I made an appointment to have an issue addressed with my trailer wire harness on my Honda Odyssey. When I arrived the technician immediately got to work. He located the issue and quickly and neatly corrected the issue. Polite staff, reasonable pricing. Thanks!

Joe was very easy to work with. He made sure everything was perfect before he ordered everything.. Went the extra mile making sure. The wintch fit inside the bumper.When said and done the work they did I'll be going back for more work done also telling everyone he's great.Thank you for all your work .

Had a minor mishap with the door of my dump trailer. Two friend's highly recommended Joe's, so I gave them a call. They got me on the schedule within two days, and it was fixed by lunch that day for only $75!

Sudden out of state promotion meant we needed to ensure our 16'x9' food concessions trailer was road worthy of interstate travel. A quick call speaking with Joe gave me a more than fair quote to rewire our tandem trailer breaks and some new tail and marker lights to a new plug. On top of that, our tracker jack broke putting it onto our truck. Billy was able to completely run new wire, lights, and hookup all the trailer breaks in under 2 days. They also hooked me uo with a new offset hitch and ball to even the trailer tow out a bit. I didn't catch the lady's name at the counter but everyone I dealt with gets a 10/10. I now have a completely legal and safe trailer for the move and they didn't break the bank, and in under 2 days! I really appreciate the care and hastiness they provided. Would totally recommend for all of your truck and trailer needs.

These guys are lifesavers. Our trailer lost a wheel about 10 miles out of town and I came in, Jerry loaded me up with all the parts I needed and walked me through how to fix it, and even lent me the tools I needed. Then I brought it in and they checked to make sure everything was on correctly and as a bonus they fixed a wiring problem on the vehicle side, all while their shop was otherwise busy. These folks are the absolute best.

I highly recommend these guys to anyone!! Joe and his crew are just awesome! I had them help with my wheelchair van, which is obviously very important to keep everything in top condition. I was very pleased with my experience. They're extremely knowledgeable, great prices and easy to deal. Great guys, I don't think anyone would be disappointed, give em shot and thank me later!

Two weeks ago my wife and I were having travel trailer pulling issues the trailer weaving: just pulling poorly. Joe s folks quickly diagnosed the problem, adjust my hitch, anti-sway bar, and most importantly, patiently explained to me how to correctly hook-up my travel trailer each time. The instruction was invaluable!! And to cap it all off, they charged me only a 1/2 hour labor (it probably took them 40+ minutes) and fair prices for a couple of replacement parts!This was an outstanding experience and I couldn t recommend Joe s any higher!Sincerely, Tim Keith

I needed a hitch installed for my Subaru Forester in summer 2015. They did a great job on the install. I noticed a rattle a year later. I called them about it and they got me up on the lift and had the rattle fixed within the hour. Good people and great service.

Tried to leave for vacation today and our brakes on our trailer wouldn't work. Called Joe's and they got us into the shop in less than an hour! Great staff!

Great place to go for ALL of your trailering needs!!I have used Joe's more than once for things such as brake adjustments, battery isolator installation, hitch connection issues, tongue jack feet, etc.They are quick with an estimate and do a good job of scheduling your RV repair work.The "sales" area of the shop is rough! The trailer parts they have on "display" seem disorganized and hard for a customer to understand. I think you would definitely have to "ask" for prices. I don't think anything is marked.Highly recommend them.

Great Experience w/ both Jerry & Joe... They worked very hard to get my 2016 Ram 2500 set up w/ a 5th Wheel Hitch... Joe was a very kind man who really deserves a good reputation in this community! Look forward to getting my running boards installed here! Thanks again guys!

Joe, with out knowing me left a part out side his shop door just so that I could pick it up after hours to try it out. When I got there 15 minutes after closing he was waiting in the parking lot, with out any regard for him self he stuck around and helped me figure out the problem I was dealing with. We talked for another 15 minutes, while we were talking about 6 different people honked as they went by and he was waving at all of them. After all of that he did not even charge me! Their is a reason why his little corner shop has been there for the last 11 years, he knows how to take care of people. He will get all of my trailer business hands down from know on. Thanks Joe, wish there were more shops owners out there like you.

Electric wouldn't work for the bumper pull outlet in my truck and needed it because i rented a trailer. I was unaware it wasn't working. They checked it immediately on the spot and were able to let me know what was going on free of charge. Fair prices but it is their busy season so depending on what you need done you made need to wait for an appt.

Joe and Jerry are great to work with. If Joe does not have what you want in stock he can get if for you very quickly and at a great price. I would not go any place else Joe's is truly one stop shopping.

I have dealt with Joe for approximately 6 years now in working for another landscape company and running my own business. Trucks and trailers are the lifeblood of our business. If our trailers are not functioning or in disrepair, we are generally not making any money. I have consistently relied on Joe's Truck and Trailer to advise me on trailer purchases, trailer repair, and trailer maintenance. They have even worked on my Chevy service van electrical issues before. Joe has always expedited my repairs with professionalism, reliability, and cost effectiveness. I trust Joe and the work that he does and know that he is giving me a fair cost. I bought an Eagle double axel trailer through them from a company up in Portland. We did have an issue with the axel and Joe went above and beyond by bypassing the Portland middle man and contacting the axel manufacturer in Texas directly. He encouraged the axel manufacturer to ship the new axle out pronto (which would have probably taken several weeks to a month if I tried to get them to do it), he had it within a day and replaced the axel that night. We had the trailer back within two days of taking it into Joe- it has worked perfectly since. I don't think that is standard service and that is why I will always take my trailers to Joe whenever I need maintenance, repair, or even to buy a new one. My experience with Joe over the last 6 years has been full of trust, quick and superior service, and more than fair pricing. I would highly recommend them.
