not put it back on and instead charge me and put the donut on. I will not be a returning customer.

Outstanding as usual. I have a tire issue and find out it's just my sensors and she reset it after checking my tire I originally I visited them today. Great friendly service. Awesome!

Dissapointed in service. Stopped in to get the front tires checked for a wobble and only wanted to sell me a new set of tires. Do better. Competitor found a tire separating and issue should have been dealt with at that time. Needless to say competitor got my buisness.

This place always takes complete and total care of all my needs! There polite, through and always smiling! I purchased my tires over a year ago and my warranty was expired but they were still able to fix my flat tire for free! 10 out of 10!

Got a set of 4 new tires for just under $500 but was really easy to set up an account for making payments monthly but I have excellent credit so I wasn't worried about that. Very professional and to the point and having a 60K mile warranty is awesome. Just know that it will usually be a 2-3 hour wait for your car to get taken care of, but worked out fine for me since I live like a mile away. Also the payments are low which is perfect, $50 a month for $500 of work done, and only a 1.5 percent interest which you will not find anywhere else!

I just have to say I ve been going to this specific Les Schwab since about 2017? And they have treated me so good every single time. They always have my back when I m in an emergency and they are always so kind to me even when I m having my off days - they are just amazing- I highly recommend this location!!

I stopped in to get a slow leak fixed and left with 4 new tires. Richard was the name of the guy that helped me. Super nice guy and very informative. Got me the best deal and was in and out within a hour. I'll drive the 40 minutes it took to get here again. Best Les Schwab in lane county. Every Les Schwab needs a sales manager like Richard.

My wife and I would like express our Gratitude and thanks to the employees of Springfield Main St facility for their help. We called regarding a car battery problem ( dead battery). The front desk listen to our problem and connected us to the Service Dept. In reviewing our problem the Service Manager ( who was very responsive) said they would send a field technician to assess the problem. Ryan arrived and through his Tenacity identified the problem and corrected it. Needless to say how satisfied we are with Customer Service of the Employees of Springfield Main St facility.

They were able to correct an alignment issue Nissan said was non-existant. Car drives like new now, will definitely be in every 5k for the adjsutments.

Good for tires but not much else. The last couple brake issues I had I took to them to check out, they said they "inspected" them and found nothing wrong. I had to go to a different auto shop to finally get the issues fixed. They also didn't do my alignment right, the wheels are aligned but the steering is off and I have to pull the wheel to the left to keep it straight.

The business was very busy with a "full parking lot with cars" needed services. After three hours of waiting for my car, I had to purchased a new car battery to be installed for my Ford Focus.I thought it was done really quickly after I was told that the car needs a new battery.At this time, the building is being remodeled so services are limited.

Well, first let me say that I have a good friend that works here. I have had good service and had recommended them to friends and family. This Friday we dropped off our vehicle to have the breaks checked. Les Schwab kept our vehicle over night to work on it. Saturday morning I had to work and my wife gave me a call. She said the manager that morning called her and told her that the car had been broken into. There was no sorry that it happened or remorse she said and that they were not liable for it since it was left outside. Can you imagine how we felt when we heard this? I called the manager myself and asked why were we not told that Les Schwab was not liable for vehicles left outside and who decides what vehicles should be left out. My wife uses this vehicle for commuting to work. Also it rained last night. I asked if there was any water damage and he said"No, but you have a lot of glass every where." I asked if they were going to fix it. He said, "I can't give you any answer till I talk to our insurance on Monday. We are going to keep your vehicle for most of they day because we are super busy." He did say he was willing to put plastic or foil in the window. That didn't make me feel good. His customer service on this was horrible to say the least. I will not be going back and I will be telling everyone I know and work with about this. Not to mention to discourage using them, especially if you might have to leave the vehicle over night.

I needed an air check which went well. What didn't is the parking lot and the store as they are rebuilding while working a business. I seen a lot of confusion and frustration from the customers. I heard a customer ask about a flat repair and the employee said it's $20. I remember when flats were fixed for free. I would say rebuild then open or build in a different location.

I absolutely love this Les Schwab compared to the others I've been to. The staff are more friendly and pleasant to deal with. I've never been charged to have a flat fixed here even though I didn't buy my tires here. Other Les Schwabs were going to charge me, makes no sense. I'll drive out of my way for better customer service any day!!!

After having two tires popped on my car, my morning didn't start great... but Les Schwab truly provided exceptional customer service and the moment I pulled up in the tow truck, a gentleman from Les Schwab was out to greet us and get us setup with ordering some new tires. They have taken fantastic care of us through this whole process and everyone there has been very kind!
